Ever since the best bartender in the city (Giulio Cairoli) no longer had his own place, I've been endlessly searching Genoa's cocktail bars for someone as good as him, and I've finally found him. I can say this with certainty after tasting almost all of his cocktails. The appetizers are also excellent, and the prices are in line with the quality. The staff is also definitely up to par. Highly recommended.

Every time, a surprise! The aperitif dish is always different and incredibly sophisticated: the girl serving it is always knowledgeable and describes the ingredients to every customer. I might add, always delicious! Now, praise for the cocktails, also expertly prepared and all well-balanced, made with excellent ingredients. I can honestly say they make the best Americano in all of Genoa! If you want to drink really well and have a pleasant aperitif, I recommend going there!

This is my favourite place for aperitivo in Genova. I’m from London but visit my partners family here regularly. Every time we come to Genova we make a point to visit a few times. The cocktails are fantastic and expertly crafted, and the service is wonderful. Always welcoming us so kindly and treating us like family. Highly recommended as a must visit in Genova!

I started frequenting this wonderful bar as a kid with my parents. I continued with my wife, and I still go back with my children and grandchildren. For years, they've delighted me with their cocktails, bartenders I've seen retire. Stopping by for an aperitif in Genoa is a ritual.... Unfortunately, not so much in the many cities around the world where I've lived for my assignments.... But back to the point. Relaxing and rejuvenating location. Easy parking. Disabled parking nearby. Easy entry. You can stand if you're in a hurry or sit comfortably. What I drink depends on the bartender who mixes my cocktail. In exchange for the appetizers, a second or third order is a must. You can try every type of appetizer. Never stingy. But they're so good that you leave wanting more. The selection varies with the time of day. There's a base, and then you go with pleasant variations. Over many years, I've always been very satisfied. When I'm in Genoa, it's a must-see; memories blend with the present pleasure. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you.

For breakfast, excellent croissants and well-made cappuccino; for aperitivo, a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, accompanied by small plates, fritters, and chips that alone are worth the stop! The service is always perfect, attentive, and friendly: the waitress stops to explain the different components of the small plates! Fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Ci siamo fermati per l ora di pranzo a prendere due centrifughe servite con l opzione aperitivo. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più come quantità di aperitivo per come mi era sempre stato raccontato. Forse la sera c'è più offerta. Le centrifughe (una con ghiaccio una senza) erano entrambe buonissime. Sempre molto simpatici e col sorriso tutto il personale.

Se sei di corsa e vuoi una pausa pranzo veloce allora devi fermarti al Bar degli Aperitivi! Servizio rapido e veloce. Non spaventatevi se il locale è pieno perché il servizio è rapidissimo. Ottime le torte di verdure

A livello di alcolici buoni ma a livello di conto veramente spropositato Un gin Tonic mare è una coca zero come aperitivo 12€ cad. e ci può stare ma col secondo gin tonic mi viene proposto dal personale ancora qualcosa da stuzzicare (acciughe fritte) e poi messe sul conto come piatto a parte 16€ Quindi per intenderci due gin tonic e una coca zero 53€ Il giorno dopo vado a far presente l’accaduto e mi viene risarcito 5 euro sul secondo gin tonic FOLLIA

Extremely high prices for unprofessional service. The drinks are good, but the food is absolutely inedible. The staff should wash their hands or wear gloves before serving you. While they were preparing my appetizer, two waiters ate the food they were serving me behind the counter and even licked their knives. I wouldn't go back.
