What an amazing place!!! Me and My wife were looking for a gluten free restaurant while we were in Victor, we found Old Pueblo Grill We called the place ask about gf food, the person who answered, gave the phone to Rebecca(the chef) .. That's when it made this place more happening. She explained everything good and we went there right away. She came out from the kitchen she is the Chef. What a perfect person explained everything nicely and prepared it perfectly. And the Food was delicious.. Tacos and nachos were my 😍 favorite. Will go there again Loved the atmosphere and the staffs. Thank You Pueblo Grill. ❤
Honestly my wife is a huge fan of Mexican food. We have been to several places from Greece to canandaigua the last few months and this particular eatery sits at the very top of the journey. The food was absolutely amazing. I wish this place had table service honestly. The whole place was extremely clean and inviting. It was well decorated and beautiful. The staff was great. The person working front of house was very kind and personable. And the person in the kitchen made great food. We got a variety of tacos and they were all ver good. Prices were right on point for the high food quality and serving size. Bold authentic flavors all over the venue as well as some contemporary flavor ideas that did not disappoint.
First time here. Atmosphere feels like it is a Mexican food truck, but inside. Some big murals on the walls (I took a picture of them too). I got the Queso Tacos (Friday weekly special)! They were just as messy and delicious as they looked! I definitely saw more things I wanted to try on the menu, so I think I'll definitely be back!
This a cool space with a trendy vibe. The music fit the atmosphere and murals really added to the overall space, mad props to the artist/s. Overall the dining space is a chill, good to have a conversation lunch with a friend, a group of friends or co-workers. This is a fast casual style restaurant, where you order at the bar from a large digital menu, and you receive a pager. While waiting, your food is prepared in the back so it's a little more of a wait time compared to other more "commercial" establishments, so if you're looking for super speedy go elsewhere. However if you are looking for a fun unique take on Mexican flavors, this is a place for you. I went for the Flaming Hot Burrito, which was filled with beef, flaming hot Cheetos, and queso; not the healthiest option on the menu but it was delicious. I added chips and a drink, which $20+ after tip. Overall everyone enjoyed their dining experience, but one person in our group didn't enjoy the large hunks of carne asada that kept being pulled out when trying to eat his burrito. He repeatedly said "next time I'm eating this (burrito) with a knife and a fork." I would say the price is a little too steep to visit often for lunch, but I can't wait to come back and try something new.
My partner and I ordered 3 different tacos (chili Colorado, chorizo potato and Korean), street fruit, and the elote. This is literally the best food I’ve EVER had!! Everything was so flavorful and well seasoned. I highly recommend coming here because everything on the menu sounds delicious and I know I won’t be let down. Will be coming back for sure probably soon haha
We eat at Old Pueblo Grill weekly — can’t recommend it enough! Tons of great menu options, consistently delicious food, and awesome, friendly staff.
Food was delicious. We loved everything we ordered. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items. They did not have liquor so no margaritas but hope that comes soon.
Love this place and happy see a location much closer to my house. This is a casual place. Order at the counter and they give ya a little buzzer to let you know when you're food is ready. The atmosphere is nothing crazy. Almost cafeteria-esque, but with some cool murals on the wall. But you're not going there for art or ambiance. You're going there for taquitos, tacos, and burritos... and soon alcohol too. We started with a big dish of chicharrones and the taquitos. Definitely recommend the taquitos as a starter or entre. They are delicious. We also had some al Pastor Tacos that were really tasty and the Cali Swag burrito was very simple and delicious. We plan on going back many times to keep trying different items. Staff was super pleasant and surprisingly efficient for it being as busy as it was when I was there. Manager even helped carry my food to my table since I only had two hands and 4 plates.
The place was extremely busy and there was a very long wait time but the wait was worth it as the food was delicious! I recommend the tacos - all are great but the carne asada and Korean were my favorite! The horchata was so good too!
Delicious, fresh counter service Mexican food. Cali swag burrito is awesome (do not let the French fries change your mind!) Tacos were amazing also.
Great place to grab food! Only issue was the pork was extremely greasy and left a puddle in the dish....other than that the fish tacos were on point!

