We recently celebrated my niece Chiara's 18th birthday at Kaiseki in Varese, which was an outstanding experience. The restaurant amazed us with its freshly cooked dishes, bursting with delicious flavours. The abundance of delightful options on the menu paired perfectly with the warm and friendly staff, making the celebration even more special. The Maitre d', in particular, went above and beyond by adding a touch of sparkle to the occasion and surprising us with a scrumptious chocolate cake and sparkles. The overall experience was incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. What stood out was the thoughtful inclusion of parking in the booking price, making logistics hassle-free. Whether you are a fan of Asian cuisine or not, Kaiseki is a must-visit. Our family had a wonderful time during our lovely lunch. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend this restaurant for any celebratory occasion or a delightful dining experience with loved ones.

The atmosphere is like an futuristic neon party, which is interesting. Not bad, but not really cozy. The food in general is really good. Though the tatars feel like its fish put through a meat grinder, giving it a weird texture. All dishes were warm but they could be a bit warmer, they became cold pretty fast. The sushi was not good. Very weird combinations, which did not need to happen. I would recommend skipping sushi dishes and eating everything else! You choose the food on a QR-code website through which you can also order. This process is pretty neat. All in all a nice, not too expensive lunch experience!

I AM NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!LIKE NO NO NO! Because when i first entered the restaurant they grabbed me and took me to a table and it was busy then we wanted to order and it took 10 minutes to get to order. When we ordered it took our food 30 minutes to finish and guess what it took 30 minutes just for 4 pieces of sushi and when just wanted 4 forks it took 20 minutes just fir not ignoring me then when we were waiting the weather was soo COLD! I had to freeze and wait and just so you know the waiters kept giving us sushi that we did not order like image you ordered then the waiter gives your food to another person and they kept being slow and all the people were waiting just for there food even some of them LEFT! They kept ignoring us while we are trying to get our missing food. After 1 hour we got our missing food also the other were waiting too. By the way the only best thing was there was the fortune cookies oh and i forgot to tell you about the waitress there is 2 floors and only 3 WORKERS! 3 in the first floor and NO IN THE 2 floor and some of the workers went down to the 2 floor and left up stairs. I thought it was all you can eat. If you want leave the place empty stomach then this is for you just so you know it was expensive and had bad experience of cooking.

Unfotunately, only 1 person spoke (not very good) English. Instead of the warm Japanese tea we ordered, we got a sweet kind of ice tea. The girl understood and brought me a warm tea, but the ice teas were on the bill 12 euro each. The food was not fresh, it was hard to order something without mango (taste) and we didn't get what we ordered. I love Sushi, but not here. It is all you can eat for 28 a person. We had one drink each and our bill was 88. Overprized, not nice and bad service.
