I'm giving it 2 stars because the establishment is in poor condition. It needs cleaning, needs a little remodeling, and the bathrooms are a bit dirty. The air conditioning doesn't cool well and it's very noisy. The pizzas are expensive despite the small size. And the cheese they use is obviously string cheese and has no sauce. The only thing worthwhile is the pasta they offer with a wide variety of ingredients.

The truth is, it didn't have tomato sauce, just bread, cheese, and pineapple; it didn't taste like pizza, and the pepperoni one was the same. Both lacked sauce; maybe the cook forgot it.

Very bad service, they take a long time! I ordered it at 5, it's already 8 pm and it doesn't arrive. If you're going to order, go to Little Caesar, wait 20 minutes and eat happily because here they take a long time.

The pizzas are average in taste, ordering delivery is a pain because the staff is very arrogant, it seems like they don't need to sell because they don't even want to explain. Overall, I don't recommend them, neither for taste nor for service.

Unfortunately, I'd always been eating there because I really like their pizzas, but a few days ago I decided to recommend them at work as a great option. I called and placed my order, and to my surprise, the prices had gone up quite a bit compared to the competition, Little Caesars. Anyway, it turns out they sent me two large pizzas that looked like mediums, and to top it all off, they were missing the pizza sauce base, which is what gives it flavor. My coworkers were really upset about it, and I was so sorry. I called them back, and all they said was that they always claim I was lying in a bunch of words, and they didn't want a refund or anything, just a polite apology. In short, it's no use having good service if your final product is no good. 😔

Terrible service, burnt pizza, and they brought me a pepperoni pizza when I specifically asked for an "oriental" one because I'm allergic to pork. A terrible job and terrible service. Don't buy from this place.

Terrible service, the worst! I arrived, no one served me. I told one waiter, he told another, and the other acted like a fool, cleaning a table. I was with my family! Obviously, I left the place. I recommend the birria on the side.

Terrible customer service! I ordered my pizza at 7:30 p.m. It's 10:06 a.m. and it still hasn't arrived. They made a mistake with my order and blamed me for ordering something I didn't. Instead of resolving the issue, the girl on the phone told me, "You didn't order correctly because I don't make mistakes."
