We wanted something different from pizza / pasta and found this spot on a walk. Service was great even with a bit of language barrier and food was excellent! It was a shame there was no one else at the restaurant, we would normally keep walking if we saw an empty space but we were both delighted at how amazing the food was and both left very full! Would recommend for anyone wanting a break from typical Italian cuisine.

Amazing food. The place it’s really clean and the owner was friendly and courteous. Morog polao chicken, and chicken curry were delicious. You must have to try!

Very nice bengali restaurant, authentic bangladeshi taste and flavor in the food items.. Moreover hospitality of the owner pleased us!! Based on our request, he served us homely foods which was not even on the menu.. Thanks dada!! Must visit, at least for all bengalis visiting la spezia

Not exactly Indian. This is a Bangladeshi restaurant. But the food is excellent. We had moghlai porota, samosa and mishti doi here. They were also serving beef biryani and lots of sweets were there. Do give it a try.

I got so sick from the food and spent the night throwing up, so I don't know if there is any point in writing about the taste or how juicy the beef curry was.. I have eaten street food in India without any problems, so it definitely doesn't have to do with a sensitive stomach. My other issue with the place was how dirty it felt... The chairs had years' worth of filth on them, so it was hard to enjoy the meal. Don't recommend it.

We didn't exactly get what we ordered, we were charged more than the price on the menu and, above all, we had diarrhea in the evening. The food tasted good, though, and the staff was polite.

Hello, We were eating yesterday at this place. The stuff seemed really nice. We are not from Italy so we had a little communication gap but that’s okay… not okay is the following: We ordered vegetable curry, dal and rice (in total 12€). He brang us a dish we didn’t order, something with fish. We didn’t want to be impolite, so we ate that as well. We were happy to get nice food, it was delicious! But the guy working there brang us another dish (a green vegetable cream) and said: free free, try. He didn’t seem to be bothered that we said no thank you. Well at the end of our restaurant visit we wanted to pay, so we came to the desk and asked for a receipt. He just said 30€ and as we were wondering he asked if there was any problem… Sorry but this is scam! It is not okay to just make prices up and get people to pay random things nobody asked for. That’s really unfair and that’s also how you loose your costumers…

The place looked untidy and grubby. Potatoes were being peeled on the bar. The food was cold and even when we complained it still came back lukewarm. Very little taste. Waiter couldn’t communicate in Italian nor English. He made up the price of the bill and gave no printed bill. We were over charged. Definitely our worst experience in Italy.
