SABI pizzeria and restaurant is a modern and very well-kept establishment located in Chiuduno, near Bergamo. I happened upon it by chance at lunchtime, and I have to say, "What a stroke of luck!" I tried the daily menu: pappardelle with lobster sauce and, for the main course, cuttlefish with purée, olives/capers, and cherry tomatoes, with a side of vegetables. Everything was excellent, with balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and with superior attention to detail. This care is evident when, after coffee is served, it's brought with a little chat. The service is courteous and attentive. All for €16, incredible! Well done, well done! These accolades are deserved when you sense the care and attention to detail and the overall quality. I'm curious to try the pizza, which is also available at lunch.

Good restaurant pizzeria in the center of Chiuduno, very nice and recently renovated place. The menu includes appetizers, first courses, second courses and pizzas. The pizza is really very good both for the dough and the good quality ingredients. The specialty of the place are also the fish dishes. Average prices, certainly not cheap but we are on average for the area. Recommended!

Upon entering this restaurant, the first thing that strikes you is the inviting aroma that envelops you and gives you a sense of extraordinary quality. The standard doesn't diminish with the location: clean, modern, and meticulously maintained. The exceptional service and good food (excellent seafood) don't complete this fantastic experience; the bill does. A fixed lunch menu with two courses, a side dish, water, wine, and coffee, all for €15. I will definitely return in good company.

What can I say about this trattoria? For me, calling a place a trattoria is a sign of respect. Truly interesting dishes. Prices are reasonable. You can see the portions. It's worth a visit.

Congratulations, I went to eat recommended by my wife's sister Veronica, I had a really good meal, excellent tagliatelle with truffle and tagliata. Beautiful wine cellar and above all exquisite waiting staff! We will definitely be back and if you are in the area, stop by. It is well worth it.

Introduction: Everything was excellent!! I ate there both for lunch and dinner. I recommend the pizzas and fried fish, which are truly excellent. The rest of the food is equally excellent. Kudos to the young and fast staff, including the owner, Andrea, who is always helpful, professional, and courteous.

This charming, recently renovated restaurant is professionally managed by owner/chef Andrea and his sweet wife Ramona. The preparation and presentation of the dishes are meticulously crafted. The food is excellent, with a good selection of wines. The staff is very efficient and attentive to every guest's needs. The raw seafood is a must-try... spectacular. Highly recommended.

More attractive than delicious, the pizza was completely covered in mozzarella water, and the casoncelli were almost all raw on the sides. Let's just say that for €41, we expected more. To respond to the restaurant's comment, it's not true that the plates were completely cleared, since the pizza plate had the mozzarella water or milk in it, in addition to the entire crust. Most importantly, no one was allowed to mop up the casoncelli plate, since, having undergone stomach surgery, I can't eat more than a certain amount, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't say anything stupid just to make a good impression. I'm also attaching a photo of the pizza, showing where it was watered down. On second thought, I should have made a freshly cut one to show that I'm not lying.

Locale accogliente,personale gentile ma poco attento,una volta fatti accomodare al tavolo tempi infiniti per le ordinazioni,dando precedenza a persone arrivate dopo,finalmente ordinato , 40 minuti di attesa per due antipasti e un altra mezz'ora per avere i primi,finalmente serviti nel primo piatto di foiade ai funghi una bella sorpresa,un pezzo di plastica a quanto pare di un contenitore per gli ingredienti, esperienza negativa non credo ci tornerò .
