One of the best Chick-fil-A's around. The service is fast. The staff is overly friendly definitely accommodating for people with small children. They will set up a table and get a high chair for you all while you're still standing in line. Area is always clean bathrooms are always maintained. I know a lot of moms that go there so that their kids could play while they catch up with some friends which is very convenient for all parties. Parking lot is pretty challenging most days lots of available parking in the other shopping center though

Changed up my order a bit today, had a double grilled chicken filet sandwich but subbed the bun for protein style Lettuce wrapped. Let me tell you, everything was totally fresh, enjoyed every last bite of it, was just around $14 total. Fresh, healthy, and delightful, that's it !!! Now go buy one !!! Or Two !!!

My daughter loves Chick-fil-a. They had more employees than most restaurants. There were 2 employees outside taking the orders in the drive through lanes, one processing the payment before you get to the pick-up window, and 3 employees handing you your order. All of these employees were outside the building. That's not including the employees cooking the food and preparing our order.

Despite being extremely busy, they were fast to get my food out to me. The workers were very kind and helpful as well. A cool little touch was fresh flowers at each table.

The peach milkshake is awesome, but it could use a boba straw. The chunks are just too big!

Bomb food, every time! Honestly you can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Whether be the local one or something like this where I'm passing through, it's amazing. I have not historically requested Chick-fil-A. After my experience today I will very likely be going there a lot more awesome! The service was friendly and fast, and I have never had my food service so quickly and any fast food restaurant before! On top of all of that, the food was fresh and very good! I walked away feeling physically satisfied, and very well served! I think what I ordered was called a Chick-fil-A Supreme, with some meal combo. It was yummy!

This is one of not the best run Chick-fil-a’s around. The staff is amazing, and so is the owner. Had a question called Corporate and in less than 30 minutes the owner called! I was shocked. The question was really innocuous, but to follow up on the size of a milkshake just shows how much the owners are intimately involved in day-to-day operations. I’m sure that’s why they have the very top employees and everyone always has a smile. Great job!

There is an older Asian guy who works here. He is very friendly and hard working, I see him on my every visit to this location. I see him cleaning up the tables and greeting customers etc. this is veryyyyy inspiring. I have seen so many companies claiming equal employment opportunities etc but fail to live up to their promises. I love to support places where they treat their staff with respect - Chick Fil A is on the top of my list. Food is always hot and fresh!! Keep up with the good work

This Chic fil a is by far the best chic fil a I’ve been to. Employees are nice and you can tell they actually like doing customer service. That’s rare to find. Shoutout to Dillon on the cash register. He was genuinely polite, kind, and very helpful. Also, Reuel is the sweetest man. Goes table to table, jokes with customers, goes out of his way to top off your drinks and make conversation with you. To top it off, at this location they don’t say “my pleasure” which I lowkey find really weird. I love that they don’t say it here. Food was fantastic and came out like 2 minutes after I sat down. Very clean location and all food items were perfect temperature, quality, quantity and texture. 10/10. As someone from Utah I’m not sure if it’s just better out here but hands down best place to eat. Peach shake is fantastic also.

Very busy location. Once walking inside saw a very fast paced environment. Clean interior and exterior. Long line in drive thru, however was being attenended to and serviced quickly. Wait time was about 1 minute standing in line before order was taken, order was ready about 3-4 minutes later. Bathroom was tidy. Food tasted good, kale salad was really good! Highly recommend strawberry lemonade!

Classic experience 10 out 10 service and the food feels like healthy fast food. The parking and drive-thru is chaotic. They definitely didnt think about how any flow of traffic and parking would be considered during the design process but dont let this deter you from ordering. I grew up on Chick-fil-A back East. I'm happy to say that the flavor and deliciousness of most of the food items lost nothing in the restaurant 's venture cross-country. I just can't believe how expensive it's gotten since I was a kid. Love the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries though! However, I used to also love their cookies and brownies, but they leave something to be desired these days. Perhaps they changed the recipe...uhm, change it back...clean, large establishment and friendly staff.

Very efficient operation. I'm rating them a star higher than I might for a fast food place because they had three or four employees outside orchestrating the drive-through line. First taking your order and then secondly taking your money, so when you get to the window your food's ready. I guess it's similar to In & Out's system but I think you pay at the pick-up window but I don't know. I always walk in there anyway, that line of cars can easily stretch 30 or 40 cars and I can't justify that kind of a waste of time and resources. And the food. How do you rate fast food? It should be the same from restaurant to restaurant within the same chain, but as you know it can vary wildly. I've only been to this place three or so times and the food has been pretty consistent. Everything has been decent, arrives hot, they give you napkins and a straw, etc What can I say? That's all I got.

