I've been having breakfast every morning at Bottega for years and I often have coffee with colleagues during lunch break. The products are good, the girls at the bar are top in terms of professionalism and friendliness. ...the only regret is that with this heat the air conditioning is missing, while the Chinese next door works great!

I have been to several Botega Caffè Cacao for breakfast and I have to say that this place is not like the others, starting from the filling of the brioches which were a bit poor .. the coffee and the cappuccino also need improvement .. furthermore I don't understand why there is no table service given that the prices are not exactly cheap ..

Arrivate per un aperitivo, locale vuoto. Chiediamo e veniamo sbrigativamente invitate a guardare un foglietto che riporta aperol+pizza 7 euro. Purtroppo non possiamo bere e chiediamo di fare aperitivo con analcolico. Ci viene risposto o crodino o bibite....Chiedo se si può avere comunque la pizza e mi viene risposto in modo scandalizzato che non si puo. Che l'aperitivo non puo essere analcolico.E comunque anche se volesse darci la pizza a parte era comunque finita- alle 5 e 20 di venerdì sera. Il tutto con tono molto scocciato, come se le si stesse chiedendo la luna. La situazione è al limite del ridicolo al che le chiedo che problemi hanno con gli astemi o con le gravide visto che in questo locale non hanno il diritto di fare un aperitivo. La mia amica ride e la signora ci dice che ci porterà delle patatine. Le patatine non arrivano... il tavolo dove ci sediamo è sporco... beviamo e ce ne andiamo. Mai più.

Ti fanno fare la fila per lo scontrino prima della consumazione, poi dietro di te arriva l'amica di turno e gli chiedono che brioches vuole, dopo di che gli preparano la colazione, gli passano il vassoio è la fanno pagare prima di me che sono praticamente davanti alla cassa!! UN INDIFFERENZA TOTALE COME SE FOSSI INVISIBILE, MALEDUCATI INRESPETTOSI CHE NON SIETE ALTRO! Chiaramente me ne sono andato è non ci tornerò mai più.

Ambiente incasinato e piccolo.. prezzi alti rispetto la media.. personale poco cortese e svogliato soprattutto in cassa. Tavoli sporchi con mancanza di tovaglioli.

And I: yes cocoa and cinnamon. The barista looks at me badly (I swear, for a moment I thought she was asking me for the extra price for having taken cocoa and cinnamon, and not just one of the two).

Good morning, breakfast was good, but not great. DO NOT DRINK ANY BEER AT ALL. MORETTI RED BEER 33cl, €4.50 each, and not even a single crisp. Congratulations. As a good customer, I pay and accept. But you definitely won't see me again.

Let me start by saying I've never given a star, and I'm sorry to do so for a place I've been going to for years. We sat down at a table to eat and waited over half an hour for a waitress to come and order (they never even looked at us, even though there were very few people in the place). We got annoyed and decided to get up and leave, walking past the counter and they didn't even notice we were leaving. Service was inattentive and disrespectful to the customer.
