Piadine più buone di Brescia. L'impasto è unico, leggero e gustoso, sempre cotto al punto giusto. La farcitura è di primissima scelta, fresca abbondante e sapientemente accostata. Quella in via Divisione Acqui è stata la prima aperta di Punto Fermo. Io abito vicino e ricordo l'impegno e la volontà del proprietario, i suoi bei modi e la genuina passione. Se ha avuto successo, è tutto meritato. Le piadine sono superlative. Eccellente!
Punto Fermo ha davvero azzeccato il nome. In questo negozio, come anche negli altri che ho visitato, la qualità è molto alta, ingredienti freschi e buoni. Anche la quantità devo dire più che soddisfacente. In piadinerie della concorrenza un rotolo non sfama nemmeno un bambino, da punto fermo i rotoli son rotoli! Bravi

Excellent piadina shop. The wait times are fairly short, normal, and the piadinas are very good: crispy and generously filled. They offer a wide variety of flavors to suit all tastes. The location is nice, though not huge. A bonus is that there are also places outside the piadina shop where you can stop for a bite to eat.

This place is crazy. Yesterday we ate an amazing piadina from the same chain, "Punto Fermo," so we decided to have it again today, but since it was closed, we chose to go with the same chain, choosing an open location. The shop on Via Divisione Acqui should be called "PUNTO E FERMI"! All 10 of us were left standing there waiting for these piadinas that wouldn't come out because the cashier was also the ham slicer and piadina assembler. Crazy stuff. After 20 minutes of not having a single piadina come out for any of our guests, we decided to leave. I think he's still figuring out how to assemble it. The service doesn't work, and I think it doesn't want to work. Too bad.
A 40-minute wait for a turkey, lettuce, and mayonnaise wrap—absurd! It looked more like a stuffed cracker than a wrap.
