Konumu gayet elverişli. Ev sahibiyle telefon ve internet yoluyla kolay bir iletişim kurduk. Oda içindeki imkanlar ve atıştırmalıkları da çok sevdik. Tek tavsiyemiz rahat bir yatak alabilirler bir de genel temizlikleri daha iyi olabilir bunun için çalışmalılar. Bir daha gelsek yine kalır mıyız, kesinlikle evet.

Perfekte Location für den Mailandurlaub. Mit Tram sehr gute kurze Anbindung ins Zentrum, kühle Wohnung, sehr sauber, sehr gute Lotsung zur Parkgarage und Wohnung durch Besitzer. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasser, Gebäck im Zimmer plus Gutscheine für Café in die Ecke = wunschlos glücklich 🙂

bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w cichej okolicy. blisko do centrum, a do dworca jest bardzo łatwy dojazd. pokój duży, w pełni wyposażony we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. duży plus za kącik z dobrą kawą, herbatą, wodą i ciasteczkami. bardzo wygodne łóżko. przestronna łazienka. czysto i przyjemnie. smaczne śniadania we włoskim stylu w pobliskiej kawiarni. największym pozytywem jest sam właściciel - Ludovico. bezproblemowe zameldowanie, dostaliśmy też bardzo dużo tipów odnośnie dotarcia na miejsce i korzystania ze wszystkich opcji. stosunek jakości do ceny 10/10.

BnB très propre, pratique, confortable, calme et bien placé. Le propriétaire parle français et est entièrement disponible par téléphone et par messsage. Nous avons pu y laisser nos bagages après le check-out. L’hôte offre un service de qualité (petit déjeuner dans un café voisin, des petites bouteilles d’eau et des gâteaux + chocolats à disposition dans la chambre à notre arrivée)

My boyfriend and I stayed for 1 night at this beautiful B&B. From the very beginning our host Ludovico was so friendly, helpful and very easy to contact. Our room was perfect! So clean and comfortable, plus the bathroom was amazing! Our hosts were kind enough to let us keep our luggage until very late after we checked out and were so helpful when they saw we were waiting for our train which wasn't until 11pm. I only wish we could have stayed longer, by far the best accomodation experience we have had through our Europe travels!

Muy buen lugar. Habitación muy tranquila y en una calle muy linda. Ludovico es muy servicial. La habitación tiene cafe y te, además de galletas y chocolates de regalos. Hay un refrigerador con agua. La cafetería donde sirven el desayuno tiene unos bollos muy ricos de distintos sabores y rellenos.

Great stay. Ludovico is a great communicator, friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to must see locations and shops.

Gastgeber, extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kritiken bzgl. des frühstücks sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, da der kühlschrank beim einchecken gefüllt ist und sogar eine kleine aufmerksamkeit im zimmer liegt. Leute die dies kritisieren sollten dann lieber in einem hotel einchecken. Im bad stehen shampoo, duschgel, conditioner und seife zur verfügung. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu fuß erreichbar. Alles top ;)

AMAZING. Ludovico (our host) was lovely from the beginning through to the end. He was easy to contact via Whatsapp and gave very detailed simple instructions on all questions we had. The room was clean and had an incredible bathroom, airconditioning, tv and a very comfortable bed. I will be recommending to all my friends from back home in Australia 🇦🇺 They provided lockers to store our bags on the day of checkout to allow us time to see Milan. The hospitality of Ludovico, his wife and her son, was above and beyond any BnB standards I have experienced before. Incredible stay 😊

Un buen B&B a unos 15/ 20min. del Duomo. El dueño es muy muy amable y la habitación muy limpia. El dueño te ayuda en todo de la estancia. Si volvemos repetiríamos.

Mi sono trovato molto bene durante il mio soggiorno. La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti, la stanza è grande e fornita di tutto ciò che avevo bisogno per un paio di notti. Il responsabile è molto disponibile e cordiale. L’unico difetto che ho trovato è che forse la stanza dove mi trovavo era leggermente rumorosa ma per me non è un problema quindi rimango molto soddisfatto.

Ho passato un ottimo soggiorno, splendida posizione , centrale , via molto tranquilla , tutto nuovo e ben curato , perfettamente pulito, per un soggiorno di pochi giorni lo consiglio vivamente. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Il proprietario molto disponibile e impeccabile, posto strategico, a piedi arrivi ovunque, tutto pulito e accogliente, Abbiamo soggiorno in due. Purtroppo devo solo dire che il materasso è I cuscini scomodissimi e anche durante la notte Purtroppo si sentiva un forte rumore forse di qualche caldaia che andava in azione (o cosa simile) che faceva gran rumore Per il resto tutto benissimo e ancora complimenti al titolare per la disponibilità e la gentilezza * consiglio di cambiare il materasso e i cuscini *

Il B&B Via Fontana ci ha accolto in modo impeccabile. In fase di prenotazione, abbiamo chiesto al signor Cesare una culla e un seggiolone e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato molto di più: culla, seggiolone, fasciatoio, sterilizzatore, scalda biberon, bavette e un peluche. Non abbiamo mai avuto un’accoglienza simile e ci siamo sentiti a casa da subito. Siamo stati accolti dal signor Ludovico con gentilezza ed estrema disponibilità. La camera era pulita e molto comoda. Oltre alla colazione offerta in un ottimo bar vicino al B&B, c’è anche un piccolo angolo nell’area comune con caffè, tisane, biscotti, fette biscottate, marmellata e Nutella. Considerando i prezzi alti di Milano, questo B&B offre un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Direi che è un posto ideale per single, coppie e piccole famiglie. Ci sono solo delle scale all’ingresso che potrebbero essere non agevoli con il passeggino ma noi non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, basta smontare il passeggino e portare su un pezzo per volta. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Il soggiorno al b&b è stato una vera sorpresa!Ambiente pulitissimo e completo di ogni comodità, compreso il bollitore. Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa e personale super gentilissimo. Lì vicino si possono trovare bar, ristoranti, negozi, market...di tutto e di più! Fermata dei mezzi a pochi passi, con autobus diretto che porta da lì alla stazione. Consigliatisimo!

