We were traveling and we came across Cafe-Delicious. When I tell you this place was good I mean great service, great food and not slow they mean business:)

Love Deli-Icious!! Great breakfast & lunch spot & they always have yummy goodies- some days its cookies, cupcakes, chocolate dipped anything.

They had me at Nutella. OMG Protein Wrap manages to be both decadent and super healthy: 33 grams of protein courtesy of bacon and pecans with a chocolatey twist.

They make wonderful sandwiches and wraps.

This place is one of my favorite stops for lunch when I'm in Troy (and breakfast on occasion as well - love the scones!). They always seem to have some unique menu options - experimenting with some different things - while keeping around the staples that people love. My favorite is the "Nice Guy" and "Hot Guy" sandwiches with turkey, apples, and cran-mayo (the later is just a grilled version). Even better is the service. Kathleen and Steph are super friendly and love to get to know their customers.

This local deli is terrific! They have rotating daily lunch specials and great personalities! Honestly i dont know any other location that offers as many food items for breakfast and lunch as this deli does. Fresh baked breads, muffins and cookies all the time.

Unbelievable chocolate!! We ordered a try of goodies for an event and the display was beautiful as well as delicious. I love the lunch specials and healthy drink creations. Cafe Deli-icious is a must stop!!

Cafe Deli-icious is a 400 block fixture. I have gone for years. It is the kind of place you always hoped existed. The sandwiches, listed on an artfully hand drawn chalk aboard and often named regular customers or local places, are creations with heart. Don't be afraid to ask for your own arrangement of the ingredients. The homey signs and country feel are not ordered from a corporate headquarters. Kathleen and Steph welcome people like it is home. I find the pick me up in the afternoon is not really the coffee, but just being a part of Cafe Deli-icious. Thankful they are there.

It's just up the road from our new house so we def will be back. They have delicious coffee too which was great since we are still waiting on our supplies from home to get here including coffee maker. The owner was so kind about my refills too. 12 out of 10 stars. The grilled breakfast wraps were A+++

The sandwich was great. The ambiance was inviting- the walls cluttered with humorous sayings. Special kudos to the friendly and witty young lady that took my order. This will be my go-to place for lunch when in Troy, NY.

They had a 5 star rating and I have never seen it in my previous searches! It is a small little cafe, the staff is more than amazing and accommodating. I first learned about them about 2 ½ months ago and have been there about a dozen times since. They have your basic bacon, egg and cheese, but they have a variety of other epic sandwiches and things! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. I promise you will NOT be disappointed! Also, I want to thank the owner and all the staff for amazing service, quality food and awesome selections! Everyone needs to know about y'all!

To start I had placed an order through Uber eats, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches one without cheese due to an allergy and two sandwiches for lunch noting my dairy allergy for mine. I received everything as I emptied the bag I was taken back as two bags of popcorn were in the bag, one without cheese!!! I was beyond impressed that they considered my allergy when it came to chips! However when I opened the breakfast sandwich my joy faded as I noticed cheese had been added to my sandwich.... Now I was hangry at this point, I contacted the restaurant who was unable to hand deliver a new sandwich, she completely understood why I was upset, and unfortunately got the brunt of my anger that had built up from so many restaurants not taking note of my allergy....by the end of the conversation she had said she would bring me a new sandwich when she closed the shop, this was more than any restaurant has ever done in regards to fixing their error...it was above and beyond. Even though it was several hours after I wanted to eat it, I had still taken her up on her offer. When she arrived not only did she bring my sandwich but there was a sweet valentine's day gift inside. That was the nicest thing any restaurant has ever done for me. Uber eats had contacted me informing me they had refunded my order, I wrote back to let them know that a new sandwich was brought to me, but they still insisted on the refund. Now we have not had time to eat our lunch sandwiches, they do look beautifully delicious! As for the breakfast sandwiches I must say, these are officially tied with my favorite breakfast sandwich location the daily grind, since they closed in Troy I have not been able to find a place of the same quality, and now that I have, I will continue to order my breakfast sandwiches from here! They are not greasy, or soggy, they are perfect and the prices are reasonable! Thank you for fixing my order and I will be ordering again!

Get the Roman and tell them you want something unhealthy. That's my go-to strategy and it has been pretty good.

I must say that the food was very good but her attitude and customer service is terrible. Confirmed that her attitude is terrible by a person sweeping the sidewalk that worked at a business close by. Today 12/15/2025 a group of classmates and I went out for breakfast and I ordered an English muffin with sausage egg and cheese. An order of home fries with onions. When we arrived back at school to eat there was no sausage on the sandwich and the potatoes weren’t done. My friend who’s a diabetic needed to eat so she ate that dry sandwich. When I called to let them know instead of acknowledging their wrong they insisted that they put sausage on the sandwich and almost started to argue with me. I need the conversation with “I’m not going to argue with you”, and she ended it with “I'm sorry you had a bad experience”? I’m writing this review because of the customer service was horrible, you don’t argue with people who support your business. I was going to come and buy plants and Christmas gift baskets and now not only have they lost my business but my entire class. I hope they do better

(No exaggeration) For an unknown reason I was spoken to in a very condescending and aggressive manner as soon as I reached the counter, especially for expecting to walk into a sweet little cafe. Terrible experience. Save your money and take it to the Daily Grind! Sweet people and awesome food. I can’t believe trying to order a sandwich just nearly ruined my day.

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries from Shari's Berries for Valentine's Day for my family. These are a once a year treat as they are ultra expensive. My husband received the delivery. The boxes of strawberries smelled like an ashtray. It was quite strong and such a turnoff. I immediately called Cafe Deli-icious to notify them of the issue. They agreed it was unacceptable and said that they would contact me the next day to make it right. I never received a call. I called the following night and left another message and never heard back. The method of delivery and the lack of follow through with this business was very disappointing.

Very dissatisfied with the service. The lady that was there was not very attentive and didn’t have friendly or good communication skills. She seems overworked. She didn’t greet me or even say hi back when I greeted her. She made me wait to pay for something that could of been quickly. Mind you she greeted the man in front of me but ignored me for ten mins until she was “able” to attend me. If you’re gonna differentiate the way you treat others in customer service or food service, than maybe think 3 times about how you’re handling your customers especially first time comers. That experience lead me to not bother returning to this cafe. What a shame because it was very adorable with all the plants. But the woman ruined a possibly good place to catch a bite at due to her unprofessionalism.
