Customer service is consistently amazing. I’m not a big Mc Donald’s eater, I only always get two things off the menu (sweet tea and nuggets) which have been consistently tasty. My preview from a year ago below: The customer service is good, the food isn’t the best. If you need anything just get fries or nuggets.

I stopped inside to order my food which came out hot and fresh which I appreciated. What I appreciated even more though was the way the team and manager handled a very rude and threatening customer yesterday morning. Myself and a few other customers observed and a woman with her daughter who were incredibly rude and threaten to the team members and manager but the team remained polite and professional and I believe it is important to recognize them and thank them for how they managed a very rude stressful customer yesterday morning. It's one of the reason I will be coming back to this specific location. Thank you

Clean environment, friendly customer service, and multiple ways of ordering food from home and in person. Periodic long drive-thru lanes. Recommend using the McDonald's app to order. Food will be ready when you arrive. Curb-side service also available. Wow, you don't have to leave your car.

I was glad to see this McDonald's was open around 1 am. I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich, it was delicious and made correctly and I also ordered unsalted french fries. The only problem is McDonald's now charges $.15 for any condiments you want extra on your food, wow. Tiktok @28screwsinmyback

This McDonald's is really nice. Always clean, including the bathrooms. It's always very busy. The drive through line moves quickly. I didn't give them 5 stars, because the last time I went, they forgot to put cheese on my breakfast sandwich.

Staff was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and the eating area is large. I did not like ordering off the menu stand. Then we sat down waiting for someone to bring our food. After some minutes I had to go to the counter for our meal. Maybe the service is quicker earlier during the day. I was there at 7pm. I do not like these "self service" concepts. It takes jobs from people.

I can't speak on anything except the service because I didn't prefer for myself. It was for my granddaughter who seemed to be pleased with the quality of her food. Service was great. Quick in and out of the drive thru.

The only problem I had was that I had to pull over to the side for a while and wait for my food to be delivered to me. I was going out of town 😪. I got the new chicken tenders. You get four pieces. But they cost too much for me.

At first visit I did not like the service, because they tried to "make" me place my order at that kiosk! I find that the kiosk is a silly invention that someone thought of to get rid of "human" employees in hopes that the "robot/kiosk" will catch on and therefore, the establishment will not have to "pay" a human to take the orders. I declined the suggestion to use that thing, for which the young lady offered to guide me through it, but I said "no, thank you". I personally feel that it is a total waste of time because you still have to get in line to pay the one human register if you didn't use a credit card at the kiosk! The place is huge, and you have a variety of seating arrangements. The wait for your food was longer than usual (before they closed to remodel, than opened with the kiosk), I prefer not to dine there anymore. That's just MY opinion, try it for yourself. To each its own.

They usually have a fairly fast drive thru but it depends on the time of day. A lot of times they have been out of certain sandwiches, frozen drinks, or milkshakes. I did get an expired pie one time and another they gave me the wrong kind of pie (cherry not apple) I have gone inside thinking it would be faster but they handle drive thru first so you wait twice as long.

I just spent money there tonight and the young lady never gave me my change nor my receipt. Yet, I’m just mad that I didn’t get my 15$ back and it’s kinda my fault for not saying anything yet I have a fussy toddler in the backseat.

Food was not hot but actually the customer service was good this time that's why they received a 3. If it wasn't for that zero if I could give it. The young lady with locs that was managing. Amazing!!!

I ordered a ddbl quarter pound with cheese the meat was not cooked as soon as I took a bite you could see the raw meat. there food cost too much for that mainly there meals .stop overcharging people for raw meat .I would have been better off going to Wendy at least the burgers are cooked

The service is friendly. It is very busy so you will likely have to wait for them to bring out your food if you go through the drive thru. Be sure to check your bag because I have had items forgotten. Usually it is condiments, straws, or napkins but sometimes it has been incorrect food items.

No one was there to give us our orders. It was 5 of us and we were all waiting to pick up online deliveries of different kinds. When the young woman finally helped she was pleasant, but she came from the window to give us our orders. Clean store.

