What a lovely place! You can order both food and drinks, and the coffee is impeccable! You can also sit outside because there are outdoor tables. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and always try to please their guests! We eagerly await the opening of the parking garage next door so we can always find a place to park our car.

I honestly appreciate that it's the only bar in Varese that stays open until 5:00, but the cocktails are awful. Plus, the place was packed, and the manager had to split the wait between everyone, resulting in endless waits...

In this place, which I have always known and never frequented, I ordered a shaken coffee with Baileys: they brought me a sorbet with very little liqueur (imitation of the original!), very little coffee and lots of finely crushed ice (i.e. water!) I very politely pointed out that it wasn't what I had ordered, I was told that that's how they make it and that little by little the ice would melt! At the checkout they still made me pay for it even though I pointed out that I hadn't drank it, precisely because it was undrinkable and I didn't want it that way (it was just water), the comment was "We've been doing it like this for years because everyone likes it! Now that I know, next time I'll make it normal for you!" I replied that I couldn't know how they would do it to me! In conclusion they stole €5 from us and they think they are smart with this "recipe" of theirs which is certainly economical for their pockets, but instead they are just unprofessional! If a drink has variations in the "recipe", the customer is notified and he is not forced to drink something he did not ask for! A Mojito is a Mojito, a Cuba Libre is a Cuba Libre, a Baileys shaken coffee is a BAILEYS shaken COFFEE!!! Furthermore, the wait was really excessive, both before and after ordering. N.B. If you want to advertise the place well, it is more intelligent and productive to treat "new" customers well, not just friends and historic customers! I'll go elsewhere.
