Very good ice cream. Excellent paninis. Reasonable prices. A typical atmosphere that we love. We could make the trip (to Limone) more often for the quality of what's served. On the other hand, the staff isn't the friendliest in Piedmont... it's a shame because the place is lovely and it would deserve a final star with this little effort.

Excellent ice cream shop in the heart of Entracque, the ice creams are good and reasonably priced, the outdoor terrace is small and charming and there is a small park with games for children, the focaccias, the sandwiches are definitely abundant in quantity of side dishes and the aperitifs are well made, definitely recommended!!

Nice bar. The outdoor seating is relaxing, located in the park in front of the children's playground! Very friendly! The coffee isn't the best.

I didn't like the barley coffee. My friends ordered the zabaglione, which was served in a cup that was too big, and everyone said it was too alcoholic.

Niente da dire sulla struttura, ma il locale era affollato, mi è venuto in mente di chiedere se bisognasse ordinare al tavolo o al banco, pensavo di fare una gentilezza. La signora mi ha risposto in malo modo che "funziona come in città" e quando mi sono allontanato è ancora andata avanti a prendermi in giro con il personale. Se siete di buon umore e volete rimanerci, scegliete un altro bar.

Tuna sandwich: lukewarm and limp bread, like you didn't buy bread at 1 PM on a Monday, and it's probably from the day before, or maybe even Saturday. The salad in the tuna sandwich was stained with dark brown and therefore old; not even the sparrows wanted it. Warm draft beer. Acceptable toast. It's incredible that we're in Entracque (CN), a small mountain town where people complain about bars closing. But if these bars close, who's going to cry? They say around here: "A piece of junk..."

Dopo mezz’ora che aspettavo di poter ordinare un gelato al bancone, mi sono seduta nei tavoli fuori nella speranza di essere considerata ma dopo altri 30 minuti mi sono permessa di chiedere alla proprietaria se preferiva che andassi in cassa ad ordinare (credevo fosse cosa gradita e avvantaggiosa di tempo visto che il locale era abbastanza pieno) ma la signora mi ha risposto in modo arrogante e strafottente “quando la cameriera avrà tempo passerà a prendere l’ordinazione visto che sai tenere bene il conto dei minuti che sei qui che aspetti”, per poi prendermi in giro con il resto dello staff. Dopo una bella ora di attesa arriva finalmente il gelato peccato che non era neanche buono! Tavoli sporchi e bagni fuori servizio.

I never like to write this kind of review but in this case I have to point it out, the staff and especially the managers are extremely rude, not recommended and not just a fake artisanal pastry shop

The worst and tiniest fake artisanal ice cream of our lives. And the icing on the cake: a sloppy young waitress, with greasy strands of hair in her face, who doesn't hold the cone with a paper napkin and reluctantly serves (really small) ice creams to customers. It doesn't even deserve one star.

On a Sunday in early July, we arrived in a small group (10 people) for a quick lunch. The place had only two tables occupied. They took our orders for sandwiches and toasted sandwiches and then asked us to change them because it took 40 minutes to prepare everything ("there's only one cook and two tables ahead of yours"). They offered us "freshly baked" focaccia instead. Two 3cm x 8cm pieces arrived, frozen and very salty... In short, a complete disaster in terms of quality and service. It's a shame; it's a nice place in the town center with an outdoor terrace overlooking a garden; it could be managed much better. The prices are fair.

Granted, it's winter, so I can understand the limited number of gelato flavors, but the cigarette smell inside the shop is not. In fact, the gelato cone smelled of smoke, and the gelato flavors were dry, as if they were stale or left out in the open. It's a shame you don't sell gelato in winter; to eat it like this, I would have liked at least a 50% discount. I made a fool of myself with my partner for taking her there, telling her it was the best gelato shop in the area. From now on, I'll be able to call it the worst.
