Delicious food and fantastic service from the front-of-house team. The menu was quite balanced and the tasting menu was fantastic. They were a bit weak on the desserts but they still tasted good. The staff even prepared a candle for my sister’s birthday, which was very kind. The experience overall was impressive, but the music maybe didn’t fit the vibes of the restaurant.
Went there with my family on February 2nd. Everything was above board! Very beautiful ambiance, service by the staff was outstanding and the food was probably the best I’ve ever had! The bread and butter was simply perfect! We also had the ravioli in broth- exquisite! Then we had the cotoletta and my memory of the taste of it has not been forgotten! I was very impressed and pleased with our time there!!
I dined here alone, on a Monday evening. I loved everything about this restaurant (except the cocktail: don’t order Whisky Sour, the barman has his own way of making it and it’s really bad): the service is prompt and very courteous, the food is delicious, and the place is charming. A true find.

Particularly enjoyable were the bao with their well seasoned and tender duck meat. The parmesan balls also packed a punch, with the concentrated cheese flavor. Overall, a perfect way to whet the appetite. Their harmonious blend of textures and flavors make this a true celebration of the bounty from the ocean. This was a unique and very varied taste experience. Definitely a Michelin-starred restaurant. The presentation, flavors, and overall impression were excellent. The wine pairings for each dish were very well thought out. For those who complain about the taste, remember this is fine dining meant to be enjoyed, not just to fill your stomach. The evening with my husband was perfect thanks to this wonderful place.
Came here because of the robust tasting menu and wine pairing as well as to taste a Michelin star restaurant without breaking too much of the bank. Overall, the service, ambiance, and food makes this place a really wonderful place to go to for a business dinner, date, special occasion, or even an elevated kind of lunch/dinner. The tasting menu was robust and so flavorful. I could tell the chef wanted the customer to taste and experience the whole ingredient while pairing it with other wholesome ingredients. It was a great experience to have with the wine pairing - each was thoughtfully chosen to match and amplify the flavors of the dish. My most favorite dish was the rabbit followed by the fish with tomato crisps. The service was phenomenal. Our server was so attentive and engaged in conversation with us about the dish and wines we had. I thoroughly enjoyed his presence throughout the night to educate us on the dish. The ambiance was perfect to have elevated food and wine.
My husband and I had a wonderful lunch with Momo as our waiter. The food was great. The service even better. Momo was darling, thoughtful and charming. For anyone saying the service is bad, I can not help but wonder what kind of attitude do they come in with? We found everyone to be smiling and friendly. They went above and beyond to create an enjoyable experience. Even taking us into the beautiful special wine cellar. We saw old bottles of rare wines. We did the tasting/wine pairing experience. I found following the instructions for how to eat important to really gather the flavor profiles the chef was doing. We left full and satisfied. I would recommend doing a 12:00 /12:30 reservation. We had 1:30, but got there at 1:00. They accommodated early and that seems to work better.
For our first dinner in Milano, we choose a restaurant with one Michelin star. The design is discreet, the service and the presentation of dishes are at the level. In this place, I would like to note exactly the wine list - perfectly received wines for dishes, when serving, I listened to every type of wine. ⠀ We ordered: L’Alchimia Menu + Wine Pairings 5 courses and 5 glasses of wine. ⠀ For the start we had an Amuse-bouche from the chef (photo number ..) and bread with homemade butter (the most delicious butter I have eaten) and then we had every dish from menu with a drink. ⠀ 💸Dinner for 2 people: 350€ My insta-page : nomad.critic
Really nice dining experience. The service was excellent, and the food was very unique and tasty. I loved the black pasta we tried. The flavours were very intriguing although if you don’t like fishy tasting things I would forego. The app with the fish and prosciutto was delicious as well. They even gave complimentary small desserts and bread. I believe this is also a Michelin star resto too
The restaurant was recommended by my friend, who has visited more than 80 Michelin restaurants in the world. So my husband and I decided to have our first dinner in Milan there. The fact proved that we made the right choice. Both of us chose the L’Alchimia Menu 100. High quality food and friendly service from beginning to end. Finally, they gave us a surprise of two desserts, and my favorite is the one that looks like white pebbles. It’s actually white chocolate with black berry jam inside. It has a very fresh taste with fruit aroma. If you taste it very carefully, you can even taste the aroma of lemon. Bravo.
