We had the mixed grill shown in the picture attached and also ordered peshawari karhai. It was absolutely delicious and came fresh out of the grill. All the food was extremely flavorful and one of the best Pakistani restaurants in Italy. It also had a lovely setting and extremely clean and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend it and very affordable too!

After eating donor /shawarma for 3 days we were craving for desi food in Lake Como area. Found this and it didnt disappoint. Beef karahi and dam biryani were stand out.

I had the opportunity to eat here while on vacation in Italy. Surprised to find Indian Food in a place where Italian food dominates, this take out joint was easy to find and the prices we reasonable. Location: 8/10 Located at the base of the Lake Como mountain region, Kashmir Grill is on a side street away from the actual lake and tourists attractions. It’s easy to walk to if you are anywhere down there, and parking is easy if you follow the signs and hours and all. Venue: 8/10 For what it’s worth, this is a take out joint with 10-15 table sets. The workers dressed casual and were able to speak multiple languages, as with most people in my party. There were no problems communicating and they had what we were looking for. They were able to point out the best on the menu, and brought everything out fast. Food: 9/10 Often times the best food places are hidden, as is the case with this one. While most tourists flock to the typical Italian food scene, this place had amazing garlic bread (naan), tandoori chicken, chicken masala, and rice. Food was cooked well, hot, and served within 10 minutes of ordering. Kashmir Grill House is definitely worth stopping by in the area. The people who work there act like they want to be there, and are excited to show you what’s cooking.

1000% recommend! We ordered the chaana dhaal, chicken biryani and chicken masala. All were delicious! Chicken tandoori was also lovely- however don’t recommend the Chappli kebab as that tasted like it was a frozen patty. Staff were lovely and price was also really reasonable! Highly recommend if you are craving ‘home’ food in Italy !

In General Food was very tasty and ambience was good . Nice sweet coco and mango Kulfi , also mango lassi 😍. Karahi was fine as well. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to taste Desk food at reasonable rates 👍🏽

Highly recommended. We came all the way from Ireland 🇮🇪. Food was tasty and delicious specially Fish, friendly staff. Everything was looking fresh. Lamb chops was not properly grilled but overall everything was perfect. Hope to start serving desi tea 🍵

They finally reopened again, and we decided to order through Deliveroo. The pictures on the app looked really legit, and I was excited — especially since we used to come here quite often before their renovations for their Sri Lankan Kottu Rotti, which used to be a favorite. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed. The Kottu now lacks the rich, authentic curry flavor it once had. It tasted more like it was made with premade curry powder rather than a proper slow-cooked sauce. We also ordered the rice with chicken curry, but it was underwhelming — not much flavor, not enough curry sauce, and the overall dish didn’t live up to what was shown in the app photos. That said, the egg rolls are still really good! Crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. I really hope they bring back the original quality and taste that made this place special in the first place. Still rooting for them!

This is the WORST food I have had ANYWHERE in the world. Being a Desi myself, desi restaurant food often disappoints. But this was horrific. The butter chicken was not classical butter chicken. It was over cooked, but edible. The mixed vegetables - looked like it was pack of frozen veges, there was so much spice in there, one had no idea what veges you were eating. But it was edible. The chicken biryani was so so so salty it was not possible to eat more than 3 or 4 bites which was a shame because the chicken it was actually well cooked. The Mutton biryani - I almost vomitted after the first bite and threw the whole box in the bin. The mutton was smelly - which is usually whens its old, and not fresh. And it was pieces of dry mutton served on top of spicy rice and sold as mutton biryani! Overall the food was so shockingly bad! I am completely mistified that (at least so far in our trip) that every 'Italian' restaurant I have been to except one family owned one, have desi chefs, yet simple desi meals ordered from this place was so utterly attrocious. I am sorry to say.

This is my first google review, but I felt compelled to write it so you don’t make the same mistake I did. I would say this restaurant is run with no passion for good food or service, and I have no idea how this “restaurant” has a 4.7 rating. So here goes… the manager spent most of the time on his phone watching videos, which is all we could hear in the restaurant because it was so loud and there was no atmosphere or music. I had to get up and ask if we could order, after we were sat waiting while the manager played videos on his phone. The paneer pakora was tasteless. The jeera rice was so dry and definitely wasn’t cooked with any ghee butter. The two curry’s we ordered were different, but the sauces tasted practically the same. They were lacking in flavour and the chicken curry had more carcass in it than actual meat. I’m summary, could not recommend.

I tried many Indian and Pakistani restaurants and I liked their food , but this restaurant was my wrong choice and didn't worth the money I paid .. bad packaging.. no spoons provided with the order , how I can eat the rice ???
