The perfect dinner saver. The chicken is always excellent and flavorful, and the staff (Alejandro in particular) is incredibly kind and helpful. A neighborhood staple!
I tried the chicken, fries, and hot wings menu, and it was all delicious! The guy who served me was very kind, helpful, and friendly. If I'm treated like this, I'll definitely be back.
Polite, friendly, and welcoming staff. Delicious food! Highly recommended!
The Santa Rita Roaster in Piazza Benedica is truly fantastic. The staff is friendly and welcoming! However, we must point out that they should make more fried skewers, which we love!
I stopped by yesterday for dinner, the staff was really kind and welcoming, the food was excellent, congratulations!!
I've been frequenting several Santa Rita rotisserie locations for a while now, but this is undoubtedly the one I like best. Besides the consistently high quality of the food, what makes this place special is the atmosphere: welcoming, clean, and with truly kind and attentive staff. You can sense their passion for their work and their desire to make every customer feel comfortable. The service is fast, precise, and delivered with a smile—an increasingly rare thing these days. I'm happy to return every time, because you don't just come here to eat well, but also to be treated with respect and courtesy. A location that perfectly represents the spirit of the chain. Congratulations!
Value for money! Really Good BQQ wings
High quality food
We ordered half a chicken and amazing potatoes, and it cost us about €10 for two. Juicy chicken and excellent potatoes! Very friendly staff.
I'll start by saying that I'm not a customer who eats this type of food! But this evening, since I was finishing work late, I took the opportunity to stop for chicken and potatoes. The chicken was good, just a little dry and flaky in some parts, especially the breast. The potatoes were good but a little pale. It was just after 8:00 PM and there were 4 people in front of me, but I finished everything in 20 minutes. The girls working behind the counter were kind.
Ok
Inspired by its reputation, we decided to dedicate a dinner in Turin to this now famous institution. The truth? Quite disappointing. The chicken was neither good nor bad, along with the fries and wings, which were tasty but nothing special. A special mention for the very good Caesar dressing. In short, the trip wasn't worth the effort.
I stop to get two Gorgonzola arancini and a can of Coke. The price is quite high, but never mind. While they're preparing the arancini, they tell me to help myself from the fridge and get the can myself. I pay by debit card, and before printing the receipt, the clerk checks for several seconds to see if the payment went through, making me a little uncomfortable. Then she prints the receipt and hands me the food in two bags. I leave the store with the food in hand, and while waiting for the pedestrian light to turn green, I feel a tug. I turn around and find myself in front of the clerk again, who, in front of everyone, asks me if I took the can or a whole bottle. I tell her I took the can, but she doesn't move until I show her the can, which I had meanwhile put in my pocket. Last but not least, the arancini inside the bags were completely crumbled.
I'm reluctant to give this negative review. Not because of the quality of the product, but if I ask for a cut chicken, I shouldn't be given two halves. The fact that they were packaged in two separate bags should have raised suspicions. But I had confirmation when I got home, because I was given two identical half chickens, with the neck half missing. I know it may seem like a small thing. But for me, trust is a serious matter, and if I ask for a whole cut chicken, that should be given to me. Not two pieces left over from someone who asked for a half chicken.
I walked in at 1:10 PM. I was coming back from work, I had no car, and I was in a hurry. There were no customers. I was alone. But the clerk and the assistant ignored me for a good two minutes, not even responding to my greeting. When they finally decided to serve me, I asked for half a chicken (and tried to offer me the whole chicken, but I refused), potatoes, and some arancini. I paid about 18 euros, said goodbye (receiving a response so low I couldn't hear it), and took a taxi home. At home, I discovered that the bag contained only potatoes and arancini. They had the half chicken (the one they wanted to turn into a whole chicken). I called and they told me the half chicken was there, there had been a "misunderstanding"—I wonder what?—and they told me I could pick it up whenever I wanted. I explained that it was a ten-minute drive away and that I didn't have a car to get back. They told me I could stop by anytime to get the money... I explain that it's not about the money, but because I'm left without lunch. He apologizes, saying there's nothing else he can do and that if I want I can file a complaint on the website... (It could have been a coupon, I don't know, for a future "whole chicken" or for a single arancini, to apologize, but no, they have too little margin on chickens sold for at least seven times their value, so I either go back for the half chicken or get the money for the half chicken and goodbye.) A terrible experience, considering that for the same quality and service, there are other rotisserie restaurants outside of chains, franchises, or large groups that cost less and probably care more about retaining their customers by serving them with care and attention.
We bought three skewers, two sausage rolls, all greasy and not good. I ended up having a Malox, exactly 6 baked potatoes, for the modest sum of 26.02 cents, which they were forced to ask for. It seemed strange to me, considering they always round up. Anyway, the food was too expensive for the quality, and the service was terrible. A grumpy young lady pretended to be nice when she greeted me. For that amount, I can eat at a beef restaurant right in the center, and it's healthy. Terrible in every way.
