This was one of our favorite breakfast places. Delicious drinks and food. The banana espresso was so delicious and unique! Highly recommend. My daughter's French toast was very unique as well. Everything we had was fabulous!

Absolutely wonderful food (we got the carrot cake, avocado and egg toast and Valladolid omelette) and lovely atmosphere and staff. Just be aware it's obviously catering for tourists rather than locals.
Delicious plant based coffee specialties ! The banana espresso and iced cappuccino with soy / almond milk were our highlights 🙌
This was the perfect breakfast find. We had the avocado toasts and tried three different coffee creations—each one more delicious than the last. The attention to detail, both in flavor and presentation, really stood out. The vibe is relaxed and stylish, making it a great spot to start your day or linger with a book. Whether you’re a coffee nerd or just hungry for something fresh and satisfying, this place hits the mark.
Staff super nice, happy to explain the dishes and speciality drinks. Very nice cold lattes and good food, well presented. I had a delicious omelette (with spinach and mushrooms): very tasty and super fluffy, I've never tried it like that before and it's now my favourite omelette! Homemade bread, super tasty! Beautiful decor. Edit: I then went back for their delicious ice coffee to take away. One of the best I've ever had!

Canto Encanto in Valladolid is a my favorite breakfast café offering a cozy atmosphere and attentive service. Their longaniza omelette is a must-try, perfectly prepared and flavorful. Pair it with one of the best coffees in tow. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch.

Such a great breakfast experience! Lovely chill vibes and comfy chairs, the staff were so sweet and the menu was interesting. The banana bread French toast was absolutely fantastic 😋 so light and fluffy with a perfectly bruleed banana on top and the compote was a perfect tangy pairing to all the sweetness. The chocolate milk was so delicious made with spiced chocolate (available with regular or dairy free milk) Reasonable prices for such tasty food and a wonderful experience, highly recommend 😍

Best coffee we had in the Yucatán! This is the loveliest restaurant. Excellent service, really reasonable kitchen times, and delicious food. They have a limited menu, but what they do, they do extremely well. The eggs were all cooked perfectly, and every part of each plate was fresh and yummy. There’s not a bad seat in the house, but if you can sit in the upstairs patio, it’s lovely.
Highly recommended. The place is very pretty with simple and well thought decor. The food is really good. They went out of their way to prepare something out of the menu for my son. Best Banana Bread French Toast ever! Great coffee too.
This is a must go in Valladolid ! We had breakfast here and plan to return often. A little Mexican coffee shop, with a variety of coffees, lattes and other super nice beverages. Perfect for breakfast, a good brunch or even lunch with toast and sandwiches. They also make really nice cakes. The place is so welcoming, you feel at home. Everything is handmade, fresh and delicious.
Vibes! Vibes! Vibes! Me encanto 😉 este coffee shop! If I lived in Valladolid, this would easily be my second home coffee shop of choice. I can’t say enough about the ambiance and decor— absolutely amazing. On top of that, the customer service and attentiveness of the baristas was just as impressive and created a nice environment of feeling welcome and cared for with a great drink. Impressive menu that’s varied and offered beverages I had never heard of, will have to go back to try them all!
We had a great breakfast here this morning. They have great teas and coffees and also the food was absolutely delicious. They make their own bread and jams. The cafe has an A/C but is not too cold, it has a comfortable temperature. The decor is nice and it’s great to spend some time here. They have a lot of power sockets, most of them even have a USB socket. Our server, Nicolas, was very friendly and helpful and speaks great English.

The food was nice enough. The ingredients were fresh. There are no physical menus; you will need to view via QR code. Our meal arrived 25 minutes after being ordered. Fried eggs on chibata and a strawberry smoothie. I wouldn't not go back, but I wouldn't rush back either.

Quite a pretentious place with an eclectic menu of artisan breads. However, having an egg allergy, it wasn't the best place to choose for breakfast. All but one of the breads was either made with - surely that's cake or had been egg-washed to make it pretty. The egg-free bread was too herby and stodgy. The coffee was good though. We paid the bill - quite expensive for 2 servings of coffee and toast, then the waiter "forgot" to return with our change and we had to ask for it. The place itself is lovely, with 3 open little verandas allowing you to watch the world go by from the 1st floor...