Foods usually good. Not as cooked as other locations. They tend to mis read their orders quite often as well. I order 2 large fries with my meal 10 out of 10 times and half of those times they charge me for a large but give me small. It’s annoying cause it’s too petty to make big deal out of it but after awhile they’re just taking my money. The Lines usually long at this particular location too

My husband LOVES Chick-fil-A. I sometimes grab something when I go with him but I never visit it on my own because I don’t usually eat fast food. I usually get one of their grilled chicken salads, which I did today, and as always it was fresh, tasty, and filling and their apple cider vinaigrette is wonderful. My husband always gets the 2 of the chicken sandwiches ( it only has chicken and their special sauce on it) and again it was hot, fresh, crispy, and he said good. The staff ,however, seemed depressed. At all other Chicks we’ve visited , and there have been many, the staff has been friendly, energetic, happy, helpful, and super polite. At this one in Vallejo, Ca, they were very quiet, polite but not really engaged with any of the customers ( we placed our to go order inside the resturant). They all seemed sad which made us sad. Maybe they had been disciplined earlier or gotten bad news? On the other hand, their quietness would have made for a very nice eating in experience.

Food was delicious as always. My lack of stars rating is because this time the drive thru line took 25 minutes, and my order was a sandwich short. They didn't charge me for it, but I know I ordered and extra one. I make the 45 minute round trip to this location because there isn't one any closer. It's irritating to get there and have to wait so long. Hopefully next time I can give a better review.

I love the food at Chick-fil-A. I love the way they treat their employees. I love that they still believe in a day of rest. All that being said, my last experience left a lot to be desired. It was a busy drive-through night, as always. All I wanted was two milkshakes. I expected to roll up to the window, after confirming my order, receive those two delicious chocolate dreams, and be on my merry way. Nope! They completed every order that came through the drive thru before I finally received 2 chocolate milkshakes. Did I mention that I confirmed my order a total of 4x before receiving them? Not a good night for me and Chick-fil-A. I was given a very ridiculous answer as to why it took so long. Given that she looked like she was 16 I did not press the issue. Let's tighten the ship people.

I love the business but and am shocked at how busy this location is. Parking is impossible, lines of cars go all the way to the street. Poor employees are doing what they can. I did an online order and sat in the parking lot for over 45 mins waiting for the order. The poor worker came out and couldn't find us until we walked up to him. Again, it's crazy busy. The only real disappointment was they forgot to put in a fee items we ordered and paid for. We didn't want to try and fight the lines to go back in so we missed out. So definitely check your order, and definitely order online.

We go to Chick-fil-a particularly because we know they'll take extra care of your order, but whoever team member Yessenia is didnt bother to care at all. We didn't get any of the sauces for the entirety of our order, nor any straws for the drinks. Triple check your order before leaving at this location.

Ummmm they have a two lane drive through which is cool but you end up getting to the ordering machine before you know what you want to order. They ambush you with the menu and because of the people behind you you feel the pressure to order something with snap judgment. Also you order the wrong salad dressing. Peppermint chocolate chip shake has a lot of peppermint, be warned. Chocolate shake is smooth though. Salad is hard to eat in a dark car and you drop chicken on someone. Waffle fries not fried enough aka not crispy aka soggy fries. The chicken sando was too salty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich aka sando. Too salty. Get the sauce, but dip your fingers into it. Again hard to eat in the dark. Two stars.

Bad customer service. An employee accused a customer for taking a picture that they did not do. Chic FIL a employee wanted a customer to give him his phone and delete the picture employee was demanding and was rude. That customer did not do anything. I know the person that took the picture and so did the employee at chic FIL a. Management there was not forth coming at all disappeared and did not want to talk to me or the customer being accused. Management refused to apologize and give the customer his money back for an embarrassment of being accused for taking a picture that he did not do. I left my contact information and when I was called an Ignacio that introduced himself as a Team Leader would not give me his last name and refused to give the directors name that I personally spoke with at the store and would not let me talk to her. Still refused to even give me his last name after I asked multiple times and was eventually hung up on. Action needs to take place, dont accuse any customer and tell them to give up their cell phone to them specially a customer that did not do anything. Check your cameras. I hope to hear someone from Corporate Management there is not helpful at all. Don't advertise right in front of promoting social media and demand customers phone to delete pictures.

They fight with you over paying for LRG Cups of Ice, they recycle the unused condiments. They told me they clean them but, it is still gross to think a establishment like chick-fil-a would have to resort to recycling the condiments. TOTALLY GROSS! To top it off they gave me my cup broken like they were mad to let me pay for a LRG Cup of ice. I went to treat my grand kids and was quite disappointed that the order was all missed up withe exception of the kids meal. I ordered an 8 piece nugget and received 5 and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received regular. I attempted to call several times to no avail. I was appalled! I have NEVER been treated like this at this location and am disappointed that management would allow an employee like this to work for Chic Fila. I am a loyal customer and expected my usual service with a smile. Disappointing 😞

I ordered a spicy southwest salad. when I was eating it, I noticed the lettuce was bitten , multiple pieces had circles from bug bites and there was also a bug in the salad bowl. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. I had to drive 15 min to return it because they were not answering the phone. When I got there I showed the manager and all she said was do you want a refund ? No apology what so ever !!

