I think I can safely say that Ecco's was the best pizza I've ever eaten. Thin enough not to weigh you down but not so thin as to "break" like some thin and dry pizzas do, with a small but tasty edge, cooked to perfection, large and really rich in toppings (very fresh and quality). The place is very small, you need to book well in advance, but this means that the care put into each pizza is really felt. Furthermore, it is really well furnished, welcoming and charming. There is a family atmosphere. The courtesy of the staff is also commendable, kind and helpful. The restaurant is located along the road, therefore finding parking is not easy, I recommend you look in the small square next to the gas station a few meters from the place.

The place is very small, so if you don't like going out in your clothes, this isn't for you. The pizzas are so big they spill out of the plate, but they're truly delicious. Excellent service. Convenient parking nearby.

Recommended by friends, four of us decided to try it. We tried the regular pizza, the Neapolitan-style pizza, the pinsa, the cheese focaccia, the farinata, and the farinata with sausage. All were plentiful and delicious. Excellent flavor and texture. Fast service and a friendly waitress. Lastly, we had a pistachio dessert, and unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations; it was too sweet to the point of being cloying and tiring! Otherwise, everything was good! Highly recommended; we'll be back soon! Pictured: Farinata, Farinata with Sausage, Recco-style Cheese Focaccia, and Pizza with Sausage. Beautiful place, very well-kept and welcoming. Very good pizza, generous portions, though sometimes the mozzarella is a bit too much. The cheese focaccia is equally good. Seats are limited, so it's advisable to book well in advance.
