We stayed in Torino for 5 days and I have to say this restaurant was highlight of our stay from culinary perspective. To start we got complimentary green beans hummus and some nice small bites . I had cod tartar which was delicious followed by risotto which was with truffle followed by medium cookies deer sirloin. For drink we had local Riesling which was great. My friend tried the deer and didn’t like the strong sauce but I really enjoyed it. For dessert I had chocolate mousse with mint sauce which was amazing. Service was attentive but not disruptive to our evening which was perfect. Restaurant was not too busy and had a tranquility sensation which was what we needed after a very intense few days of work

Before our dinner at Al Garamond last Friday, we visited it twice, in 2018 and 2019. We have always been impressed with the ingenuity and quality of the food, and last Friday was as good and even better than the previous visits. Fine dining with a Sicilian twist. The hosts were gracious, friendly and informative. We also liked the humor and willingness to engage. It was a memorable and satisfying experience. We will be back, thank you.

We had a delicious, gourmet Italian dinner comprised of products representing a combination of regions. The cooking was excellent, creative and beautifully presented. Everything was uniquely flavored, fresh and not heavy. Service was terrific. Lovely setting.

Among the best in restaurants for unique Italian cuisine. We were a party of 11 from US on a business trip, and everyone was raving about the food. We chose the food tasting menu recommended by the chef. Half of us went with the fish/seafood menu and the other half chose the beef option. Both groups had something they loved. The wine selection was very good. Overall, it is worth the price we paid (quite a bit) and definitely worth the Michelin rating.

Eccellente cucina, chef molto cordiale, ma i prezzi sono esorbitanti. Abbiamo speso 100€ a testa (grazie ad uno sconto che ci è stato applicato, se no sarebbe stato più di 100€), che però non è giustificato, seppur ottima la cena. È interessante l'accostamento della cucina siciliana a quella piemontese. Il locale, seppur ristrutturato, non mi fa impazzire, ma è il mio gusto. Il servizio al tavolo sarebbe da migliorare visto il target economico.

Ho lungamente riflettuto prima di scrivere questa recensione. Locale sobrio,un po' anonimo,personale sempre presente ma non incombente. Possibilità di scegliere tra un menù alla carta o a due percorsi guidati. Sarebbe tutto buono,anzi ottimo.Dico sarebbe perchè nel menù degustazione(abbiamo scelto il più ricco) i piatti sono miniassaggi assolutamente ridicoli. Cinque agnolotti saranno forse troppi per molti,sono pochi per me....

Alcune proposte sono di qualità, ma l’esperienza nel complesso è risultata un po’ forzata più che raffinata. Il servizio piuttosto teso, e le porzioni davvero minime: 32€ per un piatto con quattro scampi mi sembra eccessivo. I secondi sono molto buoni e ben elaborati, ma le quantità restano ridotte. Si percepisce la volontà di puntare sulla ricercatezza, ma a mio avviso servirebbe un po’ più di equilibrio: eleganza sì, ma con piatti più sostanziosi. Inoltre, alcuni dettagli che dovrebbero fare la differenza non vengono curati: bicchieri trovati un po’ macchiati o poco ripassati, grissini umidi (anche se poi sostituiti), acqua versata di nuovo senza chiedere se la desiderassimo. Piccoli gesti, ma che insieme danno l’impressione di una certa mancanza di attenzione

It's okay if you are on a business trip. Too much salt, even if you are trying to stay true to Sicilian cuisine. Bang for the buck, honestly I would not pick it up again. Ambience was nice: tablecloths yes thank you, at least. Go there if you have easily impressed guests.

In tutta sincerità il costo procapite per una cena con materie prime ordinarie è stato eccessivo anche in considerazione del normale trattamento riservato dal personale di sala. Proverò un'altra volta a ripassarci ma oggi non mi sento di consgliarlo.

We were invited on a corporate dinner. Very polite. The Carpaccio with Pesce Spada was stinky, not because of the cheese, but the fish that was not fresh at all. Average preparations for the rest. Mistakes in pairing food and wine that resulted in embarassing situations. Not recommended.

I was here with a friend of mine. Both of us had great expectations and we went for the tasting menu suggested by the chef with matching wines. The wine was good and really delicious. The service was spotless but the food I don't think was memorable. The fish we had did not taste fresh. All in all I would not recommend it and I will not come back
