A very cute, well-kept place in the alleys behind Piazza della Loggia. We sat outside, and while we had an aperitif, two guys were playing music, and the atmosphere was truly perfect. The staff was very friendly, and some of the appetizer options were also very good; personally, I didn't appreciate the farmer's trio, and I wouldn't recommend it: the artichokes were bitter, the other vegetables didn't taste good, and the price was a bit high for the portion—they looked just like pre-packaged "giardiniera" vegetables you buy at the supermarket. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the charcuterie and cheese platter, the new potatoes with sauce, and the tigelle were really good.

I had an aperitif at this place. It's a small restaurant in the historic center of Brescia, offering simple yet high-quality dishes. The prices are in line with what's on offer, so I'd say it's excellent value. The staff is cheerful, attentive to their customers' needs, and very professional. Since the place is small, especially inside, I recommend making a reservation (in the summer, they also have outdoor seating). My 4 stars are because I had a great time overall and was satisfied with the museum tasting menu, my cocktail, and the dai dai dessert (chocolate-covered ice cream bites, 6 bites per portion). But it's a shame you can't have a coffee afterward, because they don't make coffee (this is the only negative detail, for me).
