I got there when they opened at 4:00, so there were very few people there. I was seated by the host( I was by myself, I was in the area on business). The server, Wendy, holy smoke, she should run professional development on how to be the best server! I already knew what I wanted because I looked at the menu before going there. I ordered the BBQ chicken flat bread and chicken wing Mac and cheese. She immediately asked if I wanted the flatbread as an appetizer. She beat me to it… yes please. From the time I ordered, the flatbread was out in 10-12 minutes then the Mac and cheese was another 10-12 minutes. (Keep in mind this was 4:30 before it got busy) she told me the ranch dipping sauce was made on-site. It was really good. I overheard conversations between patrons and the staff. It sounded like there were some regulars. That’s always a good sign. If I was in the area again, the food was good that I would not pass it by! The flatbread and chicken wing Mac and cheese and a Pepsi was $32.50 before I tipped.

This is a great spot for a drink and food. The prices are reasonable and the location is convenient from both I90 and the Turning Stone Resort. The food is very good for the price and the service is very friendly and helpful the times I have visited. Highly recommended for pub type dining. The menu has good choices. Enjoy!

Smarter Life

The Recovery Sports Grill has always been my go-to for a burger, beer, fries, and a good time come baseball or football season. They literally have EVERY GAME ON no matter what sport you enjoy. There's gotta be 30 tvs+. 10× better than a wild wings. Speaking of - the wings and sauce are SICK!! Plus. They have a wing night on Thursday!!! You've gotta visit to understand just how awesome this place is. The staff is amazing, food is even better + your across the street from the best casino and resort in all of New York. Take your time to enjoy this bar and grill, you will love it!!!! PROMISE!!!

Another delicious meal and consistent service at Recovery! This is one of my go-to spots near the casino and I always have a great meal. I ordered the French onion soup and southwest chicken wrap and both were delicious! We had great service and a tentative waitress and enjoyed our staff lunch. This is the perfect spot for people looking for a casual meal. Recovery has a major sports vibe with lots of local athletes pictured on walla plus famous athletes. Also a ton of TV if you're looking to watch a game! Very reasonably priced.

Love it there! Food is good but I really think they should have kept their signature Ruben Sandwich. Chips and salsa are kinda of bland.... killer burgers!

The food was very good, flavorful, and enjoyable. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable as well. However, the service could have been better. At the beginning, the waitress seemed very serious and her tone didn’t feel welcoming. Fortunately, by the end of the meal, when she brought the bill, I felt more at ease and welcomed. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement in service.

We had a very nice time here...food was good, generous portions and an attentive wait staff. My wife had the Buffalo Mac n cheese...a big bowl! I had a burger and it was well put together and tasty. I deducted a star only because it was a bit overcooked, and my fries were only warm. My wife's was piping hot, so that was good. Overall, good food! We had the crispy Brussels Sprouts, and they were darn tasty! Never seen them like that before... Our server, Ben, was courteous and attentive without interrupting...a definite pro! We'll be back for sure...

Gave it one more chance due to convenience..\nBartender was great but fries were luke warm at best. Sandwich roll was stale and a big fat fruit fly in my beer. Never had luck with the food here.

Typical sports bar and grill serving pub food with many large screen TVs for you to watch some games. Limited beer list, only have big brand beers, not much microbrews. Food was ok. The wings were small and meager but passable. The burger was decent, cooked as ordered. The salad was acceptable. The turkey club was a surprise, served on a wheat buns, tasted a tad dry. Service was good. Our waitress was on top of things, running between tables to make sure we got what we need.

We stopped to have something to eat. My husband blood sugar was very low and he needed to eat. We were greeted very nice, picked a table of choice. Waitress came took our order, all good. It was not very busy at all. Starting to wonder where our food was, 35 minutes 🤔 later. The Waitress comes and brings us a plate of potato chips, I go like where is our food 🤔 She admits that she NEVER put our order in 😠 REALLY THAT'S YOUR JOB!! How do you do that??? Skip this place. Sunday night football. Tons of open seats and we have to sit in the only table offered? Service people standing around chatting. No food coming out. Waited 5 mins for drinks. Won’t be back.
