You gotta check out Mama Gina's Pizzeria! This family-run spot has got some delicious pizza, but the real star of the show is their mouth-watering birria tacos. Don't miss 'em! Their grilled shrimp ones are a solid alternative. Carlos, the owner, is an awesome person with old-school customer service that you just don't see anymore. Plus, with parking available and delivery, it's a no-brainer. Mama Gina's is a place that you need to try.

I have ordered from the Valley Stream Mama Gina’s quite a few times through Seamless. I have never had 1 complaint about their food. Their pizza tastes amazing. The sauce isn’t too sweet, too acidic, just right. Never been burnt or underdone. Their broccoli and cheddar bites taste really great. One of my go-to pizza places to order from.

First time at this place and I was curious to try this place out after seeing the recent negative reviews. It's a small place seems to me that's its family owned and operated. The guy place is definitely not the cleanest or the newest. My request was simple 2 plain slices not too hot. My expectations were not high The 2 slices of pizza and a can of Pepsi was $6.50. Seems fair to me especially with the rising prices of all pizza ingredients and food service. The pizza is very specific. Its plain pizza, no special sauce no special cheese no special bread nothing too special about my slices of pizza at all. But I'm a simple guy who likes simple pizza. And this is textbook pizza that hit the spot. Sauce wasnt overbearing, the cheese was not too gooey and the crust was of reasonable size and was doughy, flaky with a subtle but enjoyable crunch as you ate it. Im big on the crust and it was great. I would come back here again for the plain slice because I'm honestly expecting a decent plain slice and this is great just for that.

Stopped in for a slice of Sicilian... Nice and light and airy, good crunch on the bottom crust. Very good slice 4.5⭐

Walked in and was immediately asked what I wanted by the guy in charge. I ordered 4 plain and used my card to pay. It has to be 8 dollars or more, so I was ok. Overall, long story short. The pizza was good. 7/10. I loved the texture of the cheese and the sauce.

First off, this experience couldn’t have been worse and don’t order from here if you’re hungry or want the correct order. It took over an hour to arrive. I called the place to ask if the order left and the girl said yes, I confirmed again, then she said “no he’s leaving now” ????? They call me back to say they sent the wrong pizza and if I wanted the driver to come back for the right pizza. After an hour of waiting. THEN the square pizza has everything on it, and instead of having it as an “everything pizza” with the description as normal establishments do on Seamless. It just says “all”. As a vegetarian, we got pizza with meat on it. Ok whatever, my bad. On this everything pizza guess what my dad finds when swallowing? A huge piece of plastic he almost swallows and chokes on it. I’ve ordered from here before and each time the order was wrong but this was the absolute last straw. Ever since new management took over, things have been awful.

i’ve been living in valley stream for over 10 years… My greatest memories were coming to Mama Ginas as a kid and getting what I thought was the Best Pizza on Earth from Great People… It is now the complete polar opposite 🚮 🚮 From receiving Raw dough pizza that I’ve had to entirely throw away to having them punching my sandwich through the bag and serving me it because they messed up my first order and tried to accuse me of lying though i was POLITE and CORRECT , I recommend to steer clear.. That’s only the tip of the iceberg , they habitually served me raw chicken in their sandwiches and eventually i just stopped ordering from them in whole . 0/5 stars . RIP the Old Mama Ginas

Been ordering from this place for years. Since they changed owners recently, the quality of the pizza has fallen. Ordered a regular pie a few days ago and the tomato sauce on the pizza tasted off, very bitter. The structure of a regular pie was also small compared to its price. And comparing that to other pizza places nearby, you can definitely get a better deal somewhere else.

There seems to have been a change at Mamma Gina’s recently, because their pizza has been awful now two times in a row. My family has been ordering from here ever since they’ve opened and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately their pizza has gone downhill in quality over the past few months. The crust on their regular pizza tasted oddly sweet, and most recently their Grandma’s pie has sauce on it that tastes like ketchup was dumped on it. No garlic or any fresh ingredients. I’m not sure if there was a change in ownership, but I don’t think my family will be ordering from Mamma Gina’s anymore sadly.

I order a Chicken Parma Hero which was expensive and this is what I got. I will never order or eat at this place again. So dissatisfied I’ve ordered from them before and had been satisfied in the past but MONEY is hard to come by lately and I can’t be throwing it away at this place. It had very little chicken, cheese, and sauce.!

Not sure if there is new ownership but quality has reminisced from the perspective that slices are smaller and prices are higher. This was out local pizza joint but no longer worth the lack luster quality.
