Esperienza sublime. Non è il tipico crotto con piatti locali ma propone piatti della tradizione regionale italiana. Ambiente caldo ed accogliente. Proprietaria gentilissima e simpatica. Piatti ottimi cucinati e presentati con maestria. I prezzi sono giusti, in linea con la qualità della proposta. Super consigliato.

Splendida trattoria di un tempo passato, con una cucina che riesce ad essere al contempo casereccia ma raffinata. Un menù non infinito ma con proposte giuste, illustrate dalla Pinu che ha fatto venire l acquolina in bocca a tutti. Anche il dolce merita un encomio. Ambiente semplice e comodo, servizio gentile, veloce e accurato.

Una piacevolissima sorpresa alla fine della nostra tappa del sentiero del viandante fino a dervio. All'interno era al completo ma essendo una bellissima giornata di sole di inizio marzo abbiamo chiesto di poter mangiare all'aperto. Un po altino il conto ma Staff super gentile e simpatici cucina ottima!

In questo crotto si respira un'atmosfera genuina e d'altri tempi. La titolare, che si occupa e preoccupa del servizio nelle sale, è di una simpatia estrema. Menù caratteristico da crotto. Gli stracotto e i brasato skno magistrali. Pesto di lardo con polenta celestiale. Una certezza..... Meta in prossimità di escursioni ed attrazioni turistiche Superconsigliatissimo

Siamo capitati per caso e affidandoci alle recensioni positive ci siamo fermati. Siamo stati subito accolti con un sorriso dalla signora e nonostante il locale fosse pieno ha trovato un posticino per noi. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, sicuramente torneremo presto. Da dove cominciare ? Il servizio? Uno spasso 😁! Gentilezza e tante risate . Cibo? All'altezza delle aspettative , ottimo , a partire dagli antipasti, primi e secondi, compreso il dolce ! Ci torneremo di sicuro !

Pranzo ottimo dopo un tratto a piedi del Viandante. Menù con varie alternative e piatti liguri che qui sono introvabili. Bello il locale, molto rustico. A maggior ragione per me voto in più perché non accetta cani!

Ambiente familiare e accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo pranzato con menù lavoro a 12 euro a testa: pasta con taleggio e noci abbondante ed eccellente, torta al cioccolato delicata e super cioccolatosa. Nel menù è compreso anche il secondo con contorno, ma noi eravamo già pieni dopo la pasta. 😊 Super consigliato!!!! 🤤🤩

Esperienza molto positiva, non solo per il cibo che era davvero squisito ( consiglio vivamente i testaroli ai funghi ) ma anche per il personale, veramente gentili accoglienti e super simpatici. Ambiente molto caratteristico e affascinante. Che dire.. Ci rivedremo molto presto!

The food here is soooooo good! It’s a family reataurant and the stuff is very, very nice. The owner explain to us what every dish in the menu means. They have only a few thing in the menu but everything is made with love and very tasty. Best place in Dervio. We didn't book (probably should have) but they still welcomed us in. Wish we stayed in Dervio longer so we could sample the whole menu. The staff went above an beyond, explaining the menu and giving us a bit of background on who the food is made. He also spoke very good English. Food was just AMAZING. I wish I had the stomach to eat like the guy on Man vs Food because it's that good. We had left overs which they packed up for us to take away and advised us on the best way to re-heat. The wild boar and venison was spectacular. A must visit!

Food was the best we had in Italy this trip, so far. Waiter Steven translated menu for us- very nice! Had wild boar and loved it. Host was total sweetheart. The purple bread was the best bread I have ever had. We went back for dinner the next night and did a delicious repeat, though had beef cheeks this time and they were delicious. They gave us a delicious slice of pie too! On the way out of town towards Dolomites, we stopped by and the Host (Pernuccia?) gave us a loaf of that ridiculous purple bread. She was very sweet and really made sure our dinners were perfect. Staff was very good too! Plenty of parking!

Everything was absolutely perfect! One of the best food I had in Italy. Everything is homemade from the starter to the desserts. The service was also part of the experience. Pinu is amazing! I will definitely come back!

We went with a couple of friends and our 3 year old daughter and we enjoyed every bit of it. Welcoming and cozy atmosphere and a great Italian menu explained with passion. The only problem is that the menu features such great options that it's difficult to pick a single dish. Finest quality far from any fake tourist experience. We will definitely be back!

This is by far one of the best restaurants I have ever visited! A small menu of authentic northern Italian cuisine and everything we tried was absolutely delicious, including the wine! Our waiter walked us through the entire menu in detail for us, which was very impressive, and generally helped make for a very pleasant evening, which only added to the experience. We were too full for dessert, but from the look of what other tables next to us had, they looked fantastic! I'd definitely like to go back and eat there again one day! Amazing food!

Wow, I and my mom had such a great dinner here! We loved it! It was very delicious, very local food, I don’t think you can’t find anything better in the area. We couldn’t find anything like that so local and delicious. It was a unique atmosphere, the owner and the other person who works there were incredibly welcoming and warm, helpful and friendly, it felt like a family house rather than a restaurant. Very recommended!

Great place, medieval atmosphere, great food. The personnel is very kind and they help you in choosing your plate. It's also a cosy place especially during night time. You can find typical dishes of Italian cuisine brought on the table from ancient recipes. Everything is perfect, a little expensive but it worths the cost.

Had a lovely three course meal at crotto del cech during summer holidays. The food was delicious, (we had the wild boar and beef stew for main course)! The house red wine was decent, not the most full bodied, but for 8 euro it was good. The service was excellent and very friendly. They did their utmost to explain the menu in English.
