Ho mangiato un ottimo primo di pesce e bevuto un buon calice di vino. L'atmosfera suggestiva delle arche rende la cena un'esperienza davvero magica

Ci siamo fermati per mangiare a pranzo, ottimo menu tipico, risotto all'amarone e tastasal spettacolare, consigliatissimo!!! Personale gentile e professionale

Gira per le vie di Verona tutto il giorno, poi fermati qui a mangiare e farai un salto nella tradizione con la T maiuscola. Posticino piccolo, intimo e accogliente, caotico ma sicuro allo stesso tempo, con quel profumo di cibo che mangeresti anche in piedi, tra i fornelli, inzuppando un pezzettino di pane nel sughetto, ma non si può fare, quindi prendi una sedia e accomodati. Buon appetito.

Wollten nur etwas trinken, nach anfänglichem Zögern wurde uns dann aber ein Platz frei gemacht. Getränke (Bier und Aperol Spritz) haben geschmeckt, Service war sehr gut, gab für jeden sogar noch ein Stück Pizza Margerita und Chips als Snack.

Forget the negative comments. I really don’t know what people expect. Ritz dining at Mac Donald’s prices? We were made welcome and found a table promptly. The food was excellent - Meatballs and carbonara. Only a slight criticism, the tables were quite close, but not a serious issue. Would seriously recommend this place.

Bella bottiglieria per il vino, ottimo per aperitivo e dopocena. Peccato sia carente in fatto di passiti o tipo di grappe.

Aika keskinkertainen kokemus. Menimme syömään koska paikka näytti kivalta. Viinit olivat hyvät eikä pastoissakaan varsinaisesti mitään valittamista. Mutta hintavat kokoonsa ja makuunsa nähden. En välttämättä suosittele ainakaan ruokapaikaksi.

The Osteria Al Duca is in the very heart of the city of Verona, just a few steps away from the beatiful Arche Scaligere. The restaurant occupies the ground and first floor of a house with battlements built in the thirteenth century. The house where Romeo, the one who along with Juliet takes part in the most famous love story in the world, is said to have lived and where he was also said to have been born. The space which is now used to dine was initially used as a stall for horses, even if it has now been centuries since the rooms were changed into an inn and a resting place for travelers, where you could enjoy tasty dishes of tripe or pastissada, accompanied by polenta and local wines. A tradition which lived on in years that makes the place the oldest osteria in town. A warm and welcoming place decorated in rustic style with exposed beams. Along with the happy position a high level of cuisine is combined with a wine cellar that offers the best of wine production Verona, at very low prices.

Buen sitio para tomar un café. La cocina es mejorable pero está abierta a horas poco convencionales.

Premetto che ho preso un caffè al banco, però 1.50€ mi sembrano eccessive per una cosa così tipicamente italiana, basica e semplice. Ma forse è dicembre e sono io a somatizzare il fatto che oggi è lunedì mattina :)

Abbiamo pranzato in due, abbiamo preso un antipasto di polpette molto buone e i bigoli con l'anatra, anche buoni peccato per il capello che ho trovato nel piatto. Può capitare. Purtroppo devo fare un appunto negativo sul servizio perché è arrivato prima da mangiare e poi sono arrivati i bicchieri e le bibite.

Be careful, they often try to rip tourists off adding drinks that you did not take! Make sure to double check the bill, they attempted this trick on several people the day I ate there. Additionally they pressure you to pay in cash so they can avoid declaring the meal to the taxes afterwards. Always pay per card! Food was good but personel are crooks. Be on your guards.

Pessimo servizio, piatti poco curati,ordini serviti sporadicamente e incompleti, conto sbagliato e quando ci siamo lamentati ci hanno aggiunto altre consumazioni non nostre da evitare

No vengáis. De los peores Aperol que me he tomado. El servicio es horrible y encima muy caro para lo que es. Te lo traen con una pizza fría y que debía tener varios días. No hay separación entre las mesas, estábamos muy apretados.

Few things could be worse - The waiter literally made fun of us for not speaking italian - There was a radio running right next to our table. We asked to turn it off however the waiter turned it back on shortly after. - There is garbage standing around the room - The dishes are tiny and the prices are 200% of what you would expect - They wouldn't serve us dessert since we were to late

Spaghetti met seafood €25 heel weinig seafood 2 mosselen 1 gamba 2 schelpjes tonijn uit blik. De eigenaar is onbeschoft als je hier iets van zegt. Niks geen excuus nee hij klaagt bij zijn vrienden over zijn gasten. Nooit hier gaan eten hoor.

The worst place to eat in Verona. Rude staff, completely tasteless food, stale bread (we sent it back) and mozzarella and tiny portions. However, the worst part was that we ordered a bottle of water, the waiter brang us a reusable bottle (so far so good, I was thinking that they are ecoconscious), for which they charged us 3 EUR. When they gave as the check I told them that it is unacceptable to charge us 2 EUR per person for the bread, which we sent back because it was hard like rusk (stale), and 3 EUR for a reusable bottle of tap water, they started instulting us. In sort, avoid this place! There are many nice places just few steps away!

Pedimos dos consumiciones, un vino y un gin Tonic. Cada consumición costaba ocho euros. Hasta aquí nada que decir. Pedimos un vaso de agua y nos trajeron una botella grande sin tapón de agua filtrada. Cuando fui a pagar me llevé la sorpresa de que me cobraron 3 euros mas por el agua. Lamentable sinceramente la cara que tienen.

Weird, just weird, overpriced undercooked pasta, which somehow ended up in the microwave again. The cook is a tragedy, don't eat here, if only I could give -100 stars

Hat uns (fam. mit 2 kinder) vor die Tür gesetzt, weil wir "nur" etwas trinken wollten und nichts essen.

Aucun intérêt, plats très basiques et sans aucune recherche. Vous pouvez facilement faire mieux à la maison. Nul.

Could not put zero stars, one staff member was so rude we left.

O atendimento mais caótico que eu já vi. As garçonetes não conseguem entregar uma garrafa de água. Ficamos 20 minutos esperando uma mesa ficar pronta, mesmo com o restaurante estando com 50% de ocupação. Pedimos lasanha, mas já tinha acabado às 14h! Além disso, a comida demorou mais de 50 minutos para ficar pronta e macarrão cozinha em 7 minutos.

Furchtbares Essen - geschmacklich sehr schlecht und extrem Bauchweh danach. Der schlechteste Wein, den ich je getrunken habe. Zudem Sprachbarriere, da Personal weder richtig Englisch noch Italienisch spricht. Touristenfalle - kann ich keinem empfehlen!

Una stella solo perché é a Verona. Un ristorante che presenta due nomi diversi, che ha un servizio e personale confusionario e non preparato, che ha un menú che non presenta molte scelte per gli intolleranti e che ha dei prezzi non proprio da osteria anzi. I piatti erano abbastanza buoni ma sono giunti freddi e naturalmente per quattro primi caldi é assurdo. A.