My family and I love CFA and travel every so often from Napa to the Vallejo location. On July 5th my family made a drive thru purchase and took it home to eat, when I found a piece of metal in my fries. It looked like it was a piece of a fry basket of something, because the metal had sharp edges on the ends. I immediately filled out a report online and was told I would be contacted by the Vallejo store within 2 business days. After 2 business days I hadn't gotten a call so I followed up. Still nothing. I waited over a week before following up again and the corporate CA worker told me the owner should have called me. After what I assume was forced by corporate, Ignacio paid me a call to let me know that "this has never happened before." Either Ignacio thought I was a liar or he was just blatantly not concerned that his restaurant served a piece of metal in their food. He didn't even care to hear more or see photos. He let me know that the best he could do for me was refund the singular meal that was affected, but I would have to come to the store with the affected food. Umm it's been 12 days? Perhaps if I would have gotten a phone call within the 2 business days promised, I might have still had the stale fries on my counter. I did say that I still have the piece of metal if he wants to see it, but he didn't care. It was honestly laughable that I was refused an over the phone refund, or even a credit to my CFA account. Beware of what you're being served at this location because if you find something, this store doesn't care.

Put in my order for curbside pickup at 6:10. It told me 5-10 min for prep for it to be ready. I arrived after a 10 hour shift at work at 6:18. I tapped the button to let them know I was here. 6:50 I still didn't have my food. 6 other cars came and went and got their food, 30+ cars made it through the drive thru, but my sandwich and fries still weren't ready. I went in at 6:55 and the line didn't move for another 10 minutes and there were no employees to be seen outside of the kitchen, until a "shift lead" comes by and runs another bag of food out to get another car that had only just parked a few minutes earlier. I got his attention and told him my issue and he said "we're all waiting on the food" after I told him my name, despite seeing bags and bags of food piled up behind the counter the entire time, none of which were mine. This is unacceptable. Watching 5+ bags, huge grocery sized bags going out to cars that just pulled up and parked while my small order has taken nearly an hour at this point(7 pm I am posting this) and I still don't have my food. Update: I asked another employee how long it would be, he asked my name and checked the bags, mine was sitting right behind the counter for the last 20 minutes. He said "they couldn't find you" I was parked directly in front of the door, with my flashers going as instructed, in the car described on the app. I couldn't park in the spaces out front labelled for curb side pickup since they were all full of people going inside and they don't enforce the parking rules here. So now I have to wait longer for them to remake my food. Which could have been done a lot sooner if the other employee had actually checked the bags instead of just waving me off.

Can you imagine not getting everything you ordered in the bags and then being told it was your fault for not checking the bag before you left the drive thru? Yep, just happened to me. I get that people make mistakes, but to forget two main items in one order of only three items? And then be told that the people who bagged it said they included everything? C'mon, own it and make it right, don't blame the patron and say you should have checked the bag before you left! Don't worry, I won't make that mistake again because I won't return to your establishment anymore.

Recently, visit this place, buy a menu for children, and the potatoes were in poor condition with a bad smell. It is something not pleasant.

Been a Chick-Fil-A gal all my life grew up eating this!! Since I am a GA native. This is not about the food. It's strictly about the customer service! Since that's what's known at Chick-Fil-A, awesome customer service... Not at this location!!! I have never been so frustrated with a Chick-Fil-A 😠. I immediately called corporate! I sat in the Vallejo, CA drive-thru line to get my food, all to get my food and notice the fries were missing. I immediately turned around 1 minute or less to go (did a u turn) back and get my fries. The representative seemed helpful and stated she'll get them. As she was getting my fries she asked the "team" members about them being missing, they seemed to be having a full discussion heads shaking no, seemingly to be telling her they did put them in the bag. She then walks back and say, I don't know what happened, they said they put them in the bag, but here,I have them for you. I immediately replied, I have no reason to steal a fry! I don't appreciate them basically saying I'm lying to clear them of forgetting or not putting them in the bag. I asked her what was their names, she didn't want to disclose them as if they aren't wearing name tags! She (Yamell) was making things way more of a problem! So I took her name and I immediately called corporate in the parking lot which they have been very helpful but I was furious 😠!! l have enough money to fund anything I want!! This was poor customer service from a manager and her "team members" be sure to check your bags before pulling off! This store or at least the "team members" will accuse you of trying to get freebies and Yamell seems to think it's ok. I never write reviews but I did all the things TODAY because this was OUT OF LINE! *CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR MISSING PAID FOR ITEMS, BEFORE LEAVING!!!!*

This location has no regard for their customers. I expressed how upset I was that I lost 60 dollars at their restaurant and asked if they could play back the footage to be told only the owner has access to the cameras which okay, I understand that. Told me he’d be in, in the morning. didn’t specify a time, I had to ask. So when I called that day, the manager said she already spoke to me and that the owner left. So he’s only there for 1 hour a day? I said well can you take down my number and have him call me. She hesitated like it was a problem and then took my number. Yet I’m still waiting a week later to hear back from someone