I ordered the Cali Swag burrito which was massive and absolutely delicious. It came with a side of house made tortilla chips that are honestly some of the best tortilla chips I have ever had. They are seasoned and salty and so fresh. It also came with a side of salsa that paired perfectly with the burrito. I highly recommend, great good, great service!
Food is phenomenal every time. I get the Becca bowl with chicken. The chicken is juicy and delicious. I can easily eat half the bowl and take the rest home for a full dinner the next day.

I'm celiac, and I tell the girl that when I order. Knock on wood, so far, so good with not getting sick from cross contamination. I order the Colorado chili tacos, potato and chorizo tacos, and Becca Bowl with chicken. I'm addicted to the chili Colorado tacos, and my 12 year old loves the carnitas burrito and the chicken chimichanga (she's not celiac, so she can eat those). The street fruit is amazing and the chicken Becca salad is HUGE and so worth the money as that's a 3-day meal! There are a lot of steps leading up to the Old Pueblo Grill, so if you can't do steps, you may want to call first to see if there is an alternative entry you could use. (Maybe that's why they don't serve cocktails?) It was hard finding the place, but I'm glad I did because they are my new fave place for take out. They play rap music, which doesn't fit the atmosphere, so I always get my food to go. (Hint, Hint)
Tacos were good. And we have traveled to Mexico . Califirnia.Texas.New Mexico Currently in from Austin.TX. Had al pastor, carne asada. Carnitas and fish and shrimp tacos Our parents are from Jalisco. I give this place A 8 if it served beer on tap and played Mexican music. A 10 for this region. Atmosphere was great as well as the service. Recommended.
Assortment of tacos. Fish was good. Carne asada too well flavored. I thought the price point was a bit high for the fare.

Food was good. Service was good. The restaurant is new and the decor is very nice. Our issue was there was nobody cleaning off tables and chairs. The tables and chairs were very dirty. Almost hard to find a place to sit . The chairs are metal and when you move them around they’re extremely loud on the concrete floor. They should have a person walking around the restaurant designated for cleaning off tables chairs counters and soda station . If they did that, it would make a huge improvement.

I wanted to like it - the atmosphere was cool and the vibe was there. But the food was super subpar to just bad. We went for lunch and got a bowl, carnitas tacos, and queso. The bowl was WAY oversized. Like honestly could make upwards of 3-4 meals if you eat normally. Some might see it as a pro but honestly I just see food waste. I highly suggest they do a lunch size for that. Tacos were good flavor but soggy. DO NOT ORDER THE QUESO - wow it was awful. Looked like liquid orange plastic and tasted like nothing. I don’t know how you can say you’re authentic Mexican food and serve queso like that. Pricing is fair/normal for the industry but after eating, it all felt like a big waste of money.

SUPER disappointed…. I know there’s a negative stigma on Mexican Restaurants in Rochester, I’m from California and I’ve tasted THOUSANDS of authentic Mexican restaurants some hole in the wall spot and some elevated restaurants… But….. this place specifically was NOT the good, we ordered 3 tacos, tortillas was soggy meat was warm flavor was not there, although I will say the mayo salsa was tasty. We also ordered the Flaming Hot burrito.. there was nothing flaming or hot about it, the asada meat needs to be grilled and charred a bit, not cooked and left is a a watery marinade. Hochata was, ok it definitely is not authentic and the flavor of whole milk wasn’t a great taste to have… Over all the location and decor was great! Very beautiful space, but I’d rather money and effort be put into working on there flavors and food…

Horrible experience.. lazy kid workers. No customer service skills. What's worse is the food. NOT REAL MEXICAN! doctored up American fancy version. Was gross. Especially. That Japanese style one. And the prices are ridiculously high! Do yourself a favor and go to any other Mexican place. Unless u wanna spend the next 48 hours on the toilet!

This place used to be really good. Now it's not even subpar. My husband ordered Fish Tacos and Quesadillas. The tacos were dri and flavorless and the quesadillas were a pile up mess with no flavor. The cheese was burnt brown on the edges and there was no Pico Delgado that used to come with them. Look I get it if you lack good help but the manager needs to be watching closer. $40.00 worth of food we paid for and tossed out. We will never go there again. It's sad when a place like this starts off really good...then goes down hill. It would seem worker's don't care or take pride in their work these days! I called and the manager wouldn't even take two minutes to speak to me. I got the excuse they were short staffed...not good. You make time for someone who is calling to bring to your attention that something was wrong with their food. Now they lost a customer and I'm sure we won't be the only ones!