I have been to this location a lot (I have toddlers) including pre-covid. Food is generally as ordered and decent considering its fast food. Inside is pretty clean as well as bathrooms generally cleaner than you would expect. Service normally better in daytime when lobby is open as well as better service inside as opposed to drive thru. My only complaint being on atlest 4 occasions i have sat in the drive thru for anywhere from 40 mins to 1 hr 10 mins (from time order placed to pickup) not including times waiting to order and this only happens in the evening, i will not go if its after 11pm here. I dont complain when its 20 mins even though that is still a considerable amount of time, but i do understand and have worked fast food short staffed. Just fair warning, that not always but generally, its a significant wait time for late night drive thru!!

It almost got five stars. The first guy at the window made my coffee just right but something was wrong with the lid. He was fumbling with it and I thought he'd fixed it. When I got to the car and took a sip, the lid popped off and ... Coffee everywhere. I went back for napkins to clean it, told him what happened and he said he'd make me a new coffee. Unfortunately, he delegated that job to someone else who did ask me how I wanted my coffee. I said light and sweet, please. She returned. Slammed the cup down. I got back to the car. She gave me black unsweetened coffee. That's it. That's the tweet.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. I have only been here this one time, so I am not sure of this is normal for this establishment. The time it took was not worth it and when ordering a plain burger they gave me one completely plain without cheese which I've never seen happen before. Other than that the staff are quite nice and are probably trying to do the best they can and hopefully will be able to hire more staff to fill the need.

I went in on a Saturday evening. Maybe it was because a group from swimming but it was exceptionally slow. Wanted to try the drive thru but it was backed up and they had a person out there taking orders.

Late breakfast was cold and old. Store was exceptionally clean, staff was in clean properly fitting uniforms, service was pleasant. Good parking, great location. Worth a visit.

This location is extremely slow and I go here like 4 times a week and it never fails. The staff need balance with being social but professional with peers while at work. It's not a good look for the staff at this location. The store itself is modern and very nice.

This McDonalds always got SOMETHING going on, not always positive. It's newly renovated and has all the bells n whistles, staff are decent but they run through bad apples a lot so it CAN be hit or miss, nothing new for a Maccas. The area is wildin bro, next door behind the car wash is always dudes practicing their street takeovers in the parking lot being shady, homeless people come out the wood work and make the outside experience a pain, police are on site every 2 days it feels like, and it's ALWAYS busy since it's on a major street. If I have the choice I either go to the Maccas 2 miles down on silver hill road, or 2 down on St Barnabas road to the left or right of this place, it's not worth the struggle going on here when there's peace on your left and right.

Hmmmm...well order accuracy and customer service is high on my list and McDonald's has missed the mark multiple times. Hope you tackle these issues before they become larger. Remember customer remember how you treat them and how you made them feel.

Got the wrong order..ordered 2 apple pies and got 1 apple pie and 1 chocolate something pie. I ordered a vanilla shake and the shake had strawberry mixed into it...thank God I'm not allergic to strawberries.🤦🏽‍♀️

My order was right. People were pleasant. Food was ok. But the wait time was ridiculous. The young lady who took my order could not figure out what I was ordering. I repeated myself about 3 times. Another lady came to take my order and finally took the right order. Also McDonald's 2 for 2.50 says mix and match. I asked for two 6-piece nuggets and they told me they couldn't do it which is not what is advertised. I'm not saying I wouldn't go to this McDonald's. The service needs to improve drastically.

The service wasn't that good, My reason for that statement made is Everytime I 've gone their you always have to wait for something that you have order because it's not ready or food that you have ordered is missing from the order that you have placed. You better check your bag before you leave the restaurant because you will get home and find out then that the order placed is missing something you ordered Nine times out Ten this has happened to me and my Wife several times when going there for food.

Service is really slow. I made it through the drive through and had to go off to the side to wait for my food. I ended up getting my Mocha Frappe without a straw but the the worker was gone already. If you’re in a hurry, don’t go here! Haha

The food wasn't cooked to well, the service was sort of shabby, because the cashier seem to forget what the order was even though they had the order in their face, very anointing. The atmosphere was awesome, the remodeling made the condition better.

Don't go to this McDonald's if you want to use the breakfast sandwich coupon. I ALWAYS order an egg mcmuffin and another sandwich. I do that this morning, get to the payment window, and they don't have my order. The woman asked me about another order twice and I told her no, this is what I ordered using the code. She told me that McDonald's doesn't allow the egg mcmuffin with the two sandwich code. I asked if she meant THIS McDonald's doesn't allow it. She said no ALL McDonald's. I informed her that was incorrect. She shrugged and asked what I wanted to do, because I would have to pay full price if I wanted an egg mcmuffin. Think twice before using this McDonald's if you want to use coupons.

