Fuimos a El Trasto y pedimos el menú degustación, y la experiencia fue simplemente increíble. Cada uno de los pases estaba riquísimo, con una elaboración cuidada al detalle y combinaciones que sorprendían en cada plato. El personal del restaurante fue súper atento y cercano, explicándonos cada elaboración y haciendo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente ir y probar el menú degustación, merece muchísimo la pena. Sin duda volveremos, y la próxima vez probaremos la parte de barra para degustar otros platos.
Realmente satisfactorio. Pedimos un menú degustación y fue sorprendente. La forma de jugar con los sabores, aromas y texturas fue sin duda de alabar. Todo disfrutado en un ambiente agradable y con una atención que en sí llamaba la atención, con explicaciones detalladas sobre el producto y su elaboración. La guinda fue esa agradable sonrisa de quien te atiende, haciendo de la velada una experiencia de impresión.
Increíble lugar para comer, cenar o tapear… una ubicación excelente en el centro de Valladolid. Variedad de tapas todas deliciosas empezando por su tres veces premiado y actualmente mejor tapa del mundo PUCELA ROLL Servicio ideal y atento siempre. Buenas recomendaciones, fui a comer y decidí el menú tapas… todo genial SIN DUDA HAY QUE REPETIR para probar toda la carta.
Nos habían recomendado el restaurante por la tapa ganadora a la mejor del mundo, estaba espectacular. Nos atendió Pedro, camarero portugués, y el trato fue increíble. Nos explicó la carta muy bien y nos recomendó varios platos fuera de carta, siempre diciendo el precio (muy importante). Muy buen camarero y la comida riquísima. Recomendamos el restaurante a todo aquel que vaya a Valladolid
Todo delicioso!! Me costaría quedar con solo 1 plato porque está todo súper rico. Gran atención por parte de Teo y del personal. Local muy bonito y moderno!! Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo
We came from Madrid for the day and spent quite a while looking for somewhere to eat. When we saw that this restaurant had been awarded the title of best tapa in the world, we didn't hesitate to try and make a reservation. It was completely full, and at first, they didn't have any tables available, which we already considered a very good sign. We finally managed to get a table for lunch, though not without a fair amount of hype (something that doesn't usually work in our favor). The surprise was immense. A spectacular experience from beginning to end, five stars totally deserved. The service is unbeatable: super friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff, radiating good vibes and passion for their work, something increasingly difficult to find in the hospitality industry. The food was simply perfect. Incredible flavors, beautifully prepared dishes, and a final feeling of having eaten like a king. As for the price, it's very reasonable for the quality they offer, with excellent value for money. The ambiance is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and with an original aesthetic that complements the experience. Congratulations to the entire team. Definitely a place we hope to return to soon and that we wholeheartedly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Here, anything that counts is not enough. We were recommended, and it was a success. We went to eat the world-winning pincho; excellent, delicious, and very well prepared. We ordered other dishes, each one more delicious than the last, and very well presented and prepared. We ordered three desserts, and out of the three, I'd choose them all. Very good service, fast and within their timeframe, as some dishes are freshly prepared. Congratulations to the chef for the dinner and for the world pincho award. Thank you.
We ate on the terrace at a low table, which in my opinion was better than inside. We started with the star tapa, the Pucela roll, exquisite and very imaginative. We followed with a prawn salad, which was perfectly adequate. The oxtail donut and truffle bikini were excellent. To top it off, a very successful hazelnut soufflé. Fast and attentive service.
We had tapas at the high tables and were able to try several items from the menu, which surprised us greatly. The place had a cozy atmosphere where there was not too much noise, allowing for easy conversation. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, making recommendations at all times.
We tried a tasting menu and loved it. A wide variety of dishes, exquisitely presented, adequately portioned, and very tasty. Everything was delicious. We paired our dinner with a brut rosé. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very attentive. We recommend it without hesitation.

If there were more stars, I'd give them more. This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and incredible service. We had a tasting menu, and each dish was a great experience. Everything was delicious! And Teo was very kind and friendly. They adapted the menu for me so I couldn't eat gluten. And save room for the cheesecake—the best I've ever had! We'll be back to try more dishes. Thanks for the experience!

