Loved my visits to this cafe. It feels very traditional and it’s super cosy inside. I loved the locals popping in for coffee and the place was so friendly. Cappuccino was frothy and perfect! I enjoyed a few mornings here taking a cappuccino and a croissant - lovely little spot

I had dinner here, I got a table right away. I spotted the place even before because they had tables in the street, and it was nice and cute. I was looking for a place for dinner and they were still open and serving food. I had pasta in walnut sauce and a glas of wine. The waiter helped me to choose the wine and it was quite good. I really liked everything - the place, the food, the staff. Every recommendation.

The food was amazing! It’s in a alley next to a grand square where live music gets played most of the time. It’s in the center of the city with authentic dishes and especially the service was amazing! The cook came out to ask if everything tasted good and the waiters were beyond friendly and always willing to help! Huge recommendation love this place!!

Great for coffee and pastries at affordable prices. Great location and seating area with a lovely view of Genovese old town. The staff are amazing and kind. I always try to learn the language of the country I visit and practise with the locals, the blonde staff member (I forget her name sorry) is always patient when I attempt to speak Italian and also responds in Italian, helping me with words/phrases that I struggle with. Whereas many shops and staff in the city refuse to speak Italian if you’re not fluent, the staff in this café are patient and encourage your learning, and that for me is priceless.

My go to place for cappuccino and delicious croissants when in historic town in Genova. One of the places where you can drink your cappucino like a Genovian, dipping in foccacia. Their croissants are amazing.

Perfect! One of the only places near centro storico open in the late afternoon for something to eat. The meatballs and mash were just right, enough structure and taste. Croque monsieur with goat's cheese was not too big, very tasty and warm and with a small side salad. Nice beer, wine and espresso. Friendly service and fair prices. Seating also inside and upstairs.

My husband and I have been to Genoa four times and we always stop here. Either for the amazing sandwiches at lunch, I still think about the croque monsieur, or the wonderful aperitivo. We call it "the green bar" because it has a green sign outside and the terrace is painted green. I look forward to returning soon!

Un luogo delizioso .. tappa per un tour nei vicoli o per una prestigiosa mostra a Palazzo Ducale Dotato di dehor esterni riparati in parte dalla pioggia e di una raffinata saletta all interno decorata con stucchi e appunto specchi d’epoca. Accessibile al piano terra Pastìccini squisiti Buon caffè Aperitivo scelti Peccato per là troppo breve e un po’ scontata lista dei vini Merita tuttavia di essere conosciuto e ci si torna volentieri

Veramente un’ottima esperienza. Cibo super e ambiente complessivamente amichevole (anche se la signora alla cassa non è stata all’altezza del personale in sala) Consigliato.

Very nice 100 years old rooms and pleasent terasse outside. This place was a poultry shop before becoming a cafe in 1917. Service and food quite good.Typical atmosphere. You can discover two beautiful rooms even at the 2nd floor. (Forget the bathroom.)

Entro chiedo informazioni sui dolci e mi sento rispondere c'è scritta la descrizione. Brioche al pistacchio buonissima, il cappuccino un po' amaro. Il bagno sporco, la sala superiore molto bella fatta tutta di legno. In piano inferiore con vetri e atmosfere retro'. Consiglio più cortesia dalla ragazza principale.

Dalle recensioni,ho capito che si tratta di un locale storico. Posizione a mio avviso molto bella. Tavolini all'aperto, posti all'interno,sala superiore. Nel contesto è invitante. Abbiamo preso uno spritz e un aperitivo non alcolico. Per i cocktail non posso lamentarmi,ma ciò che accompagnava,direi anche no. Una bella lavagna ti invita a provare i loro aperitivi accompagnati da finger food .... Uno si aspetta qualcosa di più che due quadrotti di pizza ,palline di... non so cosa fossero e delle patatine. Questo è il mio parere.... Personale gentile, disponibile.

Had some coffee and cake here. Coffee was nothing special and choco cake was good, however (in)famous italian hospitality to take extra bit of cash from 'stranieri' (strangers) worsen whole impression for me. E.g. regular capuccino on the pricelist was 1.6 Euro but on the bill it was 2.6 Euro. Same is for cake: 5 Euro on the pricelist - 6 Euro on the bill. Yes I know they have this 'table service', but it usually is 20 to 50 cents, not a euro per cup. What I really want is for those people to experience same attitute they give to themselves, when they are on vacation in other country.

È stato per cena mio figlio, ha ordinato trofie al pesto con patate e fagiolini, come era descritto sul menù e si sono presentati solo con un semplice piatto al pesto.

Una caduta di stile e qualità incomprensibile. Servizio approssimativo aperitivo con 4 noccioline e 4 olive ... 2 cocktails basici 17.50. Abbiamo capito perché era deserto. Peccato.
