Subs. it was clean and everything was where you would expect to find it the sandwich was good and was prepared in a fair amount of time the prices were on average with other mr. Sub shops. The parking lot is well-maintained but not very big because it is in a urban setting. there was not a whole lot of places to sit down inside the restaurant and there was a bathroom inside

Very friendly staff. Food prepared fast and rarely make mistakes. Come here quite often. Small dining area but clean and they have a restroom. Nice place to grab a quick bite and cheaper than many other places. Update: added one of those how much do you want to tip mini registers so you get to have the staff stare at you as you decide to tip or how much...I hate those things I don't like being strong armed into tipping especially as we have become a tipping crazy society. As far as working wage? i'm certain they make as much or more than I do as a lowly tech at Samaritan where all I get is grief and threats of lay offs if the economy doesn't get better Portions are smaller...you need to order double meat to get what used to be a normal portion and prices are very high we only go when we are too tired/in pain to cook or we got some bad news like a death in the family and just need some comfort food and blow the budget.

I have stopped at this location several times now. It is on a busy corner but the access and egress seems to be not a problem. The food is good and quick. No senior citizen discount - disappointing! And no coupon specials-also disappointing. There is some kind of tiny discount if you order on line before you get there. So having said that the overall cost is a little higher than what I like to pay for fast food.

The younger gentlemen there are SUPERB employees and I am exceptionally pleased anytime I go there and they're there to make my food. Literally at least a year+ they've made my food wonderfully. Unfortunately, when they aren't there however it's a little sub-par, which is sad.

The food was good but the portions were skimped I got an Italian and was suprised to see just meat and cheese. It was my first time there I didn't know I had to ask for all the lettuce and tomato. Nice clean place.place . Staff have always been very polite. Mr Subb does not have the variety of Subway but what they do offer tastes great. I especially like the meatball Torpedo. I have noticed a trend of getting less for my Dollar. You really have to add extra everything to get what was regular a few years ago, but sadly it seems just about everyone is doing this these days. For instance the bacon has gotten so thin you can actually see through it! On the plus side the wraps are twice the size of Subway. Expect to pay 10 bucks for a properly filled large sub after you double everything up. One tip, don't buy your drink there for 2.50. Go across the street to Stuarts and get it for 99 cents.

It's a Mr. Subb, and pretty average for a Mr. Subb-- but it's the only Mr. Subb in the area with a drive-thru window, and if you're looking for a large sammich and nuggets, but need to stay in the car, then this is pretty much your only option in most of the region. The parking lot is tight quarters, and the facilities are kept clean, but I've never been disappointed by the food.

I would have given 5 stars but my cookies were disappointing. Normally I just get peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies but they were not up too par this time.....

Got a chicken sub & potato bites. My own fault that the sandwich was iffy tasting. Liked the potato bites a lot. This Mr. Subb was in Cohoes. They were very friendly & made my order right away. The store looked fairly clean. Wasn't busy, late afternoon.

Ok food if you need something fast

Mr.subbs was the place to be at one point in time for subs. It seems as the economy went down hill their subs did as well. The only up hill part was the price. How ever it seems either poor research skills for suppliers or greed has kicked in. Bang for you buck is more like bread for a buck. They use the least amount of meat as possible same goes for the add on's. Hit subway , deli and brew in troy or in Schenectady lucias. Same price between $7 and $9 but with 4x the amount of meats cheese's and add on's.

Place has fallen off big time. Cheaper meats smaller servings and questionable hires

Been going to this location for years. Always complimented the staff. Loved the OGs who just know what they're doing. Tonight. BETH changed the entire experience. She may think she's being nice but she sound and acts incompetent. We don't need to be told several times to watch what she's doing bc she makes the sub for the customer not herself. She says she makes the subs the way she was trained but never in my 4 years of eating there have I seen such sad pathetic subs.

I was so rushed going through here. the lady put my veggies on first? So i didn’t even get to ask to have it toasted because the sauce was on before the cheese and meat. I asked for cheese with my nuggets but she was so rushed she missed that completely too. The worst service i’ve ever had here honestly. Disappointed

Food was okay, service not so much. Went in with one of my disabled clients(learning disability, not physical)... Yes my client repeated herself a couple of times, she's learning to be more independent, and will tend to be repetitive when nervous. The young lady with the nose ring and glasses...try a little compassion instead of being snarky and saying things to your co worker. Not all disabilities are visible, treat everyone with kindness it'll get you further in life.

I am a fan of Mr.Subbs but this one always I get in I have a different bad experience(I go 3 to 5 times in a week) I always leave a tip but I always got to remind to put sauce or pepper and onions or tomatoes on the sub and sometimes they don't even put it and when I remind them they make angry faces ... it's such a bad experience everytime....I just gonna stop going to this place ....service is horrible.... even if you give them tips.....

Was finishing up a roast beef wrap and the veggies plopped out. A fly then crawled out of the lettuce that fell. I’ll never eat anything from there again! Still turns my stomach just thinking about it!!!!🤮🤢

This sub was the worst sub I have ever had highly disappointed so much lettuce & barley any Mayo sub was so dry . Waited in the drive thru window for 15 minutes if not longer i was missing nuggets & cheese that I ordered also food went in the garbage waste of 31$

Watched a women worker with a Covid mask on, scrubbing the inside of a garbage can and when I pulled up to the window the other worker ran away and she didn’t even wash her hands after scrubbing a nasty meat garbage can trying to make my food right after. Also this isn’t the first time I saw this wonder how many people they gave food poisoning to or other illnesses.

Got the Chipotle steak sub. Nothing was good in the sub. The bread was soggy, the meat didn’t taste good, and found hair in the food. Honestly, never again. I would get the greasy Ruben sandwich from the pub next time!
