Pizza e non solo. Per me la migliore pizza in vercelli. Ragazzi bravi cordiali e professionali. Pizza davvero squisita. Anche fritto misto di pesce niente male. Ci torniamo sempre.

Normally I was planning to give three stars due to we waited almost an hour but the waitress was super sympathic. The pizza was average. Inside was very hot during the summer even if they opened the air conditioners.

The place isn't very large, but the tables are well-presented and the staff is courteous. The pizza menu is divided into classic and specialty pizzas, and there's also an additional option of two specialty pizzas listed on a separate sheet. We ordered four classic pizzas and a plate of linguine with scampi; the photo speaks for itself. I chose a light (white) pizza with whole-wheat dough, mozzarella, arugula, and shaved parmesan cheese. It was soft to the touch even when warm, and very tasty, and the quality of the pizzas was confirmed even by those who opted for the classic dough. One more thing: they accept meal vouchers, perhaps not all of them, but you can ask at the cashier. Enjoy your meal.

Ricordavo la pizza da asporto come una delle più buone di Vercelli... purtroppo devo ricredermi. Attesa 50 minuti...pizza annacquata da mozzarella tagliata a pezzettoni e fredda effetto mappazza con verdure terribili... non va proprio bene. Le altre non migliori.Mi spiace ma il prezzo pagato non vale quello che abbiamo mangiato 😞😞

Pizza buona, infatti dispiace che ci sia tanta disorganizzazione e ritardi nel servizio nonostante la prenotazione Con 4 tavoli occupati in tutto il locale prenotazione ore 8… inizio cena ore 9.15 Tutto questo perché nel mentre continuano a servire l’asporto (Il pizzaiolo lavorava velocemente, nulla da dire ma veramente da rivedere il servizio dei clienti nel locale)

A 40-minute wait for pizzas and a 20-minute wait to even get drinks at the table: as other reviews have written, they focus on takeout, completely forgetting about the tables (which they usually reserve for a specific time for a specific reason). Another table was just as exasperated as we were. It's pointless to point out the issues, as they're impervious to criticism and customer needs. A truly disorganized experience: a terrible dinner.

40 minuti di attesa per le pizze e 20 minuti per avere al tavolo almeno le bevande: si dedicano all’asporto dimenticando totalmente i tavoli (che hanno prenotato ad un orario per un motivo, solitamen…

Terza volta che vado, terza volta che me ne torno a casa con pizze diverse da quelle che avevo ordinato. Attese esagerate.

Mi ero recato in questo ristorante diverse volte anni fa… non consapevole del cambio di gestione, mi sono recato a cena alle 19.00 seppur il locale fosse praticamente vuoto, le pizze al tavolo sono arrivate alle 20.20 con dovuta conseguenza di dover ordinare altro per i bambini che avevano fame… se l’intenzione è quella di lavorare da asporto con delivero o simili, forse bisognerebbe tener a mente che c’è anche della gente seduta in sala che attende… e giusto per concludere, le pizze sono arrivare mezze bruciate (certa conseguenza di un forno eccessivamente caldo)

Staffeta non ha portato le bevande, ho chiamato e spiegato cosa era successo e detto spiegato sia in italiano che in inglese al staffeta che lui doveva tornare al ristorante per prendere cosa aveva mancato. Dopo circa 40 minuti, chiamo nuovamente il ristorante e mi dicono che o andavo prendere o non potevano fare niente, riattacando il faccia il telefono. Se l'app non mi rimborsava, l'atitude del ristorante era di rubarmi.

Un'ora per tre pizze. Mi spiace, ma non posso decretare qualcosa di positivo. Cercate di capire le origini dei problemi e, se avete intenzione di continuare, cambiate modo di lavorare. In bocca al lupo

On Saturday, August 30th, I went to the restaurant in person in the early afternoon at 3:30 PM and made a reservation for a table for three people at 8:30 PM. At 8:25 PM, we showed up at the restaurant entrance to dine, and the waitress, after checking our diary and verifying the reservation, informed us that the table wasn't available and offered to dine at a table with strangers. Naturally, we declined the offer and left without dinner. What can I say? Poor organization, but I can say more. On another occasion, after waiting an hour and a half at the table, the calamari pizza I ordered never arrived. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told that if we didn't open, it wouldn't happen for such reasons. We will never go to this restaurant again.
