My rating is based on the customer service, don't get me wrong I like a nice Subway sub but it's not necessarily my go to. Today I literally just needed one of those new Italian subs with the fresh mozzarella... I forget the name. Either way, as a person who also works in the industry I walked in knowing I was committing a mortal sin of the industry... the 5 minutes before close move. I figured I'd give it a shot because it was on my way home from work, and I never ordered food at my own place because when you get cut early... you run. I gently tug on the door testing to see if they had already locked up, which would've been totally fine...I had a backup plan. But it wasn't locked, and the employees there were as courteous and helpful as any other time I have been there. Didn't get a hint of an attitude or anything as you might expect, or would even receive where I work if the roles were reversed. Not necessarily by me, but our staff where I am at can be a little gruff at times to say the least especially around closing time. I wish I had saved the receipt so I could compliment the employees by name but I'm pretty sure it was last Saturday night. You have a great staff and they all deserve raises.

I just went in there today for the first time in idk how long and my experience was great! Customer service was great! My sandwich was made by the skinny brunette lady who was friendly and prepared my meal perfectly with everything I asked for. The manager was also very friendly and attentive I just wish I had more money on me so I could’ve left a bigger tip for them.

I went here for my son as he had his own money and wanted this for lunch. I myself do definitely prefer subway over Mr. Sub. Subway has such a great selection of fresh baked rolls in a variety of flavors, I definitely like there turkey and other meats. Taste good.

Food was good and fresh, well made and employees were friendly. However one employee’s mask was so loose it didn’t cover her nose and all of her mouth. As she prepared my food she was visibly not well, sniffling, and left the area to blow her nose.

This used to be a decent Subway, but staff change has completed killed it. I work evenings locally, and tried to go in 3 different times within the last month and gave gotten the same service from the same person. I walked in the first time and he didn't even acknowledge my co-worker and I. He was talking to the people sitting in the corner more than he was making the person's sub who was in front of us. After standing there for 3-4 minutes, with no progress on the sub and not even a glance in our direction, we walked out. I tried again by myself and the same people were in the corner and be was talking again. I walked out again. Last night I gave it one last try and when I walked in there were 3 people sitting down, and 1 person getting a sub made. An older lady told me I may as well take a seat, it's going to be a while, he's here by himself. I'm not sure if the last ordering at the time had 10 subs or what the situation was, but he only had 1 foot long on the counter that he was making at the time. From my mother being a Corporate Manager of 5 Subway locations for many years, and my time spent in a Subway because of it. I know that it doesn't take long to get 4 people's orders done even with a couple subs per person. If you plan on going here during the week in the evenings, plan on a Loooong wait.

A white older woman came out and in a rude tone told me that BOTH BATHROOMS WERE LOCKED AND THEY LOST THE KEY !!!! Thankyou because now a stressed mom who is always on the go i though I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone but instead this night became more stressful when I left they were dismissive. I left next store to the family dollar store and no bathroom there and then to buger king and finally my son got relief but now I still had to go all the way back for the kids dinner. They didn't even bother to come out and help me , they sent some young girl who also in a rude tone asked me if I was there to by something. This is the store in Cohoes NY subway 13778-0 PLEASE GET BETTER SERICE SO WE FEEL LIKE WERE WELCOMED WHEN ENTERING AND NOT A BURDEN AS CUSTOMERS WHO PAY WITH THIER HARD EARNED MONEY !

Obviously the employees do not wear gloves even during a pandemic. This fingernail was found in my sub- the worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. NEVER EAT HERE! I am beyond speechless and appalled, will be sharing on every social media outlet.

This is the worst subway i have been to. I did an order using the online app. My cold sandwich was toasted even though it clearly says in large print on the receipt not toasted, so it was inedible and thrown away. Hot mayo is nasty. Another sub did not have any cheese which it was supposed to have, and was very dry and hard to eat. Out of 3 subs one was made correctly. I contacted customer service several times but they have not reached out to make it right( give me my money back or a free sandwich) and it has been a couple of weeks. Worst customer service i have ever experienced since it seems to be non existent. I will not be giving this location a second chance. They need management and some employees capable of reading the orders when the restaurant is otherwise empty.

Ive never heard of or seen a slow Mexican before but the dude at subway in cohoes. IS SLOWWWWWWWW

I'd love to come here but when I do I have to coexist with yelling between employees and customers. The managers husband hangs around sometimes shirtless and they both heckle folks. I attempted to go there last night during business hours and they were having a party. Would recommending avoiding this Subway.

Extraordinarily rude and slow "sandwich artist", I ordered ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes for my order, with nobody else there. I was given a half-full sauce cup and told "I used the whole bottle". Then get another one! Server also did not use gloves most of the time. Absolutely outrageous.

We came here with my mother to have lunch yesterday, the skinny brunette girl working here was swearing loudly at the other workers. It was a disgraceful experience for us. Shame on the owner of the business who employs such workers here, I will definitely not come here again. I advise you to stay away from here.

Placed an online order thru Grubhub and let me tell you my whole family is fighting to get to the bathroom! If you’re looking to get food poisoning then order here tonight ! They screwed up the sandwiches they were not made correctly I guess reading is hard 🤷‍♀️. It’s a shame subway 👋 $ went away like Jerry at least then you knew that the sandwiches were good.

I was in there today to get a meal deal. The girl was absolutely miserable and totally rude to me as she was taking the rolls out she said out loud "OMG are you serious". I was talking to her about the fact you can get a whole sub instead of the half sub. I eat there 3 days a week and never seen her. She didn't say it in a good voice. Then To top that she slammed the door and said what do u want, as nasty as she could and rolled her eyes at me. I'm 63 years old and don't deserve to be spoken to by anyone, let alone a girl making a sub I'm paying for. I have done customer service for 33 year and can't imagine speak to a customer the way she did. As I said never mind she rudely raised her voice and said " I didn't do any thing to you and walked away" . I will never come into your subway as long as I live, and neither will any friends or family members. You lost many good customers. Train your employees better. Wow is all I have to say about that.

Honestly the only reason they get one star at all is because of how great the girl working was the place was absolutely packed had 1 girl working the counter who had admitted to only working there one week closing by herself they were completely under stocked and I have no idea how she was making everything work with what she had I felt bad for even ordering my food and offered her a moment to get everything that she was able to in order so she would be able to continue to the best of her ability. Truly horrific management and I’m happy that mostly everyone was understanding that there is nothing she could do but it’s horrible that a new worker was put in this position.

Garbage not even use real food they put plastic in the bread, don't use real tuna. The chicken is frozen then thawed in a microwave gross, cold in the middle.