Chef Teo and staff makes the experience a complete joy! Everything is very tasty, specially the current summer salad is mind blowing. Last but not least, price wise, quality and service is excellent.
Fuimos a probar el menú desgustación, en nuestro caso pedimos el menú corto para una cena y de cantidades hay que decir que eran suficientes, quedas bien, yo demasiado ya que los postres no los pude acabar. Los entrantes correctos y sabrosos. El roll muy rico, cantidad buena, bien relleno de lechazo, diría que fue la mejor parte del menú. Platos siguientes, por comentarios que he visto, se modifican según la época porque nos pusieron cosas diferentes a otros que he leído. En general bien, para un 7 respecto a otros menus degustación en Valladolid a los que hemos ido. En algún plato no nos explicaron qué llevaba, imaginamos por la alta demanda que había en ese momento en el local y no hacernos esperar indefinido al siguiente plato. Recomiendo ir con tiempo, pues los menú desgustación suelen llevar 2h o más.
Nis was recommended by a friend who lives in Valladolid, as we were planning a stroll through the city center. He was absolutely right. We loved it. Since we were just passing through, we opted for the tapas menu to try different things, and we were very satisfied. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. The restaurant itself is lovely, comfortable, and welcoming. The service was impeccable. We'll definitely be back.
If you're in Valladolid, you absolutely have to try the award-winning Pucela roll (the best pincho in the world), a suckling lamb puff pastry with Japanese curry and pistachios. It's delicious, though in my opinion, pricey for the amount, not counting the preparation time. A lovely place, with well-prepared modern cuisine.
We started with the Pucela Roll, and the combination of ingredients was very flavorful, except for the meat, which was lost among the rest. The filled donut was delicious, and the meat played a starring role in this one, giving it a great flavor. We had the tuna tartar with fried eggs, and the dish was fresh, flavorful, and full of flavor, everything cooked to perfection, and the eggs were just a little crisp...perfect. We also ordered the Picaña Carpaccio, and while it was very fresh and beautifully presented, the overall flavor wasn't impressive. For dessert, we shared the cheesecake, which was spectacular—you could taste the blue cheese and it left a great taste in your mouth.

Teníamos cita a las 20.30, para cenar. Los camareros muy impersonal, como unq cadena, sin recomendar. Los camareros no se les entendía nada lo que decían, en particular uno muy muy jovencito. Al llamar para reservar nos atendió uno muy muy desagradable. Esta era la segunda vez. La primera vez que fuimos, hace 2 años, el camarero que nos atendió, era cercano, y parecía que el negocio era suyo. Desde que han empleado gente allende los mares, la calidad del servicio ha disminuido notablemente.
Fuimos a cenar al restaurante. Ya habíamos estado previamente a probar el famoso pincho. La comida nos gustó, pero en general nos pareció caro para lo que es. Salimos a 50€/persona siendo dos y pidiendo 3 platos y un pincho para cada uno. Además, no tienen la carta actualizada en internet, así que íbamos con la intención de probar algún plato que ya no estaba en carta, como la oreja o la tortilla de pulpo. También queríamos probar el brioche de rabo de toro pero se les había agotado, por lo que nos cambió bastante el plan. El servicio rápido y atento, probamos las gambas que nos ofrecieron fuera de carta y estaban muy ricas. Tambien los paccheri. El foie nos decepcionó un poco, con sobao de bolsa. En general, merece más la pena ir de tapas a la barra que al restaurante.
The tapas are very good quality (they even won a prize for the delicious Pucela Roll) but the service is a bit inefficient (be prepared to wait a while, even when it's not busy) and the staff are indifferent (maybe winning the award has gone to their heads). A decent place with pros and cons.
The service was perfect, very friendly and attentive. I ordered the tasting menú. The dishes seemed experimental. The flavors contrasted each other a bit too much. I would recommend to order separate dishes you think you’ll enjoy. The tasting menu was too flavorful for me and I think they also served too many dishes. Unfortunately my pallet didn’t enjoy the food here. Apart from that, the atmosphere was nice.

At this restaurant, the service is incredibly slow, and they either don't have heating or they don't turn it on. Every time we go, we notice it's cold, and putting a heater on the floor, like they had the other day, doesn't solve the problem and it's just cheap. We ordered two Pucela rolls, and when we finished them, a ham and cheese bikini sandwich and a mini burger. It took them about 25 minutes to bring them, and this was with the place half empty. I wonder how long it takes when it's full. To make matters worse, the sandwich they call a bikini was burnt, and they couldn't even bring both orders at the same time. The sandwich was very salty, and for something they claim is gourmet cuisine, I'd say you wouldn't get this kind of food at a fair. The mini burger lived up to its name because it was about 3 cm in diameter. Judging by the reviews, the slow service is a recurring issue. Either they have a tiny kitchen or a tiny staff. What's not mini are the prices: €6 for the sandwich and €5 for the bite-sized burger. I'd only recommend going to this restaurant for the Pucela roll, which is good and original, and only when it's not too crowded.
We went to Trasto with high expectations, especially to try the tapa that won the "World's Best Tapa 2024" award. It was good, but not a memorable experience. The brioche was fine, and the Caesar lettuce was tasty (although a bit pricey, and it was more of a Sam lettuce than a true lettuce). The donut was just okay; the truffle cheese tasted too much like truffle, and the cheese flavor was barely noticeable. The biggest disappointment was the eggs with tuna tartare and potatoes: the dish arrived completely cold, the potatoes seemed to have been taken straight from the refrigerator and weren't fried, but rather poached. We also found a hair and a small piece of plastic in the dish, and when we pointed this out to the staff, they didn't offer any explanation. Finally, the carpaccio had so much pickling that it tasted only of capers. In short, an inconsistent experience, with good presentation and promising names, but execution and attention to detail far below expectations. I wouldn't go back, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