Overall it was a pleasant fun experience. We went for lunch so we did not explore the full potential of this restaurant. The mis en bouche were typically good as at most Michelin restaurants. One critique I must give which lowered the score to 4 stars was the “ice cream” shaped dish. Although it was never seen before and very creative, both my girlfriend and I thought that the flavors didn’t particularly go well together. The rest of the dishes were well-balanced and flavors went well together. One of the two fish dishes didn’t have such a particularly stunning appearance which was directly proportional to the taste as well. However I still would like to visit this restaurant another time for dinner to fully experience what the chef is about.
I came here with my wife for dinner. Reservations are recommended. We had the tasting menu. There are two options, one is more traditional and the other more modern are what they call evolutionary. We chose the latter. Overall we enjoyed our meal. The standout dish for us was the kiwi with pepper and tomato powder. This dish packed a whole lot of umami and was definitely the highlight of the night. The collection of dishes you get with the newer tasting menu complimented each other nicely. The servers were attentive and extremely professional. All of our dishes were timed appropriately and I suspect that this is why they have a Michelin star. Overall, although our experience was highly enjoyable, none of the dishes (other than the tomato one mentioned above) surprised us or left a lasting impression on us. This is something that we were hoping to experience given that this establishment received a Michelin star. Perhaps I will give the traditional tasting menu a try next time to see if I have a different experience.
We ordered the chef's classic tasting menu with 4 courses. In the end, there was a sense of frustration. The quality progressed with each dish: bad, average, good, and excellent. The price is below avedage, but still we can't expect to eat bad or average dishes for around 100 euros per person; the minimum should have been "good". The size of the dishes was less than normal for tasting menus. The service left a strange feeling, not because it was bad, but because it was extremely sterile and robotic. If we ever return, it will certainly be for the à la carte options.
We took the 3 course tasting menu, which was OK on average, not more. I liked the first course, my partner didn’t. The main course meat was burnt and bitter. The staff never inquired if we liked the food, and forgot to serve one of the “extra” appetizers, without any apology. Some parts of the experience were nice, but overall not up to the Michelin standard as we know it. Expect to pay around 80-130€ total per person.
As a restaurant on the Michelin guide, we had reasonable high hopes. Unfortunately this experience fell flat, with exceptions for the wine (we are in Italy, which we love). The service was better than a typical restaurant. The caliber of the food lacked essential components of high quality restaurant dining - immensely disappointed.
Our visit to this restaurant was a last-minute decision due to unforeseen travel issues. On Sunday, July 7, 2024, we were traveling from Zurich to Florence and had to change our plans because of a train service strike in Milan. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Florence. This restaurant was the only Michelin-starred place we could book on the same day, which is why we ended up dining here. Regarding the food, we ordered the €130 set menu without wine pairing. Here are our thoughts on each dish: - The bread was quite firm and served at a cooler temperature than expected. - The first dish, featuring kiwi fruit and tomato, had a strong sour flavor reminiscent of Super Lemon candy. - The second dish consisted of four lobster ravioli in a broth. The ravioli texture was firmer than we preferred, and the lobster flavor was subtle. The broth was satisfactory. - The third dish, made with eel, was the highlight of the meal, as eel is naturally flavorful. - The main lamb dish included a rib that was a bit chewy with tendons that were difficult to cut, a meatball that was firmer than expected, and lamb wrapped with vegetables that had a strong gamey taste. While the dishes were not to our personal taste, we appreciate the effort and creativity of the chefs. The service was generally good throughout the meal. However, we were disappointed with the delay in serving the dessert, which took 26 minutes after the main course. When we inquired about it, we felt our concern was not adequately addressed. We eventually requested the bill without having the dessert. Overall, this experience led to a 1-star rating based on the combination of food quality and the delay in service, which significantly impacted our dining experience.
