Exceptional staff, helpful even though they work very hard... the atmosphere is not very welcoming, spartan at best. The food is usually excellent, thanks also to the work of the assistants... who know how to arrange the ingredients correctly. Unfortunately, the vegetarian options are bad. The heat in heating the food gives the vegetables tomatoes, etc. The taste is not excellent, especially the vegetables... they are cooked...

Delicious piadinas, also available with kamut, which I tried this time and found to be really good. Good-quality ingredients for all tastes, and for those who want to treat themselves, there's also a piadina with Nutella for just €1 more, which you can halve... To halve the calories!!!

In generale le catene non mi piacciono e infatti ci sono andato solo per pranzare in compagnia con i colleghi. Devo dire però che le piadine sono buone, se avete bisogno di fare un pranzo veloce e non avete voglia di pensare, può essere una valida soluzione

Buona la piadina, abbondante il ripieno nel rotolino. Ambiente caotico adatto ad uno spuntino veloce. Prezzi nn proprio economici, 15 euro per due piadine e due coca.

I've ordered several times... but each time the portion of ingredients was missing... The last time I ordered €15 for piadina and the filling was poor to say the least... it's not worth it.

The piadina dough is excellent, as are the ingredients, but the service isn't. We ordered a regular piadina and a roll, which costs €1.50 and should have more filling than a regular piadina. Too bad the regular piadina had much more filling than the roll!!! Not to mention the waiter had a lump so thick he could have cut it with a knife. He should be thankful he has a job at a time like this... P.S. The table was dirty.

A disaster! We ordered at 12:30 PM on Just Eat, with delivery scheduled for 1:30 PM. Since then, the restaurant has kept postponing the delivery. It's a disgrace! I don't even know how such poor service is possible. They should be banned from delivery apps. Don't order from them, don't even eat there, and don't give them a single euro.

I stopped by at 5:30 PM and found it closed! It's the only piadina shop in the entire city that opens in the afternoon at 6:30 PM.

The piadinas are good, but the staff needs a rethink, very RUDE!!! If there's a problem with Just Eat deliveries, their philosophy is to not lose anything, to the detriment of the customer! For them, solving the situation and making the customer happy isn't important; it's just that they don't lose a few cents! According to the "manager," I could have even been left without lunch and taken it up with Just Eat directly! Great welcome, congratulations... and if you ask your reasons, they'll get offended! BYE!
