Food is awesome! Vibes is amazing too! Kickstarted our Milan trip here at Billy’s and no regrets! Their staff were running around as the place was pretty busy, come eat here so they can have more revenue to hire more staff haha! 100/100 place!

Definitely the best place in the neighborhood. Great pizza 🍕 and tiramisu! Great pasta - tagliolini and risotto. Pork loin was ok, but would rather recommend to go for the other options. Overall great experience.

Had an amazing experience at Billy's Place! Friendly staff and high quality food. We had tuna tartare, veal tartare, Milanese risotto, mushroom risotto, carbonara, margherita pizza, and a couple other dishes with some white wine. We ended off the night with some tiramisu for dessert. Overall, the ambience was perfect and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend and return!

We came to this restaurant tired after a long walk, carrying bags, and we were simply looking for a place to sit, relax, and have dinner. We had already checked three other restaurants before choosing this one. As soon as we entered, we sat down because we were exhausted. The owner or a staff member immediately came to us with a very condescending attitude, trying to lecture us about “etiquette” and saying we should have gone to him first so he could assign us a table. We explained politely that we were tired, but he continued speaking to us disrespectfully, as if we were ignorant. When we decided to leave, he waved his hand at us dismissively, basically telling us to leave in a rude way. Very disappointing behavior and a lack of basic hospitality and respect. We will not return and do not recommend this place based on how we were treated.

Unfortunately, our experience at Billy Place was extremely disappointing. My wife and I were tired after a long day of shopping and decided to enter the restaurant hoping to sit and rest and eat. Instead of being welcomed, we were met with very rude behavior from the worker there. He did not greet us at all; on the contrary, he started shouting and speaking in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner, and eventually asked us to leave the restaurant. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect proper hospitality, especially towards guests and tourists. We were genuinely shocked by the behavior, particularly because the restaurant had many positive reviews online. Sadly, our experience was the complete opposite, and the Worker, attitude was extremely disrespectful.

Apologies but this had to be put down considering it’s for the future customers who would like to enjoy a good meal without being side eyed by the staff. We decided to pick this place for a quick aperitif as we had other commitment in the region, we had our pet, 1 year old golden, from the moment I entered I felt an odd vibe about she not feeling alright with me or my dog, however, I kept the smile and did tell her my friend has a table and she is right there, but the lady kept starring at my dog to which I asked if it’s ok to have the dog inside to which she nodded and next question was, what’s the name of the person wherein she was right behind and I was showing her the table as she was expecting me. She kept insisting if I have a booking. Alas, I was allowed to eat and I paid the whole service 😉. I felt overall staff looked not happy or angry or something wasn’t right. Sorry but pls do mention if you like to have particular kind of guests or ones without pets. It would help us too to not do the mistake. Sorry but we did love the food and wine, but it’s all about the vibe and ambience.

I had to ask if there was a wait time, and her response was a dismissive “over an hour,” with no offer to take our name or suggest alternatives. It felt very clear that we were not welcome. If you are the owner or manager reading this, I strongly recommend addressing the attitude and customer service approach of your front-of-house staff. First impressions matter—and this one was unfortunately very poor.