I've been to this location a couple of times lately. So far the food usually is hot, fast and good. But the other day I got a coffee around 5pm (I really needed it too). I waited in the drive thru for about ten minutes before I got to order and I only had one person in front of me smh. I ordered my coffee and said 2x no cream (I have a milk allergy). I paid and I checked the receipt and it showed the right order. I get my coffee and drive off. I'm at least a mile away and I know the coffee is cool enough to drink. I drink from my cup and get a mouth full of cream. They didn't just put a little, it was so much that the coffee was pale brown. Maybe it's my fault for not checking my drink before leaving or maybe someone could have looked at the order a little closer for accuracy......idk.

Very strange. I was there 4:00am, drove up to the drive thur, to hear cash only drive to the second window, waiting their a while this young lady in dreads, watching her put away napkins, go and get cups, put them away, while the entire time, I'm waiting at the window. I blew horn, she never acknowledge me, for about 3 to 5 mins, getting angry, drove back around, to be told the same thing, which to my reply I was just there, she apologized and said pull to the 2nd window, cash only. again waiting, while watching the same lady, mopping the floor, right by the window, no eye contact, totally ignoring me. I'm just looking at her. Then 2 other cars pulled up, I'm still waiting, just to see how long it would take them before they would take my order. Well no one never came to take my order, so after another 3 to 5 minutes, again. I drove back around, just for her to repeat again, cash only, please drive to 2nd window and I replied, very unprofessional and drove off, very angry. Then I said I pray everything is ok in their, because I thought that it was very strange. I then called 911, and explain what had just happen at the McDonald's, so can check it out, just to make sure, they were ok.

Terrible staff playing games with each other. They were Confused regarding who's order was next, even though they had the numbered receipts system, they didn't use it. My cashier came from behind the counter to dance in the lobby. My food was cold and poorly prepared. I frequent McDonald's and I use to work for them. I never seen such disrespect for the work place in my life. The manager came out, witnessed the madness and did nothing.

Over 45mins in line this place is ridiculous so crowded no way to back out of line in drive thru once you in your stuck. Cold food had to ask them to make fresh fries. Even the inside was packed. This was around 1052pm arrival its was about 1139pm. I'm not from the area and had an hour and 30min drive so I wanted a frappe and fries but I lost alot drive time just sitting at this location. I would NEVER go back here if I'm ever in the area even if it was one person in line.

Ordered a 5 dollar meal deal had to wait 30 minutes to get it

It was total confusion in that place on Sunday. I don't eat McDonald's, but went thru the drive thru for a passenger. Ordered a burger and fries at 2:04 , was told to drive around to the pickup lane and someone would bring the good out. 15 minutes later , no food, so I went inside to see what was going on. Couldn't get a manager, so I told one of the cashiers to give my money back and bring my order as well, my then it was 2:26. I guess she found a manager and honored my request. I wasn't the only one having an issue. There were other customers waiting for food orders as well. Those folks need further training. There was total confusion in that place.

It was about 12 am... I pulled into lane 2( the outside lane). I don't know if the young lady was jus having a bad moment but, when she got on the mic, all I heard was a long fast rant about everything they DIDN'T have. My response was. Well don't you sound happy.. Her next word was. Hold... That lasted 10 min.. long enough for the people that were behind me got in the other lane and were pulling ahead to get their food. So without raising a STINK in the drive thru line at midnight. I decided to just leave. I'll cook when I get home... BUT... this left the next phase of getting out of line. There is no cutout to leave so you're pretty much just STUCK in line with everyone else just to leave. Which took ANOTHER 10 15 min... So all in all.. 20 25 min. For nothing. WTG McDonald's very professional, great customer service (sarcasm)... that should not be apart of how you deal with customers.

They have a welcome 24 hr sign, open lanes, and lit up "open" signs at the drive thru, but frequently say at the intercom they are closed until 4:30 am to customers trying to order between 2 and 4:30. Who is paying you to be inside then and why not block off the drive-thru lanes and shut the lights off? At a minimum, they should update their hours on Google...but I am concerned the business owner may not be aware of this practice.

Not good, I shouldn't have to pull up to the drive thru only to be directed to the side to wait on my food. It seems to be a pattern with them every since the reopened from their make over. While sitting and waiting on my food, I see them directing just about all customers to wait.

