Good service and a calm place.
I had a breakfast with my friends there. Attentive and kind personal. I love their coffee and cornetto with pistachio. Very delicious. One think they are open from 10:00am. Keep in mind.

The place is extremely crowded, there aren’t any seats available and the isn’t a good organization. In the second floor you can’t breathe because there are too many people and there is no air change and as the outside is concerned there aren’t enough chairs.
Worst Mcdonalds i have been to, Cold stale fries. stale nuggets. stale bread / burger. i do NOT recommend Italy’s McDonalds.
Ordered a hatrick meal with large coke and fries. Fries we're still partly frozen and unsalted Burger had sauce in which I asked to Be removed Refused to refund or replace. Avoid
The food was terrible. It was cold and low quality. I think maybe it is not the original McDonald's! The restrooms were dirty and there were no tissues.
The worst organisation, the workers are not professional, how can mcdonald’s hire people that do not even speak english and when you ask them if they can repeat the number of the order they answer you “learn italian”. This mcdonalds is mext to my house and every 3-4 times that i eat there, there will be something wrong in the order (usually they forget some things from the order). Also , I dont know if it is legal or not, they always close 40 minutes before the time that it says they close. Every day. It is the first mcdonald’s that i have seen it.
I witnessed racist service too, the servers mocked and laughed at a foreigner because (they thought) she didn’t speak Italian properly. Byeee
Horrible, racist service! Was eating with a friend (of Asian descent) and the owner (old man wearing glasses) yelled at us and kicked us out, but there were clearly others eating there (of the same ethnicity). Something needs to be done about this mentally unstable employee working there.
Food too Long under heat lamps. Minimum service. Only the cola was tasty
