A very nice place with a sea view. Excellent aperitifs, made right on the waterfront by the friendly and professional bartender Leonardo. Fantastic staff. Not to mention the burger menu, each more delicious than the last. Highly recommended for both aperitifs and dinner. Suitable for everyone. I come back every week! If you're passing through Chiavari, you can't miss it. Just at the beginning of the pedestrian area.

Hamburger shop located on Via Vittorio Veneto in Chiavari. It is under the arcades so it is within walking distance. It has outdoor tables and we sat right outside with a direct view of the Carrugio. The staff is very friendly, kind and nice. They gave us the menu and turned on the light on the table. The prices are not excessive and, in fact, very affordable. We opted for two hot dogs. The service was smooth and quite fast. The two hot dogs arrived very large, therefore substantial, well-filled and very visually pleasing. We also ordered three fried stuffed gnocchi. They arrived hot, with tomato and cheese. Highly recommended place, fresh food and excellent quality raw materials.

Nice place by the sea, beautiful view, good service, and good food. What's not so great is that they don't apply the Fork discount transparently, excluding it (why?) from drinks and calculating the total without revealing it.

We've been guests at this bistro on the Chiavari promenade several times, and have always left satisfied. It offers a good variety of burgers with top-quality meats and several vegetarian options. The dessert selection is also interesting, with an honorable mention for the vegan mousse. The beer selection is very tempting. Dogs are welcome, and water bowls are available.

Great burgers and wide variety of both draught and bottled beers. Service was very friendly. Big screen for sport too. A little pricey (€11 for a burger without chips) but that’s Ligurian prices.

We had reserved a table for 6 p.m. via Google. Unfortunately, we only found out once we got there that, as is common in Italy, the kitchen doesn't open until 7 p.m. We wanted to while away the time with a drink at a shady table overlooking the sea. A water was served to us quite quickly. Unfortunately, no one came to our table to take our order, which was unnecessarily long. Presumably, the waiters weren't all ready at that time. When someone finally came, we ordered drinks and food straight away. We had no problem customizing the burgers for our children to their liking (extra bacon here, no mayonnaise there...). Fries come in various sizes, and even the smallest isn't exactly small. I had the second-smallest version with my large burger, which was a good size for an adult. A highlight was the grilled vegetables, which unfortunately weren't brought to us until we asked for them, when the rest of the food was almost gone. The fries and burgers were also really tasty, and the patties were of reasonable quality. Unfortunately, the equally delicious drinks, intended as an aperitif, were served with the meal and not beforehand. That was not what we had intended, but perhaps we should have communicated more clearly with our very friendly young waitress.

I went there for lunch. There were two or three other tables with me. The service was quick, and we didn't have a wait. The burgers were good, the staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. The price was quite high; I had a nicely stuffed burger.

We had the opportunity to have lunch at Miglio Verde this summer during our short stay in Chiavari. We chose the restaurant because it was very close to our apartment and because of the good reviews online. We took advantage of the evening service, eating our dinner outside at the terrace tables. The restaurant also has an indoor space and a small veranda overlooking the entrance. You can also order online through their website and major food and delivery apps. They also offer takeout (€1.50 - minimum order €15, free on-site pickup), a significant plus. The menu is quite diverse, ranging from first and second courses to tasty treats (medallions and meatballs in all sorts of sauces, fried gnocco, piadinas, hot dogs) to gourmet veggie and non-vegetarian burgers. The prices are slightly above average, due to the carefully selected ingredients, the certified organic meat, and the original combinations, with a focus on carefully sourced ingredients. We tried a Mr. Kevin (€9 - classic burger with lettuce, cheddar, and bacon, BBQ sauce, and caramelized grilled onions) and a Carbonaro (€13), a "dipping burger" cut in half with double bacon, grilled egg whites, and a side bowl of carbonara cream with an emulsion of egg yolks, organic Parmigiano Reggiano, salt, pepper, or chili pepper—very interesting. To finish, we shared a plate of Minne (€8), two millet and zucchini cakes with Pecorino Romano cream. The service was courteous, prompt with drinks, and decidedly slow with orders, even though the place wasn't packed. The dishes were good overall, but—considering the promised quality and the actual price—perhaps we expected something better. Ordiniamo 3 hamburger con patatine. I panini arrivano dopo un’ora di attesa, le patatine neanche ce le portano. Inammissibile. Inutile prendere 60 coperti se non si riesce a servirli in tempi e modi decenti.

Pagato per un aperitivo con gnocco fitto e salumi ma servito solo aperitivo, perché prediligono il servizio pranzo da una cert'ora!

Ordered on Glovo at 8pm, called the restaurant a few times asking for the order, they said it was coming. It never came until 10pm. 2 hours for two burgers? Unacceptable
