We visited this restaurant a few days ago for lunch during the second sitting, as it was packed when it opened. The staff was quick, courteous, and helpful. The food was excellent: a cured meat appetizer, a Trentino-style soup with speck (the only flaw was the broth, so you struggled to eat the barley that remained at the bottom), dumplings, and roast potatoes. The restrooms were also clean despite the crowds. Average price.

A welcoming, family-friendly place where you can try traditional dishes, with parking nearby. The first, second, and desserts are always delicious. If we're in the area, this is our go-to. Always very helpful, friendly, and fast! Reservations are recommended.

A typical Trentino restaurant. The place is truly well-managed and organized. The service is super fast, yet never rushed, and the staff is very friendly. The selection of unique dishes is excellent, featuring typical and bold flavors, yet light and easily digestible. An excellent choice for enjoying authentic Trentino cuisine.

The restaurant was crowded on a Saturday night, but not too noisy. The waitresses were very friendly and the service was quick. The food was very good. The portions were generous. We spent less than I expected.

Update: This year, we were at this wonderful restaurant again. We had the charcuterie and cheese platter and then the legendary canederli. As always, everything was delicious, and above all, the staff was extremely kind, attentive but not pushy. The restaurant is easy to reach, and even parking was easy. We stopped in front of the ice rink. We found the restaurant very beautiful, both inside and out, and the wood always has its charm. The staff was very kind and professional, and they were able to advise you based on your needs. We had the house-made dish, which was plentiful and very good, and definitely worth trying. If we return to Folgaria, we'll definitely be back.
