I've been coming to this bar for years, and I really appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff. An excellent location for an aperitivo, with very reasonable prices.

Not great but not terrible either. We ordered some pancakes with fruit and toasted sandwich. While the taste was OK, the pancakes were the ready-made Lidl style ones that were just quickly reheated, while some of the strawberries weren't super fresh. It's a bit disappointing having in mind that there's a season for strawbs just now. Then the toast was just semi-cold, even the cheese inside was already stiff cold. And the toilets weren't great, doors didn't lock.

Abbiamo aspettato 2 ore prima che ci arrivasse il cibo. Dopo due ore è venuto a dirci che non aveva più pasta. Non lo consiglio a nessuno!

Giorno di Natale, uno dei pochi bar aperti in giro si respirava questa aria natalizia il locale stra pieno tempo di attesa infinito vassoi da tutte le parti ma ci sta capisco. Ma quello che non mi è piaciuto, che a un tratto la cameriera ha fatto una sfuriata generale contro tutti. Noi dopo 20 minuti di attesa c'è ne siamo andati come tanti altri.Quando non si è capace di trattare i clienti anche se non è facile e meglio cambiare lavoro.

la ragazza che serviva poco professionale è molto maleducata, tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Spritz, aperitivo e tost scadenti con materie prime di scarsissima qualità sconsiglio questo posto

Attesa interminabile. I drink ci sono arrivati dopo 25 minuti, e l'aperitivo non è mai arrivato. Dopo più di 50 minuti di attesa ce ne siamo andati. Inoltre, i prezzi dei drink pagati in cassa non rispecchiano quelli di listino.

Siamo stati qui dalle 11.20-12.30 per ordinare dei toast sono arrivati un’ora dopo e per lo piú sbagliati, brioche scadenti, servizio pessimo.

non consiglio personale scortese soprattutto la ragazza che lavora da poco li ho visto dei ragazzi assetati che hanno chiesto dell'acqua e la ragazza non gliela data e ha pure versato sulle sedie acqua e candeggina molto tossica menomale che a quei ragazzi non è successo nulla però solo se gli andava una goccia in bocca potevano stare molto male

La peggiore attenzione. A parte il fatto che ti fanno pagare per ogni posate che non ti portano nemmeno al tavolo. Attenzione orribile, la signorina se così si può chiamare una bruna maleducata che non sa nemmeno parlare. Pessimo posto, dovrebbero assumere persone che siano almeno educate.

A bar in the center of Verbania, a beautiful location... too bad that's the only positive thing. We entered the completely empty restaurant at lunchtime (clue #1), alas, without reading the other reviews, and were immediately mobbed for our order, without a menu and while one of our group was still in the bathroom. We only got the menu after two requests, as if it were a heirloom. We ordered three "maxi" toasts, convinced that at least those were a safe choice. Wait: 40 minutes. Official reason: "they're artisanal." Evidently, the pork had yet to live its life. The toasts finally arrived, not maxi and practically cold. Meanwhile, other customers had shown clear signs of impatience while waiting. We asked for still water out of the fridge: they brought us a bottle from the fridge. I'll skip over the cleanliness of the restrooms. At the checkout, the final masterpiece: two oranges on the counter covered in mold, a symbol of the commitment to quality control. The owner says she "always checks them," evidently when customers notice. Total: 15 euros and a strong desire to run out without even grabbing a coffee. Running a public establishment must be a serious undertaking, not left to improvisation.

I never really post reviews, but this was so incredibly bad I had no other choice. We waited 70 minutes for a mini pizza and were constantly strung along. The food itself was decent, but absolutely not worth the wait. ABSOLUTELY DON'T DO IT.

The wait was very long, the food was simply too small, and the portions didn't taste like ready-made food at all. The sauce was like water, and the fries weren't really fries. The staff were incompetent and unfriendly. Good advice: eat at home.

We had to wait over an hour for four dishes. The service was incompetent, and we had to repeatedly ask for our order. The food doesn't look edible, but it tastes acceptable (not for the price). I suspect it's pre-made food. The restroom isn't very comfortable—there's no lock. While the view is nice, the noisy main road and a construction site unfortunately ruined the ambiance. I wouldn't recommend this place. For the price, it's a rip-off.

Unfortunately, I can't pass by the situation that happened to us in this cafe. I want to say that I feel sorry to meet such mean and dishonest workers in such places. The service was normal, but the bill was calculated higher than it was. I tried to find out why the bill was so high, but apparently, because of my lack of knowledge of the language, they made me look like an idiot. Run away from there.

Too bad. The fact that the terrace was practically empty upon arrival should have given us sufficient notice. We decided to eat here anyway, unfortunately. This food is hopeless. The lasagna must have been microwaved. It wasn't completely warm, half-cooked. Neatly presented on a plate, though. The cutlery was dirty. The salad dressing was very sour. The salad was tasty, though. The fries barely touched the grease. Greasy and undercooked. Even the pigeons didn't want to eat them. The sandwich was okay, though. I won't be back. P.S. The restroom is NOT a place you'd use at your leisure. No toilet paper, the toilet seat was lying next to it. Open trash cans with their contents. This clearly needs some attention.

Food was just not good as well as extremely small portions and slow service, staff was friendly tho and also spoke english, so that helped a little. Overall not a good experience, do not visit.
