I recently visited this place; I'd known about it for a while, but I'd never dared to try it. And now I'm here to tell you about my experience. Food: The food wasn't the best in the world, nor was it the worst. Just average. Service: This is the best part. The young man who served me was very attentive. I made a mistake, and he didn't seem bothered at all, and my order arrived quickly. Atmosphere: The atmosphere seemed peaceful to me. There were a few cars, but that's nothing. It's in a great location, not too far from people nor too close. It's across from a well-known park next to a monument that's not very well maintained, but it's excellent for exploring and taking some photos. In short, if you like sushi, I recommend this wonderful place. I don't particularly like sushi, but I think the staff's service and the ambiance are excellent.

-Terrible hygiene -Bad service -Poor staff attitude -Awful value for money If you're craving sushi in Valle de Santiago, GO TO HAND ROLL SUSHI, located on Carranza Street, one block past Telmex. This is a very mediocre Japanese food company; you're better off looking after your health and your wallet. I'd like to leave a review about the branch on Mena Street, across from the Bus Terminal. We went there to place a delivery order. It was over $500 pesos, and we paid the total the cashier told us. We noticed that a delivery driver had just arrived and started cooking the sushi without any hygiene protocols. We politely asked him to wash his hands, since he had just come in from the street and was going to handle raw fish. He said he would, but in the end, he didn't. It's worth noting that we live less than a 5-minute walk away, and it took a little over an hour. They brought our order, and there was no line. On top of that, they charged us an extra $70 pesos because, when they calculated the bill, they "hadn't included one dish." We didn't really understand this since we simply paid the total they quoted. In short, EVERYTHING WAS WRONG.

The portions are always poor quality; most of them are more rice than protein or filling. And from personal experience, I've seen that they use very small shrimp; it's not worth the price. It's a shame it was one of my favorite places. Point because they now have more space upstairs.

Their service is getting worse and worse, constantly making mistakes with orders, regardless of whether there are people there or not.
