The branch is on a side street of the central Corso Buenos Aires street, which is good because it can be a starting/finishing spot if you plan to go shopping there. Fast service, spacious & clean branch (including the toilet), no weirdos (OK, maybe a little bit - excluding me…). Free refill with a meal, small chicken wings compared to what I am used to eating in the USA. Reasonable prices, but I think there's a similar chain store (which I don't remember its name) that has even cheaper prices.

Ottimo locale con la stessa cifra mangio in un ottimo ristorante ovviamente a pranzo . Ho preso una scatola Mix Box con dentro pochi pezzi e un purè salse pagate a parte una pepsi per 11,10 euro.... servizio immediato bene ma significa cotti da tempo e scaldati al momento. Ottimo la bibita illimitata ma non vengo per gonfiarmi. Ogni tanto ci sta ma il ristorante a pranzo non lo batte. Alegher facciamo parlare le foto

We came in around 9 in the morning. The smell in the toilet reminded me of those toilets you usually have in villages, that are made out of wood, and in the middle of a field. Weird, it was early in the morning, so it should be clean. Next thing is fries, they were full of oil. I’d say 40% fries, and 60% oil. Also they were burned. While we were eating some gypsies came and started asking for food. Afterwards I decided to order some burger, and I’ve received HALF METER receipt 🧾 (see the picture). Not very eco-friendly.

The food is okay. But the restaurant itself is a no-no. Sat upstairs and it was all messy. Someone came to clean up the tables at some point but there was still dirt on the floor which wasn’t cleaned. Just gave the eeek. Someone needs to attend to this.

Ero indeciso, volevo mangiare un hamburger pensavo di andare in un burger King ma in zona non ne ho trovati. Sono incappato in questa catena a me sconosciuta ed ho deciso di provarla. Preso un colonel's burger menu con patatatine e Pepsi (non c'é la coca cola) nel complesso discreto.

take away a bucket of chicken. kfc chicken and panino size become smaller.And the chicken are very dry, not juicy. used to be fan of kfc, feel disappointed.

You guys really need to clean the bathroom. It is disgusting. When a customer asked a worker to clean it, they refused. The food is basic. No ice with the soda. Ketchup is extra. This is not the American quality restaurant it is representing to be. So do better or close.

Cibo di una qualità estremamente scadente. Ammaro ( penso che l’olio nella friggitrice non è stato cambiato da oltre 1 mese ) , pane molto vecchio, pannocchia bollita almeno 10 volte , patatine amare e prezzo “soli” 15€ un menu mediocre. Se ci tenete alla vostra salute , NON MANGIATE QUI !

Sono rimasto molto infastidito dall’impazienza e dalla scortesia della signora alla cassa nei confronti dei clienti. Mi ha umiliato davanti alla folla. Stavo cercando di capire il sistema, che è diverso da quello della Turchia, ma le sue risposte brusche e il suo atteggiamento infastidito mi hanno profondamente disturbato.

Questo è stato il peggior hamburger che abbia mai mangiato perché la carne era fredda, dura e salata! I dipendenti friggono in anticipo la carne dell'hamburger e assemblano gli hamburger quando i clienti ordinano. Risparmiano tempo di lavoro ma ignorano il gusto. Alla fine ho dovuto buttare via l'hamburger!

Ieri sera abbiamo speso circa 100 euro ma le patatine erano crude,forse non erano fritte bene quando mi sono lamentato hanno cominciato a comportarsi male con noi,alla fine hanno chiamato un ragazzo poi ha provato a mangiare ma non riusciva a mangiare... loro deciso cambiare ma è successa la stessa cosa,alla fine non siamo riusciti a mangiarlo e allora abbiamo buttato tutto.Spero di non tornarci mai più.

Un menu 10€ porzioni ridotte e prezzi aumentati rispetto a qualche tempo fa, qualsiasi kfc mette il bacon nei panini che é quasi crudo...ho lasciato tutto a metà, soldi buttati...

Partiamo col fatto che l'ambiente è poco pulito e stretto, si mangia uno addosso all'altro, sarò stato io sfortunato ad aver trovato affianco una turista inglese che ha vomitato davanti a me rovinando del tutto il mio pranzo. Tenders discreti. Le alette hanno un brutto sapore, davvero un altro morso e sboccavo come la tipa inglese affianco a me. Mai piu, almeno per quanto riguarda il punto di via toledo. 8 euro buttati. I bidoni per buttare la spazzatura metteteli lontani dai tavoli poi.

