Hacia muchos años que no venía....pero he de decir que ha superado TODO lo anterior.... desayunos/ comidas/ tapas... Muy buena calidad....pero lo que destaca es el servicio ( y trabajo en la hostelería/turismo) vienes solo... acompañado..te tomas un café o te quedas a comer ...da igual....un servicio de 10 no ...un 11... Repeto! Pronto...( Y vivo a 30 km en la costa con playa delante de casa...vale la pena y mucho...el viaje)

This was a super nostalgic visit as my family and I used to go to this restaurant throughout my childhood! Safe to say the quality and friendly service remains the same. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is immaculate. Such a privilege to sit down for some food/drinks after the beach. This time we got the paella and fideua, but the gazpacho (didn’t manage to snap a photo), is mt absolute favourite.

Went here from Altafulla. At first, it seemed a bit deserted, but it turned out that it was just too early. Great paella, good service, parking nearby. Definitely a recommendation at the esplanade of Tamarit.

Just went there for morning coffee with friends. Nice staff, lovely croissant, good tea. So nice sitting there we stayed on for a glass of cava (me) and beer (husband)! Great seafront spot. Highly recommended.

A 5 m escasos de la playa. Limpio y buena distancia entre mesas. Disponen de terraza y comedor interior. Platos muy ricos. Atencion muy correcta. Recomendable. Gracia

Está bien situado, buenas vistas al mar. Un espacio acogedor. La presentación de los platos está bien, el cocinero se lo trabaja bastante bien. La paella és buena, no es de la mejores que he probado. El servicio, hoy me gustó la atención. El profesional que nos atendió se equivocó con el vino y rectificó muy bien. Me encantó la humildad y su honestidad. El precio por lo que pides, pica un poco, pero quizás para un día especial, está bien.

Otros años he venido y ha estado mejor, hoy no hemos tenido la mejor experiencia comiendo, estaba buena la comida pero hubo varios detalles que hace que no puntúe más, nos faltó hielo en los vasos, un plato para dejar las cáscaras, 8 minutos abandonados y tratando de hacer señas para que nos vean, el grano de arroz no era bueno. No quita que la comida estaba bien sabor, buen equilibrio de sal.

La comida está bien pero las raciones pequeñas para los precios.. línea de playa, está bien pero también lo pagas. Ojo si pides arroz.. hacen arroces para llevar y eso hace que tuviésemos que esperar 1h por el nuestro en la mesa ( si das servicio antes a los que se lo llevan a casa que a los que pagan por estar allí sentados,me has perdido como cliente) Precio €€€ Ganas de volver 6/10

Great service and excellent menu with each item, equally delicious. I visited twice in the 4 days I was in the area. You must try the octopus and the Andalusian style baby squid. Also, it's a lovely beach and sunset.

¡Creo que no hemos acertado! El servicio, camareros perfecto, atentos y servido rápido. Las bravas y la salsa muy buena, pero la paella marinera, hoy a estado flojita, mala no estaba, pero al fondo le faltaba algo de sabor marinero, nos hemos ido fijado en otra paella que sacaban y se veían con fuerza el color y el grano. En general correcto.

Restaurante frente a la playa de la Mora en Tarragona, con amplia terraza exterior, también comedor exterior. Carta variada, con tipos de arroces y fideuá, son correctas, incluso en este caso se les fue la mano con la sal. Están un poco desbordados, no nos trajeron el postre pues se olvidaron. Tienen un menú sin precio y lo dan en una nota de papel si lo pides. Es una lástima pues había ido hace años y lo recordaba mucho mejor. Bien para hacer un arroz frente al mar y punto.

Comimos bien, fue una boda en la que cada uno pagaba lo que comía, la oferta fue menu por 18,50€ 2 platos 1ro y 2 dos para elegir, apellidos mata dentro de la elección y carta bien completa con varios tipos de carne, paella de mariscos, de todo, muy completa y estaban bien. Más de 20€ cada plato. En fin el lugar está bien con una vista a la playa muy espectacular, la plata está a 25 metros y el mar a 100, así que de lujo.

The best thing about this place is the view - the ocean! The service is a little strange as you have a specific waiter for your area/table, if you ask another waiter for something like a water or alioli for your dinner, you get told to ask your waiter. This can be frustrating as then you have to try find your waiter. When we arrived we also explained we had a reservation but again we had to wait for one specific person to take us to our table. The food is very reasonably priced, we had the black rice paella which was very tasty, the croquettes and bravas could have been better. The fondant was not warm - it was cold inside.

The restaurant has a choice of traditional dishes, at prices slightly above average for the type of restaurant. The cooking and availability of ingredients is unfortunately not reliable. It's regrettable and depending on the expectations, one could e disappointed: e.g. tuna filet served cold, no prawns or clams available for 3 days, etc. The service however was excellent for a staff on its feet from 8.00 till 22.00h.

Fantástico sitio para tirar 100€ a la basura. Los platos viene una miseria por el precio que pagas, encima te lo traen frío. Te pides unos huevos estrellados y las patatas parecen de bolsa de supermercado, pero pagas 17€. Luego pedimos un plato de atún y un poco más y te lo traen nadando de lo crudo que está. El plato de pulpo había 5 rodajas contadas. Una vergüenza la verdad, salimos muy disgustados y habiendo fastidiado una comida de viaje. Los camareros no tienen ninguna culpa han sido muy amables.

Old restaurant next to the beach but best times have been long gone. Overpriced food and unfriendly service. The most ridiculous thing was, that upon asking for mayonnaise to add for the french fries. We got a little salad bowl of mayonnaise for a price of 4,- €. I seldomly write a review and even less often a bad one but that spot was terrible. I definitely urge you to go next door.

Reserved a table in the restaurant. Asked for window seat only to be sat by a wall despite being only people in there. Then when we went to order, told we couldn't sit in restaurant as children wanted burgers (could only eat the meat but no buns allowed in restaurant?!) This was despite no one else sitting in the restaurant! Then was moved to 'cafe' side. Adults were served lovely food however expensive for the small portions (half a potato with meat/fish?!) Would highly recommend other restaurant, Raco de la Mora, instead.

This is my first review on Google - just had to do it to warn others of our experience. We’re Asian - place was less than half full but no one bothered to serve us, we were at the entrance looking at the menu for a while but none of the 4-5 staff working bothered to ask us if we wanted a table. We had to approach and ask if we could sit anywhere. Once we sat down, 10 mins went by without anyone clearing our table (it was full of leftover dishes and wine glasses) or giving us a menu - we had to ask for it once again. And of course, no one came to take our order and we had to ask again. We also had to ask for our bread which they forgot, and we asked for our bill twice. Food was average, would definitely NOT recommend to anyone who IS NOT a local. 0 stars

How do I say this and still sound nice...if you can get past passive aggressive rude waiters, the food was good. Having lived in Spain and travelled extensively here over the years...I have never experienced intentional bad service like this. Hey, my Spanish is adequate, I am always polite, and patient as the culture demands...but averting eye contact, waiting an hour for a salad, no bread till meal is half over, order drinks that never come, have to get up to ask to pay bill because waiter continues to "not see you"...it was just too much. I hope the management takes note and schools the staff on service etiquette.