Food always cold, drunks always watered after ordered no ice, never any or enough ketchup and mustard on the burgers, always missing as item I order a meal and don't get a drink or the fries, this location needs to be shut down. I live 8 mins from here why is my food as cold as the drink, tried of ordering my son's food to not get it all or have to warm it up or just horrible looking food... don't care about refunds shouldn't send the food like that period

I bought a crispy chicken sandwhich meal around 11:15PM on 8/14/2022 and I was so disappointed when I got home and was ready to eat. The sandwich was only the chicken and the bread looking so nasty. What happen to the 🍅 lettuce and mayonese? My calls to report it to the manager are futile. That's very low of you guys to decide your customer like that. I need my money back!!!! Customer make sure you check your food before you leave the store. They are very dishonest! I called to speak with the manager. The girl who I spoke to answered "How may I help you"? I said good night. She repeated "How may I help you?" I said good night agian because I could believe that's how someone answers a work call with so much aggression and rudeness. I said may I speak to the manager. She said I am the manager here, what do u want? She had so much attitude. I said you need to listen and she went off and hung up on me. I need to speak to her boss. She needs proper training. You cannot take anything and make them be a manager. All customers are not ill-mannered and display her level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. There is no way I could eat this meal after experiencing her atrocious behavior. No power can be strong enough to get me shop back the this McDonald store, and I will be spreading the news.

On the door and on Google, it says opens at 6 AM on a Monday morning. I stood outside till 6:15 AM and no one open the door. The people that are at front were laughing and looking at me and two customer that’s outside. Please check your surveillance camera. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

15 minutes in the drive through starting at 6:10, ending at 6:25 all for a coffee. 14 of those minutes were completely silent. The register wasn't open, the drive through cashier couldn't take my card, no one even answered the intercom (I had to pull to the window to order which is when I had to watch them put the cash in the register) and the coffee tasted horrible

All the drinks were FLAT!! I ordered a Large French Fries and they gave me a smalls worth! All of this after waiting 10 mins for my food! The guy bring the food out was really nice..that's my only plus! It's always something coming here!

They were out of everything, but at least the woman who took my order helped me problem solve options for my order. The major issue was that I waited for two medium orange juices for nearly half an hour after being told to pull up to the waiting line. I eventually decided to just go inside and ask for a refund. When I went inside there was zero communication; everyone was all over the place. It was like they were all new and it was their first day; and training was not offered.

Horrible! The location was just remodeled and yet they still have a lot of service issues. Food typically is cold. Never get my complete order and always have to go into the store to get it resolved. By that time the other part of my order now has icicles on it. Just don't understand how they routinely screw up so much. That was and will be my last time there.

I was called a name today at the pickup window. I understand Spanish and know what it meant. I guess the guy was having a bad day, especially when I said I couldn't hold the tray. I'll take items one at a time. The corporate office needs to know what their staff says when they hand people their food, and there's a problem.

I have twins so I visit this establishment many times of the week & let me say just to please my children & I understand that no place is perfect but, the customer service is below standards I say that due to poor customer service(delay,cold, not the correct food) , poor communication(some don’t know the language U speak), a lot staff some pleasant, many there to tolerate U as the customer w/ limited interest of the job or respect for the one who pays to keep these franchise & corporates running & depending location I visit performance is very poor & limited I’m even working towards of stop supporting the Co. because there’s no reciprocity for an individual as U or I who spends thousands of dollars here within a year here.

I was disappointed - tremendously. Indoor and outdoor lines were outrageously long...There was no heat in the restaurant. Workers were behind the counter with coats and plastic? caps on their heads! ! How and why is that ever acceptable and hygienic. .?? Because of its location? ? Disgusting! !

Please be advised that this establishment should be avoided due to the unprofessional behavior of its staff. The employees disregard the app, and the service is far from fast. Furthermore, the manager's attitude is equally unpleasant. Considering the abundance of alternative dining options in the area, I recommend seeking a more suitable location.

I normally don't give reviews or complain, but, I was so disappointed today when I went through the drive thru because I watched a new guy on the cash register struggle and slow up the line while the shift/crew manager, KIMBERLY, just stood there and would not assist him. After sitting there for a while trying to pay for me food I just decided to park my car and go in to place my order. While inside I spoke with KIMBERLY about how her unwillingness to assist the new guy, to help speed up the line and to work as a team member, was disappointing she basically didn't care and told me to go and report any issue that I had to whomever. On top of that, when I received my food it was missing the two pies that I had ordered. Kimberly, the shift/crew manager, doesn't set a good example for the team, lacks good customer services, is rude to customers and should be removed from the store.

