Terrible entrance, considering the recent construction. Every time the sliding door opens, it's freezing. Not very pleasant while eating. Double doors would be enough; there's plenty of room!

The atmosphere is clean and tidy, not crowded. The menu selection is limited, and the staff is cold and unfriendly. You get the overwhelming feeling of being watched. I don't think I'll go back.

Nuovo MC spazioso, grande.anche il parcheggio ci sono molti posti auto, con MC drive, ordinato e pulito. Ultima esperienza ieri 30/11 ma non soddisfatti del cibo, il panino buono ma confezionato male, le patatine non buone e poche. I nuggets in offerta a 2 euro su app erano gommosi e per niente croccanti come dovrebbero essere. Il cheesecake alle fragole porzione ridotta e non un granché di gusto. Un consiglio optate per altro dolce e occhio alle offerte in app.

Non capisco se é diventata una politica di McDonald's, i Mcflurry sempre più spesso vengono fatti con poco gelato e poco condimento. Capitato a me in diversi punti ed oggi in questo, mezzo bicchiere e poco cioccolato. Inoltre prendo una aranciata che mi viene portata ven tre dita sotto il livello e chiedo spiegazione e mi viene spiegato che non è tarata, mi aggiungono un po di aranciata ma tutta schiuma e con un gusto troppo forte. Purtroppo le multinazionali ci prendono per i fondelli, ma questo credo che lo sapevamo già....🤦🏻

A recent opening of the fast food chain of the same name. Plenty of parking, a drive-through service, and a bit of a challenge to get in. Reasonably large and clean. Otherwise, a carbon copy of other restaurants.

Presso questo Mc Donald lavora una Responsible con le treccine di carnagione scura che ogni volta che passo al Mc drive é di una maleducazione assurda. Fa tutto di fretta non ti da il tempo nemmeno di finire di parlare o di ridere un attimo che ti risponde in modo seccato e arrogante. Questo mi succede solo quando c’è lei mentre per il resto dei colleghi non ho nulla da ridire , servizio amichevole e buono.

I panini sono tristi assolutamente non rispecchiano le foto pubblicitarie. Carne secca e striminzita con del pomodoro e pochissime salse. Molto meno panini della concorrenza.

Ordine fatto al mc drive e mancava il ketchup, i nuggets erano normali invece che piccanti e cosa piu grave il gran crispy richiesto senza bacon era CON il bacon e senza salsa senza formaggio! Mai piu il mc a castellanza!

Luckily, it's not my local McDonald's, but I was just passing through. I did a drive-through and they didn't give me the 5-ounce fries. I did the drive-through again, and they gave me some (without the slightest apology), and they were 3-ounce fries. I was mocked twice. I should also point out that the fries had a very excessive amount of salt.

Typical location for all McDonald's...being a chain. But...knowing the business world, I know for sure that the staff can make the difference, and must make the difference. Poor food, poorly cooked, and burgers that were mistreated to say the least. Gentlemen...I won't be coming again.

This will be the fifth time that when I get a drive thru portion of fries I get a portion that isn't a portion and they're cold too.

I came for a quick lunch and I have to say it was quick but imprecise. We had asked for 2 hamburgers + 1 cheeseburger + 9 nuggets + 1 fillet fish + 2 sauces. Everything arrived except the sauces. And the fillet fish was badly made. The other time I bought a Baci Perugina ice cream, but in exchange they gave me the Smarties one and I noticed that the ice cream was only half the glass, which is very little. I thought that it was nothing, but when I ate the Smarties ice cream they were hard. Next time I recommend being more careful!!!

Be careful, they'll steal your money. I ordered drive-thru, I was in a hurry, and I'm going home. Unfortunately, I should have checked, since 2 sandwiches and 1 drink were missing! After all this, you try to resolve the situation by calling them, but they don't even know what to do! I hope you'll be able to close this place down if you keep going like this.
