An authentic and sustainable experience An excellent restaurant where quality is evident in every detail. The owner demonstrates extraordinary care in selecting ingredients, many of which come directly from the garden and farm adjacent to the restaurant. The menu is seasonal, refined, and eco-sustainable, with original dishes that reflect passion, experience, and a deep knowledge of the local area. We paired everything with an excellent wine, perfectly paired thanks to the advice of the owner, who also serves as a sommelier, who proved to be both attentive and knowledgeable. A true example of zero-mile cuisine, in the truest sense of the word. Highly recommended.

Great find! We were in the Cuneo area to visit a couple of places and finally decided to have lunch at this restaurant! We were really satisfied! Home-cooked dishes without too many frills, excellent.

Welcomed by a friendly and capable waitress, we were really delighted by the quality of dishes we had. The food is an extremely good Piedmontese assortment, produced with ability and care, all "home-cooked". To state the obvious: the wine selection has the same high standard.

A truly positive experience, this family-run trattoria was a warm and friendly welcome on a weekday. The chef explained the menu to us, featuring authentic dishes, with vegetables from his own garden and medium-high quality ingredients. Furthermore, they don't use butter or cream, which I greatly appreciated. Guests are free to choose their courses and menu based on their tastes and appetites. The atmosphere is very simple, and I'd definitely call it "down-to-earth." Convenient parking is available in front of the restaurant (although small). We had a great time and will definitely return.

A typical Piedmontese trattoria, with red-checkered tablecloths and a menu placed before each person, the atmosphere is friendly. They make you feel at ease, and once you're seated at your table, the chef explains the menus. The menus are never the same because the dishes are always prepared with fresh ingredients selected each time. My family and I went for my birthday and had a great meal. We chose the tasting menu and were satisfied with both the quality and quantity. The service was also satisfactory. I recommend trying this trattoria; you won't regret it.

The owner is a true marvel, the tasting menu is truly excellent, with very good and hearty dishes, and excellent raw ingredients. We chose the menu with 4 appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert, water, and coffee, and we left feeling really full.

A small village restaurant (Villanova Solaro) where the Piedmont atmosphere reigns supreme. Located near the castle, this restaurant pleasantly surprised us, both for the friendliness of Chef Luca and the warmth and kindness of his partner and owner. The atmosphere is pleasant, with tables set under the portico, where the chef sits down with guests and shares his exquisite dishes. Piedmontese cuisine, made with top-quality ingredients. A pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back.

One of the best places I've ever eaten. A place where you can still feel the atmosphere of home, warmth, and peace. The food was excellent, from the appetizer to the main course. The braised beef was so tender it melted in your mouth, and the dessert (all homemade) was the perfect way to end it. Recommended for those who love good, simple cuisine and a sense of home.

Had lunch at this trattoria. Very casual, friendly staff. The food is good, especially the veal with tuna sauce, and the agnolotti, too, but a bit dry. Appetizer, first course, and dessert, a quarter of white wine and a caffè corretto (Italian espresso) were €21, a fair price.

The staff were friendly, but cleanliness wasn't their strong point. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned for days, and there were dead cockroaches that hadn't been swept up. I'd add that the portions were small.
