Scoperto durante la ricerca di un posto in cui mangiare. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, c’è la possibilità sia di mangiare all’interno che all’esterno ed è in pieno centro. C’è possibilità di scelta tra varie pinse, gli ingredienti sono ottimi e l’impasto e leggero e croccante🤩 per gola ne avrei assaggiata volentieri un altra. Il servizio è molto rapido, ottimo se si ha poco tempo per pranzare. Ottima qualità prezzo, insomma un sacco di motivi per tornarci🤩🤩

Ottimo! Pinsa vera romana, non una imitazione! Impasto leggerissimo e croccante, ingredienti di qualità e buoni, con tante varianti da provare e prezzi giusti. Ne ho mangiate 3 e non sento pesantezza. Ottima la carbonara.

Mi è piaciuto molto. Buonissima la pasta delle pizze e farciture ben accostate. Materie prime tutte veramente ottime. La mortadella una bontà. Consigliato certamente per un pasto al volo. Anche per vegetariani.

Ottime pinse da tutti i punti di vista: impasto, cottura, farcitura e rapporto qualità prezzo! Anche chi ha intolleranze o allergie varie, trova la pinsa giusta per i suoi denti. Davvero un punto di riferimento e, tra l'altro, in pieno centro a Torino.

Locale minuscolo adatto ad un pasto veloce: peccato, la bontà della pinsa meriterebbe un po' più di spazio. Impasto ottimo e leggero, farcitura squisita e per tutti i gusti. L'uso di prodotti di buona qualità conferma l'impegno dei gestori del locale. Prezzi congrui, birra artigianale.

I discovered pinsa at La Pinseria 1 in Turin. The shop is small, near Piazza Castello, has a few indoor seats and some outdoor seating, and offers delicious pinsa with fresh and tasty toppings. I went in, trying to use my limited Italian, and the lovely gentlemen behind the counter took pity on me, advising that he spoke English lol. He explained the toppings to me, all of which looked wonderful. I took the food to go, as I only had a two-minute walk back to my accommodations. I enjoyed every bite of both selections, a smaller spicy pinsa, and a larger pinsa with ingredients that included blue cheese and walnuts. The best food I've had in Italy was in Rome, and this Roman-style dish exceeded expectations. I'm so glad I went in and will return the next time I'm hungry in Turin.

Absolutely incredible place. Really well located, right next to the Piazza Castello. A little place with pinsas with fresh ingredients and looking (and tasting!) delicious. You choose the one you want and they cook it for a few minutes. The food is so good and so affordable. Very nice service also. Loved everything and highly recommend it to everyone in Turin, locals and tourists.

Really I loved the guy at the counter, he was straight and honest - knew English. Food is delicious and compared to the neighborhood - cheap! I really do recommend this place. I really feel the love of the owner in here, and the food. Pinsa is really a different thing than a pizza. I cannot describe it, you have to try it. And that's the best place to do it. Enjoy!

Ottima pinsa con tanti gusti diversi e variegati. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è insuperabile. Il locale ha un'orario continuato quindi molto comodo per un pranzo per quelli che fanno gli orari non standard al lavoro (nel mio caso posso fare pranzo solo alle 15). Sono molto contenta che c'è un posto cosi e spero che continui ad esistere per tanti anni. L'unica pecca - non c'è il bagno e sarebbe più bello avere una pinseria più grande con più tavoli ed adatta per la cena in compagnia grande.

Un sabato sera, siamo andati insieme ad un amico che l'ha consigliato. In effetti pizza buona ma purtroppo un gran caos, abbiamo atteso i nostri piatti tantissimo (e non sono una che si lamenta, ma 40 minuti per una pizza con una bimba. Anche no). Quindi: Pizza buona (non eccezionale) ma non vale il gran caos. Probabilmente meglio in settimana!

Premetto non mi piace lasciare recensioni negative e se lo faccio è dopo parecchia riflessione. Partirei con il dire che il servizio è stato molto veloce, ma sfortunatamente è anche l'unica cosa positiva che posso dire sul servizio. La persona al banco è stata estremamente sgarbata nonostante avessi specificato che era la prima volta che entravo nel negozio e quindi non sapevo come "funzionasse" (ogni locale ha le sue usanze e modi di gestire gli ordini) effettuata una spigazione contro voglia e con visibile nervosismo, prende l'ordine per poi fermarsi a guardami senza dare spiegazioni, a seguire in maniera per nulla gentile chiede il motivo percui non avessi ancora effettuato il pagamento (di cui non sapevo ancora manco la cifra) a seguire vengo fatto "accomodare" all esterno per attendere il mio ordine nonostante all'interno ci fosse ancora un posto libero. Per quanto riguarda il cibo direi qualità mediocre impasto leggero, ma non memorabile come gusto, ingredienti freschi e qui nulla da dire. Il locale in se è molto piccolo, 2/3 posto al interno e 4/5 tavolini all'esterno, preferibile comprare d'asporto. Si consiglia il locale solo ed escusivamente se estremamente di fretta e necessiti di cibo da portare con te.
