Posto carino, cibo molto buono e servizio impeccabile, personale accogliente ☺️
Excellent. They delivered everything to me even though I live far away, super punctual, and the food was piping hot (they warned me it would take an hour, sometimes the pizzeria downstairs takes an hour or more, but they ended up taking even a little less). The food was not only hot, but also delicious, as always, and the sushi was super fresh and really good. I'll definitely continue to order from them because it's so worth it ❤️
Japanese-Chinese fusion cuisine in Genoa's Pegli neighborhood, right on the promenade. A wide selection of Chinese and Japanese dishes are freshly prepared, always using fresh, high-quality ingredients. A wide selection of vegetarian dishes is already on the menu, and if you request modifications, they'll be happy to accommodate them. Service is fast and efficient, and the staff is polite, always smiling, and helpful. Portions are generous, and if you have any leftovers, you can request to take them home, as the restaurant also offers takeout and delivery, which is always prompt. You can choose from à la carte or the all-you-can-eat menus for both lunch and dinner. A loyalty card is issued, requiring 20 stamps (one for every €15), which entitles you to a €15 voucher on your next order. Excellent value. A nine-course dinner, including a half-liter Japanese beer and coffee, costs €45.00. Important: dogs are welcome!
First, of all don't get put off by the old exterior. The inside is new, fresh and contemporary, remarkably clean. Food is fresh and plentiful.
From the outside, the place isn't flashy. The interior is very beautiful and elegant despite its minimal furnishings. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a very kind waitress who promptly took my temperature and, without any prior appointment, reserved a table for four even though we were a couple, so we could maintain a safe distance from other people. The sushi is excellent, the all-you-can-eat menu is excellent, affordable, and everything is very fresh. Once consumed, the dishes are taken away immediately so that the next dish can be delivered, thus avoiding table congestion. It was definitely a pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely be back, as it's one of the best sushi restaurants in Genoa.
The restaurant is located on the beautiful Pegli seafront. Very clean and tidy inside, perhaps a little too dark, but it was comfortable. The food is excellent, every dish is delicious, and meticulously prepared. The only downside (but it could have been a bad day, and it happens to everyone). The waitress was always smiling and very kind, unlike the (I presume) sulky owner, who delivered my dishes without even looking me in the face, and without even replying to my "thank you" messages. But then again, bad days can happen, and I hope that's what it's all about. I recommend this place to everyone! ❤️
Nice place, good food and fair price. The service is fast and the staff is nice. Overall, a positive experience.
The place was nice and the staff was friendly. The service wasn't the best because we were running out of food. The service was quick, but it certainly wasn't the best sushi. The restaurant filled up quickly, and I could see everyone eating with a satisfied expression. I recommend it, but... they could improve.
For years now, it's been our first choice for takeout, given its proximity to home and its quality. It's a classic Chinese and Japanese restaurant, with classic dishes that aren't too fancy but still taste good. It offers an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT option (you can eat there), and reasonable prices for takeout or à la carte. I'm not giving it five stars only because there are so many of them around now, and many are now offering new, tempting combinations. The staff is very friendly.
After a month in the red and orange zones, here we are, having lunch at this restaurant where, due to Covid, they must have had to send someone home. Service was immediately prompt, only to then have to wait a long time for the final order, which even led to a request to omit a dish because it took too long to prepare. I don't blame the restaurant; on the contrary, the chef never took his eyes off what he was doing. The three young men were running around like crazy, trying to satisfy every customer's demanding requests (more soy sauce, chopsticks for four, and us for five, the child stained the placemat, I need two more, double chopsticks that fell, the sauce container that spilled—I'd like to change it—I could use more tissues, thanks!). The food is good, but monotonous. I realize now, at the end of the meal, that if it had been too varied, there would have been even more delays. The waiters, especially one young woman, were very kind and helpful. They always apologized for the various delays and were in a hurry. Get out of here. I know what the problem is, not that it's Sunday, because I've been here on Sundays before. The problem is that restaurants, in order to maintain their standards, should be allowed to operate... the only serious point is the truly limited lunch menu, with almost nothing but cooked and raw salmon.
The food was truly excellent, from Chinese to Japanese! The staff was super kind, courteous, and smiling! The place was clean, tidy, and well-decorated. 4 stars only because there's a huge selection of Chinese food, less so for Japanese, and also because the nigiri had way too much rice. Anyway, I recommend it to everyone! P.S. If you go now that it's December, they'll give you a fantastic Asian-style calendar! 😍
Abbiamo mangiato tutte pietanze a base di verdure. Forse un pochino troppo sapide per i miei gusti però cucinate molto bene e con gusto. Il personale è cordiale, simpatico e sorridente. Consigliato.
Good Chinese food, excellent egg rolls, perhaps a little too greasy, but the vegetables are crunchy. I was a bit disappointed with the dumplings, but the spicy beef and steamed dumplings were also good. '80s-style dishes. All-you-can-eat with a limited selection, unfortunately, but the crab huramaki was good.
Decent: limited salmon sashimi for lunch, one course, a lark menu for €10.90. It's a shame the cover charge is €1, and with water at €2.50, we get €14.40. For the same price, you can eat better elsewhere. The seaweed cones are delicious, the rest is Chinese and unpretentious. At least they don't make a fuss if you leave too much, because the threat of charging you €5 to €20 if you don't eat it all is written in black and white on the menu.
Hug ordered takeout and the food arrived inedible. The rice had fluorescent yellow egg and the shrimp smelled bad. The spicy chicken must have been at least three days old and tasted rancid. The spring rolls were a soft, disgusting mess. Be careful because sooner or later you'll send someone to the hospital. As for me, I didn't even give it to my dog and you'll never see me again. Shame.
We've ordered takeout many times over the past few months and have always found it to be very good. Today, since we were in the area, we decided to eat at the restaurant. We've never had such a poor experience; the staff was extremely rude, not just to themselves but to everyone at the table. Table service resulted in flying dishes and incorrect orders. Not even a single greeting when we made our reservation. Bottom line... after this terrible experience, we definitely won't be returning, nor will we be ordering takeout. When you work with people, I believe kindness is the key to success.
