These guys know how to make a good bagel! The BLT is STACKED with thick and crispy bacon - they don't skimp on any toppings. Criossant was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, even after lunchtime! Definitely recommend!

Had the Wakey Wakey sandwich and the egg omelette in it was delicious, fresh and huge! Also got a lemon poppyseed muffin which was yummy. Great prices for everything. Bonus points because the parking attendant let me park without paying because I let him know I was just going in for a bagel and only staying for a few minutes! 👍🏻

This is a great little cafe. The decor is top notch. The sandwich was amazing as well as their chai latte. Haven’t had a breakfast like that in a long time.

BEST BAGEL SHOP IN HAMILTON. Seriously obsessed with this cafe! We love grabbing a coffee in the morning before work and the owners have been lovely every time we go!! (totally weak for the muffins)

The baristas are really accommodating and the overall ambience of the cafe is light, cozy, and welcoming. Their latte cappuccino immediately became my favourite.

I've been obsessed with the idea of coming here since my last doctor's appointment and I'm so glad I was able to check this place out today! The staff were incredible with their food suggestions. I have poor vision so the menu was hard to read and when I said I'm looking for a sandwich with protein and veggies, they suggested The General I think it was called? I got my sandwich on the multigrain bagel and OH MY GOSH it was so good! If you have seen Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts.... That scene where she's eating pizza in Italy and declares she's having a relationship with her pizza.... This bagel felt like that! It was so fresh, fluffy and delicious that when the customers at the table next to me saw what I ordered, they said they should have gotten that too. We chatted for a bit and they said their muffins they ordered were really great so I'm excited to try that in the future. I also got the Iced Flat White with sugar-free caramel syrup and as much as I wanted to inhale it because it was so good, I wanted to make it last forever too. This place is definitely a local favorite of mine now and as I told the customers next to me: "It may only be Monday but this makes me feel pretty accomplished". THERE'S SEATING HERE TOO! A couple of cute tables and a seating area with a live edge table along the wall with outlets in case you were curious. The atmosphere is amazing with nice, calming music playing. Seriously, I hope you give this place a chance because the staff are PHENOMENAL and the food just warms your soul and the coffee... The coffee is amazing! 😁 A definite wonderful start to my week and I hope you make this place a wonderful start to your day too.

I’ve really enjoyed trying Bean & Bagel Co! The coffee is good, generous portions and not expensive. I’ve tried two of the bagels and they were both delicious and filling. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’m happy they are in the neighbourhood.

Was walking thru the area & popped in for a quick coffee but I soon realized I had to try a bagel and it did not disappoint! The gentleman working the front was polite & quite funny. They were a great pair will defiantly be going back. The price was amazing too, and everything FRESH!!

Their coffee is consistently delicious, and the homemade bagels and muffins are to die for. It's the perfect spot for a cozy morning or a quick pick-me-up any time of day. Highly recommend!

Sometimes you just need a nice toasty bagel, especially if you're feel bleh. And you can get that here and of course tea to treat those heavy heart days. Or coffee. You pay for the protein and bagel. The price includes toppings you can add on. The bagels are standard bagels, but the toppings have flavor. Their Chipotle sauce has a flavorful smoke. And it definitely beats timmies. And you can get vegetarian or vegan items. A very nice selection of coffee and teas. The matcha was very, very creamy. They also offer a power bowl. Very friendly and very kind people. Very close to the hospital if you just need a recharge.

Tried the Bean & Bagel on my lunch break today and this will definitely be my new lunch spot ! The steel city bagel is SO GOOD it tasted amazing and left me feeling full. The 2 workers behind the counter were so friendly and made us feel welcome, they customized our iced coffees exactly to our liking(sweet or not sweet and additional flavours can be added).10/10 food, staff, and atmosphere !

Today was my first visit and won’t be my last. I enjoyed the general bagel. The toppings were fresh. Made to order. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my visit worth it. I did mention they need to advertise to the Hamilton general hospital.

Super cute little shop. My daughter and I went to in after visiting one of the doctors in the building. So happy we did. The service was amazing, our bagels were so delicious. My daughter got some matcha type drink and she loved it as well. I highly recommend!!!! 10/10

This cafe is such a gem! You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail from the beautiful decor to the thoughtfully crafted menu. The coffee is always on point, and the food and drinks never disappoint. I highly recommend the iced matcha! It’s a perfect spot to stop in for lunch, especially with their daily specials that are always so good. The owners and staff are incredibly warm and personable. I always leave with a smile on my face.

Amazing spot, and an especially nice treat for visitors and staff of the General hospital! Their BLT bagel sandwich is ridiculously good, and their chai latte is DELICIOUS. You definitely get your money’s worth, and imo that’s key in this economy. I even had the pleasure of a quick chat with one of the owners while I was in and couldn’t have been more friendly! Even the staff was lovely. Can’t wait to come back! I wish I lived within walking distance!

Great prices! Competitive prices with Tim Hortons! They don't upcharge for dairy alternatives (for those of you who are also lactose intolerant, or vegan) Great tasting coffee and food! Plus lots of menu options! Super friendly customer service, and great decor/atmosphere! 🙌🏻

This was my first time at the Bean & Bagel Co. It’s in a medical building and went after an appointment. I had a ham and cheese bagel sandwich. It was delicious and reasonably priced. Great menu choice and very good coffee. Friendly customer service Highly recommended. A very positive experience that I told everyone about. I’ll be back without a doctor’s appointment and I have to drive 50km to get there. Give it a try.

The best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Everything is baked and prepared daily! Such an amazing location as well! So close to the hospital and super easy to get to!! Owners are amazing people and so down the earth! Can’t recommend this cafe enough!! Will definitely be going again.

I bought 6 bagels this morning at this coffee shop. I am very disappointed: they are small, have no flavour, aren't fresh and to boot, are expensive. Not a place I would recommend.

Not impressed. Would come back for coffee/espresso but not the bagels. Had high expectations coming here this morning, especially with great reviews - had the wakes wakey on multigrain and was sorely disappointed. For a bagel shop the worst part of the sandwich was the bagel - small, hard, burnt and did not seem fresh - at least a day old if I would have to guess. Wanted to like it but can’t recommend for bagels.