Esperienza pessima e assolutamente inaccettabile. Ho fatto un ordine tramite l’app ufficiale di KFC e ho pagato tutto regolarmente, ma quando sono arrivato a casa scopro che mancavano dei prodotti! Inoltre ero arrivato in anticipo, c’era solo UN ordire che era il mio, quindi avrebbero potuto iniziare a preparare il mio ordine senza problemi, ma invece il personale era lì a chiacchierare tranquillamente tra colleghi, completamente distratto e disinteressato. Non solo hanno perso tempo, ma hanno anche sbagliato l’ordine e dimenticato delle cose. Un servizio disorganizzato, superficiale e poco professionale. Mi chiedo seriamente se queste persone siano lì per lavorare o solo per prendere lo stipendio senza fare il minimo indispensabile. Esperienza davvero deludente🙄🙄

Locale molto sporco. Ho preso un ordine d'asporto ho pagato la bellezza di 50€,arrivata a casa aprendo le buste scopro che vi era all'interno solo il 10%di quello che avevo ordinato,mancavano svariati panini e diversa stuziccheria. Veramente pessimo il personale.

Amo KFC e ci mangio spesso fuori dall’Italia, ma in questa sede sono rimasto totalmente deluso e ho mangiato senza alcun piacere. Il locale non era pulito, il bagno era un disastro ed emanava un cattivo odore. L’addetto alla sicurezza è stato pessimo, continuava a guardarmi come se stessi cercando di rubare qualcosa. Il pollo e il panino erano accettabili, ma sicuramente non freschi e sembravano fritti più volte.

Scandaloso come con monitor in entrata per gli ordini e monitor di controllo in uscita per gli ordini riuscite comunque ad avere sempre problemi. Ogni volta c’è qualcosa che manca o qualche cosa di sbagliato.

L’ambiente avrebbe potenzialità, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata compromessa da una gestione poco attenta. Durante la mia visita, ho notato la presenza di persone che non erano clienti, ma che si aggiravano tra i tavoli chiedendo cibo ed emanando un odore molto forte. Questo ha reso il momento poco piacevole e, sinceramente, ha fatto passare la voglia di mangiare.

Dopo aver provato ed apprezzato più volte questa catena, sia in Italia che all'estero, mi aspettavo la solita qualità, ma a quanto pare non è così. In cassa non c'è nessuno. C'è solo una ragazza scontrosa, che letteralmente vede che siamo 2 clienti in coda, io ed una signora prima di me, e si mette a fare altro. Non mi sembrava urgente, vista la flemma di tale ragazza. Dopo 10 minuti di coda, la ragazza finalmente si degna ci degna di considerazione e inizia a chiamare un collega, che poverino, era trafelato, correva a destra e a manca con cose in mano, sistemava i banconi etc etc... "Vai in cassa che ci sono 2 clienti" Questo ragazzo, molto cordialmente prende gli ordini e ci serve. E qui l'altra nota dolente: il cibo La signora prima di me viene servita, io sono in attesa, dopo un po' la vedo ritornare dicendo "scusate, ma i panini sono congelati non potete scaldarli?" E fa cenno al personale di toccare. Il ragazzo della cassa prova a toccare il panino, si scusa molto e si sente che si mette ad urlare con la cucina "MA COSA STA SUCCEDENDO LÌ, I PANINI SONO FREDDI" Poco dopo arriva anche il mio cibo, il fritto è temperatura ambiente. Torno al bancone, ed il personale è interamente scomparso. Aspetto un paio di minuti e mi arrendo, mangio il cibo freddo. E infine, arriva il momento di buttare via tutti i rifiuti, ma vedo i bidoni bloccati con eccezione di quello dell'umido. Rimango un attimo stranito, abituato alla raccolta differenziata, e la ragazza di prima ricompare dal nulla e mi fa "dai non vedi, butta tutto lì" Di nuovo, peccato, conosco molto bene la catena e mi piace, però questo locale in particolare lo sconsiglio vivamente

A really bad customer service experience, it’s more than obvious how much they hate their job. And don’t trust the published opening hours, they close whenever they feel like, it doesn’t matter if there’s people inside.

I don't like it, when they give us little food when we pay a lot for this. It's like a kid's meal to eat this meal. The 2 for chicken cost 3,45 euros and it's really so small. The french fries are thick but there's no salt on them, costing 1,40 for L. The burger is supposed to be big because the cost for the burger is 6,40 euros but they gave me a small burger instead of a big one. I'm really disappointed right now.

The food was not good. I asked the employee there a question and he didn't even look at me or respond. I asked again and he just nodded his head. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and it was so stinky that it was impossible to breathe. Contaminated and dirty branch, I will not go there again.

I have got the order in glovo 11:35 I don't know how long before the customer were done the order I arrived to burger King at the same time I asked the respsible for the order he said I dont have any order same time I got the call from glovo office I asked the boy who works inside he refused to answer the customer call and the call of glovo office if you cant answer the phone at least dont be rude with me otherwise I know how to deal with you I will give you a nice lesson ok if he can't work tell him to stay at home not to work he made the order 12:02 he was unbelievable rude

Horrible, the best thing was the french fries sauces because they dont make them. Burgers were cold, pepsies had no gas, chicken tenders were cold and mushy. Not worth any kind of money