I don't know why I keep trying this location. A bunch of unorganized-chaos. The entire drive thru line and all their other patrons, that ordered inside, and AFTER me, were serviced and they still had not given me my drink. I got my refund and I put these jokers in my rear view forever!!!! 4 different people looked at my receipt, and continued working on other orders. I asked for a refund and until I got a lil aggressive, nothing!!! Done and zero stars needs to be offered on these reviews.

They don’t listen at night going out into the morning the give me what they want to give me. The works are rude and they argue you back without listening to your concerns. I will no longer order from here.

Heaven forbid that the people asking to be paid more actually know how to put an order together properly. Even the receipt had the order right but the overpaid unskilled labor fails at reading and comprehension.

Made the mistake of ordering from here. I used the mobile app which was TOTALLY pointless because my order sat for about 10 minutes before anyone began making it. I even sat in my car to wait before coming in to pick it up just to waste 10 min waiting. I ordered a mocha which was not made as such, no whip or chocolate syrup. Tasted like their regular burnt coffee. All and all I’m annoyed because I ended up being late to work for what should have been an easy grab and go. Don’t waste your time.

I was so upset that my vanilla ice coffee had a dead mosquito in it.. They only accommodated me with my $1.35 back smh.. They could at least refunded me for my whole meal! So remember always inspect your food and beverages before pulling off!!!

Worst, won't answer phone, forgets orders. Will send you ahead in drive thru to make there service times look good, and still forgets fries. They need better customer service. Answer the phone, i wanted to make sure the machine isn't down(like always) before I pull up....... Simple!

I don't know how they normally run but they ask me to pull up for fries and a mcdouble. Then when I waited so long that 6 cars had gone from the drive thru I went inside to find no one even knew I had an order. So what was I waiting on. Then I tried to be nice but everyone walked past as if they didn't see me or hear me speaking I had to get ghetto. As soon as I did then 3 people was working my order. It shouldn't take ignorance to make someone do their job. I will not be going back to that location.

The person taking the order never asked me what kind of drink with my mieal, and then charged me for a meal when i only qanted the sandwich, he even stopped several times while taking the order and i had to keep placing my order.

I came through the drive thru today and asked for my order to be “cooked to order” why? Because my husband is super picky and gets mad when the food isnt fresh. So they gave me the 2 hot n spicy chicken sandwiches that I specifically asked for to be cooked to order they were not and today was busy for them the line is long so u all had more then enough time to cook it right and it was not. I sent it back through the window n was asked to pull forward I pull forward and waited for the mchickens now the rest of my food is getting cold. Someone brings me the food n it looks like its been cooked properly. I get home n my husband is mad and throws the food sway because u all redipped the food in grease and not just properly cook it like asked. I also asked for sauces at the window was not given any, asked for sauces when the person came with the food he lied saying its on the bag I checked the bag and said sir there are no sauce in the bag he shrugged his shoulders and went back in the store. This my first time getting McDonalds at this location and it was a terrible experience. Everyone needs retraining on customer service and proper food service or just fire everyone and start new. Absolutely not satisfied and have lost my appetite due to this experience.

So if you gave this to me to put my cups in what are you cooking the food in? Please understand it was dark and I happen to turn the light on and saw this. Just imagine the parents that just pass back the cup holds and the kids that put fries or ketchup to eat out of the center. As POC we need to demand more from places like this

Employees have zero clue or care as to what they are doing. I waited more than 5 minutes for my mobile order, asked the only employee I could stop to check the status. Her response? “Someone else will check. Wait over there (where I was already standing)” If you enjoy spending 20-30 minutes to get ice cold food, by all means come to this McDonald’s!

So. Slow. The drive through, going in? Doesn’t matter. Your order will likely take 15-20 minutes and most definitely be inaccurate. I’ve tried the “new and improved” and/or “modern” version of this McDonalds and on each occasion been disappointed by how long it takes to get my order and how COLD my FRENCH FRIES have been. What a disappointment. Still waiting. The kicker? Order-taker accuses me that I didn’t mention an item in my order, twice! Big Mac! Big Mac! No seriously, I just want a Big Mac! Gurl, bye.
