The atmosphere is simple but clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly, and the kebab is really good! We tried it once for delivery and it was great. We wanted to try the experience on site, and it's definitely a good choice.

The place is clean and new, with friendly staff. The piadina kebab is good, and the bill is reasonable. They don't serve alcohol.

We ordered a pizza kebab and a kebab sandwich with homemade bread for delivery, and they were excellent! The pizza arrived a little cold, but considering how cold it is right now, that's fine. And it was spectacular! Delivered on time, too.

Good value for money, usually the wait for home delivery is around 40 minutes. I'm giving it 3 stars, but I'd rather give it 2 because after years of ordering from them, two weeks ago they stopped delivering to my area simply because it's slightly out of the San Giovanni area. They used to always come, you just had to pay a small extra fee. I'll have to change pizzerias. They've also become rude on the phone!

My kebab and pizza were delivered completely cold. When I called to complain, I was told that mine wasn't the first delivery, and so the products had gotten cold. I had to wait for a second delivery (this time the first delivery) and return the cold products.

I ordered a pizza with grilled zucchini: the zucchini was missing (three tiny pieces cut with an invisible potato peeler), the mozzarella tasted like chewing gum, and the fries were hot but dry after 20 minutes. It was different before the renovations.

So, since the owner responded by saying I didn't call three times and that the pizza arrived 10 minutes late, I'll show you the phone numbers and times to have a pizza delivered... which arrived at 8:55 PM! He also says I have to thank him for providing this service (where do you live?). There are plenty of pizzerias offering home delivery!!! If you're incompetent and make a customer wait an hour, don't expect to get good publicity because I'm not (from what I see) the only one complaining about your poor service. Don't worry, though, because as far as I'm concerned, I won't call again! Try to be more professional because, not only did you make a mistake, but you gave an even more pitiful answer!