Ho soggiornato in questo b&b per una visita all'ospedale. Mi sono trovata molto bene sia come posizione che come pulizia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Abbiamo trovato tutto a disposizione non mancava veramente nulla. Grazie e se tornerò a Milano verro' da voi ...

Ottima accoglienza, pulito, silenzioso, estremamente disponibili a venirci incontro per gli imprevisti che normalmente possono insorgere durante un soggiorno seppur breve in una città come Milano. La caffettiera in camera è il top

Ottima organizzazione, pulizia e accuratezza nei particolari per rendere migliore possibile la permanenza. Posizione strategica per turismo o lavoro. Sono rimasto veramente sorpreso per tanta efficacia. Complimenti

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovate molto ma molto bene sia per la gentilezza dei gestori sia per la centralita' e per la pulizia consigliabile yutilizzare

Bella soluzione per una breve vacanza a Milano. Vicina al duomo, pochi minuti a piedi, silenzioso, pulitissimo. Ci tornero' sicuramente.

Dobré B&B zariadenie. Izba s kúpeľňou OK. Nie je tu recepcia, komunikácia s majiteľom cez WhatsApp, na dobré talianske raňajky si musíte zájsť na vedľajšiu ulicu do malej cukrárničky Panini Durini. Oceníte možnosť parkingu oproti B&B.Aj vďaka výbornej polohe a cene doporučujem...

Basic accommodations but a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very secure, in a building that also has attorneys' offices and a medical clinic. Ludovico, the host, was very helpful regarding check in and getting to the B&B from the airport.

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos uma noite, foi bem complicada a estadia para conseguir abrir a porta e ninguém nos ajudava, o quarto é bem pequeno e ofereceram café da manhã e saímos às 6h da manhã e não tinha café.

Bona situació per arribar al centre de Milano, a uns 15min caminant. S'agraeix la nevereta i la cafetera de càpsules. Servei d'habitacions no n'hi ha. Esmorzar inclòs però fora, en un cafè proper, cafetó i pasteta. Tot sense contacte.

While the room was lovely, the "breakfast" consisted of a coffee machine and some pre-packaged cakes. There was not even anything to heat the milk. We had lots of noise outside the door from other people making coffee.

Our stay here didn't start off great as the host communicated on the phone for check in which would have been fine but he was very sarcastic saying "turn the key like you would any other door at home" and just kept repeating this making us out to be clueless on how to open a door. This was down to the host actually sending us into the wrong room for a good 5 minutes and we are just glad noone else was in that room as it would have been a bit concerning for those guests. We booked this based on it being a B&B which was stated to be in a close by cafe which unfortunately wasn't open due to holidays which is absolutely fine and understandable but the host left us an out of date by 15 days panettone so we obviously didn't want to eat this. There was coffee and juice left also which was fine and 1 packet of biscuits for both of us for 2 days wasn't really sufficient. Upon leaving the "B&B" I contacted the host to explain we had left the key where requested and offered some of our personal feedback ie checking customers are going into correct rooms and have a breakfast supplied which is in date to which he replied very rudely and manipulating stating he "hopes our psychological damage isn't too serious" which is completely unacceptable due to us actually trying to give him some feedback for future guests.

Camera stupenda, ma la colazione lascia a desiderare, tutto scaduto, e il proprietario presente solo telefonicamente. Pur avendo dato la disponibilità per il check in nella tarda mattinata, la camera non era pronta al nostro arrivo.

Nos costó un poco encontrarlo ya que la foto que consta como fachada del edificio es la de otro edificio que está al inicio de la calle. Llegas y tienes que llamar al dueño por teléfono para que te indique como entrar, ya que no hay nadie y ni siquiera hay timbre con su nombre. Desayuno incluido??? Para nada, hay una entrada en la que tiene una cafetera y unas galletas pero ni siquiera un sitio para desayunar. No repetiría.

Aslında sıfır puan vermek isterim ama en düşük 1 veriliyor. Otelde resepsiyon yok, çalışan yok, karşılayan yok. Binada otelin adına dair tabela yok, içeride ya da oda kapısında otelin adı, tabelası yok. Telefonla iletişimle kapıların şifresini söyleyip geçip oturmamızı beklediler. Normal bir binada 3 tane otel odası olarak veriliyor. Hemen yanında avukat ofisi var başka iş yeri ofisleri var. Apartmanın içinde odayı ararken 5 dakika içinde kapıdan bir sürü kargocu girip bir yerlere gitti. Herkes giriyor güvenli değil. Pencere açılmadı. Ayrıca kimlik ve pasaport kontrolü yapılmadan parasını ödeyen herkes orda kalabilir. Hiç resmi değil bunu polislere anlatacağım. İyi bir karşılama ve hizmet alamadım. Hemen ordan ayrıldım. Paramı geri istiyorum.

The room was lovely, but we had noise from inside because the "breakfast" is actually a single cabinet next to the door to one room, with a coffee machine (no way to heat the milk) and some pre-packaged cakes and sliced bread. Apparently the owners need clarification: the room was incredibly noisy because the "breakfast" was literally in front of our door and other guests were there until very late. For the record, we had no such milk warmer in our room. And the fact that you are not licensed for food is something people must know - to judge for themselves whether it's important to us. They also must know that upon arrival they might spend time outside until they reach someone by phone or whatsapp (only if they have a local plan already) and in our case, it took some time.
