Today I had the fortune of meeting two exceptional people, Maurizio and Roberto. Owners and creators of the Mauri's hamburger joint. Although I was fortunate enough to meet them only today, I know they're well-known in the Brescia area and beyond for their professionalism, which they've applied to creating fast food restaurants worthy of the name. An excellent concept, extraordinary and friendly staff, but what makes them special and unique are their burgers, a delicacy made with raw ingredients that make your palate celebrate like New Year's Eve. Meat, cheese, vegetables, and spices, carefully selected using what the local area has to offer. All this comes together in an explosion of flavors that will leave everyone speechless. I tried the creation of the month, "Calabrese Burger," and I can sum it up in two words: extraordinarily good. What more can I say? Well done guys, this will definitely go a long way.

I'm a very picky person when it comes to food. Those who know me know this: my choices are always carefully considered, and rarely do anything truly surprise me. Yet, I have to say that the burger at Mauri left me speechless. I went with my family the other day and we tried several burgers. One vegan, one classic (with a surprising twist: a piece of apple inside), and another chosen by my son. I must say that the quality of the products is evident from the first bite. The bread was exceptional, not at all shoddy like I've often found elsewhere. The ingredients were fresh, well-balanced, and you could sense the attention to detail. But beyond the food, what struck me was the overall experience: the place was spotless, well-organized, the staff friendly and professional, and above all, the welcoming atmosphere. Mauri himself is incredibly kind, and you can tell he works with passion. Finally, the price. Extremely fair for the quality offered; in fact, I would have paid even more without hesitation. In short, if you're looking for a properly made burger, with authentic ingredients and impeccable service, Mauri is the place to go. Highly recommended!

A great place for lunch, featuring chicken and a variety of chicken burgers. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Stay on Via Triumplina before reaching Brescia city center. If you're in the area, it's worth a stop 👍

Delicious sandwiches (!!!) with quality ingredients and made with love, extremely helpful, kind, and efficient staff, spacious and welcoming space, varied selection to suit every customer. 10 out of 10. Considering the quality of the products, there's nothing to complain about with the prices! The ideal place to enjoy a delicious and filling sandwich every time. First time here. Intrigued by the opportunity to get a good sandwich with slightly different flavors, I stopped in to try it. Excellent place and well-maintained. We ordered everything to go, and even though it was empty, the girl who served us was very kind and helped us decide what to order. Gluten-free sandwiches are available. We'll definitely be back 💯✌️
