I had lunch this Friday afternoon. I ordered the Uncle Sam- a huge multi-meat hoagie. I could only eat 1/2 the sandwich; the other 1/2 was thoughtfully wrapped in advance to take back with me. The sandwich was great. The ambiance was inviting- the walls cluttered with humorous sayings. Special kudos to the friendly and witty young lady that took my order. This will be my go-to place for lunch when in Troy, NY.

Adorable, eclectic gem filled with tons of pretty plants and signs that will have you LOL! Good size menu and the food is super yummy! Went with OMG Protein and The Crazy Girl... highly recommend both. And don't forget to say hi to the beautiful owner, Kathleen... she's a diamond for sure!

We love Kathleen! (Stephanie too!). Little ones will come to know it as the #marshmallowpalace because, well, Kathleen loves kids and they love marshmallows. Great place for brunch after church. #terranovahangout. Love it that they fired up the griddle again on Sundays! Good deal too. If you get there early enough on a Sunday, ask for the egg-bake special.

I'm fairly new to Troy and was looking for a breakfast, someplace I haven't been before. Upon searching I found Cafe Deli-icous and their name says it all, truly spectacular! They had a 5 star rating and I have never seen it in my previous searches! It is a small little cafe, the staff is more than amazing and accommodating. I first learned about them about 2 ½ months ago and have been there about a dozen times since. They have your basic bacon, egg and cheese, but they have a variety of other epic sandwiches and things! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. I promise you will NOT be disappointed! Also, I want to thank the owner and all the staff for amazing service, quality food and awesome selections! Everyone needs to know about y'all!

Went for breakfast and it was tasty and fresh. Large menu. Very small inside with only a few spots to sit and eat though.

To start I had placed an order through Uber eats, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches one without cheese due to an allergy and two sandwiches for lunch noting my dairy allergy for mine. I received everything as I emptied the bag I was taken back as two bags of popcorn were in the bag, one without cheese!!! I was beyond impressed that they considered my allergy when it came to chips! However when I opened the breakfast sandwich my joy faded as I noticed cheese had been added to my sandwich.... Now I was hangry at this point, I contacted the restaurant who was unable to hand deliver a new sandwich, she completely understood why I was upset, and unfortunately got the brunt of my anger that had built up from so many restaurants not taking note of my allergy....by the end of the conversation she had said she would bring me a new sandwich when she closed the shop, this was more than any restaurant has ever done in regards to fixing their error...it was above and beyond. Even though it was several hours after I wanted to eat it, I had still taken her up on her offer. When she arrived not only did she bring my sandwich but there was a sweet valentine's day gift inside. That was the nicest thing any restaurant has ever done for me. Uber eats had contacted me informing me they had refunded my order, I wrote back to let them know that a new sandwich was brought to me, but they still insisted on the refund. Now we have not had time to eat our lunch sandwiches, they do look beautifully delicious! As for the breakfast sandwiches I must say, these are officially tied with my favorite breakfast sandwich location the daily grind, since they closed in Troy I have not been able to find a place of the same quality, and now that I have, I will continue to order my breakfast sandwiches from here! They are not greasy, or soggy, they are perfect and the prices are reasonable! Thank you for fixing my order and I will be ordering again!

the most thoughtful people work here. i was a regular here for a about 2 years while going to the EOC down the street. they always made my food perfectly every time i asked for something weird. they even gifted me a hot sauce at one time. food was always on point and so where the baked goods. much love hope all is well with you all

The bread could of been better than just regular wheat bread and the shredded lettuce could of been replaced with baby spinach or something. I'd definitely go back. Decent prices for what I got.

I must say that the food was very good but her attitude and customer service is terrible. Confirmed that her attitude is terrible by a person sweeping the sidewalk that worked at a business close by. She told me the owners name. So Kathleen your food is wonderful but her attitude doesn't make me rush back. Thank you

Today 12/15/2025 a group of classmates and I went out for breakfast and I ordered an English muffin with sausage egg and cheese. An order of home fries with onions. When we arrived back at school to eat there was no sausage on the sandwich and the potatoes weren’t done. My friend who’s a diabetic needed to eat so she ate that dry sandwich. When I called to let them know instead of acknowledging their wrong they insisted that they put sausage on the sandwich and almost started to argue with me. I need the conversation with “I’m not going to argue with you”, and she ended it with “I'm sorry you had a bad experience”? I’m writing this review because of the customer service was horrible, you don’t argue with people who support your business. I was going to come and buy plants and Christmas gift baskets and now not only have they lost my business but my entire class. I hope they do better

(No exaggeration) For an unknown reason I was spoken to in a very condescending and aggressive manner as soon as I reached the counter, especially for expecting to walk into a sweet little cafe. (No exaggeration) For an unknown reason I was spoken to in a very condescending and aggressive manner as soon as I reached the counter, especially for expecting to walk into a sweet little cafe. Terrible experience. Save your money and take it to the Daily Grind! Sweet people and awesome food. I can’t believe trying to order a sandwich just nearly ruined my day.

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries from Shari's Berries for Valentine's Day for my family. These are a once a year treat as they are ultra expensive. My husband received the delivery. The boxes of strawberries smelled like an ashtray. It was quite strong and such a turnoff. I immediately called Cafe Deli-icious to notify them of the issue. They agreed it was unacceptable and said that they would contact me the next day to make it right. I never received a call. I called the following night and left another message and never heard back. The method of delivery and the lack of follow through with this business was very disappointing.

She didn’t greet me or even say hi back when I greeted her. She made me wait to pay for something that could of been quickly. Mind you she greeted the man in front of me but ignored me for ten mins until she was “able” to attend me. If you’re gonna differentiate the way you treat others in customer service or food service, than maybe think 3 times about how you’re handling your customers especially first time comers. That experience lead me to not bother returning to this cafe. What a shame because it was very adorable with all the plants. But the woman ruined a possibly good place to catch a bite at due to her unprofessionalism.
