Hands down, you can always count on them to taste amazing! They are cheaper than any other place I know. The food is never a guess. A lot of other restaurants taste different at every order. I love panda III. I ordered chicken broccoli combo, with pork egg roll, wonton soup and sesame chicken combo. Delicious

One of the best Chinese places in Vestal. Probably one of the best things about Vestal. Quick service, kind people and great atmosphere.

Eventually I will have to include picture, but in general Panda III is our families and friendsgo to when we know we need a feel good food. Food is love, love is life. It's quality here, and you can buy special ingredients at the store itself.

I had a wonderful dish of bean curd homestyle all the vegetables were fresh and delisious the bean curd was alsovery good. Price was very reasonable and service good I ate inside and I highly recommend Panda 3 if you was suthentic delicious Chinese food.

This place is bussin bussin, they have the BEST friend rice in the Binghamton to Endicott area hands down. I've tried almost every Chinese place in a 30 minute radius, and no one compares not kidding. They additionally have an exceptionally fast turnaround time, I mean I've ordered family of 5 or 6 meals and it's been done in 15-20 minutes max. I always get the general tsao extra crispy, they make it perfect every time and the pork fried rice is bomb! We have also tried the dumplings, wonton soup, eggdrop soup, spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken and broccoli, beef and broccoli, and ho fun beef, it was all good no complaints! The food is just too good. People are nice enough, I mainly do takeout so there isn't much interaction besides ordering and picking up.

Walked in placing an order that was ready in less than 10 minutes. Ordered shrimp egg rolls and sesame chicken with fried rice. The shrimp egg rolls were quite scrumptious. The sesame chicken was unsatisfying taste wise. It lacked flavor and was quite greasy. Portion size was in line with other Chinese take out spots leaving me full.

Service is fine. The fried shrimps, shrimp and lobster, rice are good dishes. The chicken Lo Mein is fabulous. The order doesn't take too long to be ready. I order from the his place every now and then.

If you want to grab and go, Panda is one of the best chinese food places in Binghamton, very good taste. Service isnt really fair to judge because the only take your order there is no real sense of hospatility. Atmosphere is not inviting to sit down, its really set up for you to pick up and leave.

Recently, I visited this restaurant on my way to my graduation at Cornell University. The food was outstanding but unfortunately the service was horrible. The Asian woman at the counter was rude when we were ordering. Also, I needed to use the bathroom and the service woman was extremely racist. She did not allow me to use the bathroom when recently an Asian woman was allowed to use the bathroom. That is extremely unprofessional and they just lost one less customer. Food was great but if the service is not good I will no longer support this restaurant…

Food is trash, absolutely gross this is about the 3rd time in a row my food came out this same way.. their sesame chicken has a stringy/rubbery content going on inside every single piece which is very unappetizing, tried to give them benefit of doubt with their beef n broccoli and the beef was strangely similar having a very rubbery texture and wouldn’t break down too well as it’s chewed 🤮 only thing worth actually eating here if you’re that desperately hungry is fried chicken wings + fries but really this place is not it 0/10

Super dirty place , unnsanitary . They have two baby turtles in a mini cricket keepers on their counter with no lights , no basking spot nothing right near where they do there bagging up and sales . Turtles carry many parasites ,their counters are dusty . The workers sit around . This is the worst Chinese place around . Workers are ruder then hell and incompetent
