I had a wonderful experience at Red Robin the other day. The server was on point. The food was just as good. The picture I put in this review does it some justice. It looks like it could belong on the menu picture. It was wrapped perfectly and cooked perfectly. I had a bad experience here a couple years ago and they have definitely turned it around here. I can tell it was being managed very well that day. Thank you Red Robin for a great experience.

Service was friendly and quick, even during the busy lunch rush. The restaurant was clean, and the vibe was lively but not too loud. Definitely a great spot for families, groups, or just a casual night out. The bottomless fries alone are worth the visit. Pro Tip: You can mix and match some of the bottomless sides for a more flavorful experience! Ask your server!

Man came to get my birthday milkshake last year I got a full burger meal this year only a children's milkshake wack. But I guess with the tikes we are living in that how it is. Make sure you check with your server..mine straight up never told me it was a child shake for my complanoes...only complaint I have...

My cherry Pepsi is ordered tasted terrible. My Son got an order of fries. The order was pretty small they didn't bring the sauce with the fries so he finished the fries before we could ask for some. It took a long time for him to get more. It was kinda sad I had food and he was just sitting there. The time you get fantastic service is when you're leaving. I really don't like to complain but this is the second time we had an unpleasant experience there. The time before was my Son's birthday and it was not good. I hope things get better because the food is not bad and it's conveniently located at the mall. I used to love this restaurant

It's been awhile since I been to Red Robin the burger and fries was presented nice, The taste wasn't nothing to write home about. The bun wasn't toasted. I think a good Soft bun makes a burger the bun was tough the fries was good it definitely out show the burger. The gentleman that Wait on me was nice and attentive.

1st time visit, not impressed with the service. When you walk in, its not very clear where or who to speak with for done in. There's a small sign we finally found after looking for a few minutes, to indicate for you to wait to be seated. Of course there's a wait, but when we asked if we could go sit at the bar, we were still to to wait; and when we were finally seated, the lighting was awful. Felt like I was sitting in a garage. Drink menu says to ask your server about IPA options and when we did, our waitress stated how she really doesn't drink beer, so she doesn't really know. Like REALLY!! As we started looking around, we noticed a really cool waterfall again this wall, and the water was coming out of ... guess this ... BEER TAPS!!! Maybe the beers labeled are beer they serve? Wall isn't very well displayed though, because of the ugly florescent style lightbulbs. Food was good, loved their bottomless fries! But considering how little fries one is given, they have to have free refills. Not sure I'd go back to this location. Maybe at least on a Friday night when they're expected to be busy.

I recently came here to eat with my family and had an unsatisfactory meal. I ordered fish with salad. The salad was not fresh, it was brown around the edges of the lettuce but anyway everything about the salad was off. It is apparent that I wasn't the only one with a bad experience because my sister in law had the same problem with her salad. I have come to Red Robin but that was long time ago I want to say around 2008. Anyhow, I believe whoever prepares the food and serves the food should inspect the food before serving it to guests.

First time going in a long while. Order the fish and shrimp plate. The oil used to fry them up was super old and my shrimp was burnt. They both had a horrible after taste. The fish had some sort of "grizzle" in the middle, could not not even bite through it. We left half eaten meals on the table. Service was great though. Never again.

this is what they call a serving of pickles seems half empty and the fries i paid for bot even worth it. i paid for a avo cobbo salad and got this no avo i was charged for the avo but did not get any that what i get for ordering pick up not worth it not for the money i paid never again

My wife and I stopped in for happy hour and a quick bite to eat. Our waitress was slow. We ordered our drinks. As soon as she returned we hurry and ordered a appetizer, spinach artichoke dip. Appetizer was on point, wish our waitress was. We ordered our food, my burger looked delicious. I took a bite, it was juicy and had good flavor. Not until I found a reddish hair in my burger. I let the waitress know. Mind you had to wait for her to come around. She let her manager know. Manager came to our table to apologize and asked if I would like another burger. I said yes, second burger came out didnt taste as good as the first burger I only had a few bites. Maybe it was the hair. Manager didnt comp my meal, I wont be returning to this Red Robin.
