Good coffee, good croissants, nothing to complain about, but the staff is extremely rude, speaking to you in an annoyed manner. It's a shame because otherwise, it's not bad.

They have decent, reasonably priced coffees that I find good for breakfast. Their coffees are definitely above average in the area. The downside, however, is that you can't try them all because the café lacks the equipment to make different types of coffee. Every time I want to pay by debit card, it tells me it doesn't work. The clerks are very friendly, but the management is a bit lacking. They could do much better.

Premetto che non sono il solito a fare recensioni su qualsiasi locale ma in questo caso mi permetto di scrivere alcune critiche che non vorrei mai che fossero critiche distruttive, ma critiche ma "costruttive". Raramente frequento il centro di Varese dove in questo locale quasi sempre mi fermo a bere il caffè e devo dire che è molto peggiorato come: gusto, cremosità, e qualità prezzo, anche perché va bene anche avere un costo di un buon prodotto ad un prezzo elevato se il prodotto è ottimo pero ma onestamente pagare un caffè 1,40 che è di cattiva QUALITÀ, e per niente cremoso come un buon caffè dovrebbe essere, e che sa di bruciato preferisco andare a berlo al primo bar che mi RITROVO. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind place, which is why I expected a warm, friendly welcome. Instead, the lady didn't even smile at us; in fact, she seemed annoyed by our requests. I'm always more disconcerted when I see this attitude from someone who works with the public. What a shame, I would have liked to try a few more products!

Purtroppo mi ritrovo a dare come valutazione 1 sola stella siccome qualche giorno fa, poco prima delle ore 17:00 dopo aver consumato all’interno del bar due succhi di frutta e due caffè, abbiamo chiesto di poter andare alla toilette. Il personale, molto scortesemente ci ha detto che il bagno non si poteva utilizzare, in quanto da lì a poco avrebbero chiuso e che quindi il bagno doveva essere pulito. Grazie ancora per la vostra gentilezza e professionalità!!!

Non ci andrò mai più. Caffè davvero buono ma se nel 2021 devo entrare e trovare un cartello con scritto: si accettano pagamenti con bancomat e carte di credito solo sopra i 10 euro (tra l altro vietato per legge). Siamo proprio in Italia, in un periodo come questo, stiamo a guardare il centesimo di commissione su un singolo caffè, invece di invogliare il cliente a venire, pretendiamo che paghi con contanti, che tra le altre cose è veramente poco igienico in un momento come questo. Io cambierei il cartello: VOGLIAMO CHE PAGATE IN CONTANTI, COSI NON VI FACCIAMO LO SCONTRINO E NON PAGHIAMO LE TASSE!!!

Nulla da dire sul caffè che è ottimo. La recensione pessima è dovuta alla completa assenza di cortesia dimostrata a mia moglie, che dopo aver preso un caffè ha chiesto di poter dare il latte artificiale a mia figlia di sei mesi mettendosi in un angolo per evitare di far prendere freddo alla bambina. Risposta del personale alla richiesta: NO VADA FUORI!!! Assurdo.

Scrivo a malincuore questa recensione negativa perché di solito amo premiare chi merita piuttosto che scrivere male su qualcuno. Purtroppo non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento simile come quello ricevuto da dalla signora che sta alla cassa... Maleducazione totale anche nei confronti dei due baristi che devo dire (almeno loro) essere molto gentili ed educati. Sconsiglio vivamente di andare a bere un caffè in questo luogo perché il caffè oltre a un ottima materia prima richiede anche gentilezzaee passione.

Il caffè non è male, ma la signora che sta alla cassa (immagino sia la proprietaria) potrebbe fare lo sforzo di essere un po' meno scortese e altezzosa. Sembra persino che sia infastidita dalla gente. Sinceramente, se posso evito di prendere il caffè qui.

Staff very rude and not helpful. Feels like the ladies hate their jobs. Sad and Repressed atmosphere. The customers don't feel welcome here. To be avoided!!!

I enter the bar to buy a small bottle of water, go to the register, and the lady rudely says, "Are you paying by card?" (As if I were paying in sesterces). I reply, "Yes, I will pay by card." She looks at me, then starts typing numbers into the POS terminal and talks to herself, "Sure...pay €1.50 with card..." I ask, "Is there a problem?" She's not happy: she pays for my water with card... I reply that it's still money, and that if she's doing me a favor by selling me a product with a sky-high markup (€1.50 for the small bottle), she can keep it. So I leave. Two things to consider: if you have a commercial establishment like a bar, you must always be accommodating to customers, because without them, your business will close. If the fees are too high for small card payments, please point this out politely and post a sign stating that you can't pay with a POS terminal below a certain amount. Just be polite, and things will magically change.

My wife, who's 9 months pregnant, comes in and politely asks to use the bathroom before ordering. The lady at the counter tells her she has to order first or she can't use the bathroom. My wife explains she has an emergency and will then calmly order. No way. We went to another bar, but where has humanity gone? What a shame.

Avoid. I'm a pregnant woman in my ninth month, almost at the end (so I have a huge and obvious belly). I went in alone and politely asked if I could use the restroom (unfortunately, when you're expecting, you're constantly in the bathroom), and the lady asked me, "Do you want coffee?" Obviously, I told her no (at 1:00 PM, pregnant, I'd say it wasn't appropriate). "Then you can't use the restroom, it's for customers only," which was also said rudely. I needed the restroom and wanted a bottle of water, which I would have bought later, but on principle, given the rudeness shown, I left. I understand everything, but at least look at who you're dealing with. Poor humanity. This place is all about rudeness and blinders. They could just close it, they'd save more money than letting a pregnant woman use the restroom if she doesn't consume anything. (It's not about the restroom itself, but the manners!)

Disappointing Experience My visit to this coffee shop was truly disappointing. The behavior of the staff, particularly the cashier, was completely unacceptable. When it came time to pay, I was confronted with a truly appalling scene: the cashier complained loudly that I had paid by card, as if it were some sort of "punishment." Not only did she not even give me the POS machine, but I had to lean over the cashier to pay, as if it were an inconvenience I had to endure because of my choice. This attitude was truly irritating and disrespectful. Furthermore, the cashier continued to complain to a colleague, demonstrating a total disinterest in the customer and rude behavior that made the entire experience even more unpleasant. It's unacceptable that a business can afford such an attitude toward its customers. Another serious issue I noticed was that the customer before and after me was not issued a receipt. This raises serious questions about the fiscal integrity of the establishment, which likely evades taxes by failing to print receipts (a behavior that shouldn't be tolerated these days). Unfortunately, despite the coffee being average, the overall experience was so bad that I certainly won't be returning. The service was rude, and the atmosphere didn't contribute to the experience being more enjoyable. The establishment, unfortunately, isn't living up to its potential: it's old and neglected. Despite its convenient location, it feels like a place that hasn't invested in maintenance or improving the atmosphere.

Probably the worst service I've ever encountered. If you want unfriendliness, aggression, and sadness, this is the place for you. They should pass a law to shut it down... in fact, considering they won't accept card payments in 2024, perhaps they should have already done some checks.

The perfect place to go when you're in a bad mood, as it's perfectly suited to the utter rudeness of the people. Unfortunately, I've been there more than once, but after being treated badly by every single person who works there, I'll never go back. It's a shame because the coffee would actually be good. Card payments never work (it's also illegal, by the way :) ), and if you dare ask to pay by card, you'll strangely be insulted. I recommend reading the reviews so you can improve the place.
